获取准确、可靠的振动信号是保证振动主动控制系统正常工作的一个重要条件.根据精密航空零件加工机床的振动主动控制系统的设计指标要求,设计了机床振动检测试验系统.为了保证该系统的频率测量结果准确、可靠且符合设计指标要求,从系统... 获取准确、可靠的振动信号是保证振动主动控制系统正常工作的一个重要条件.根据精密航空零件加工机床的振动主动控制系统的设计指标要求,设计了机床振动检测试验系统.为了保证该系统的频率测量结果准确、可靠且符合设计指标要求,从系统试验结果的偏差性、压电加速度计、标准电荷放大器、动态信号分析仪、装置年稳定性、环境温度、交流声和噪声、横向振动和人员读数分散性等9个方面评定了系统测得的振动信号频率的各类不确定度及其分量,形成了机床振动检测试验系统频率测量结果的不确定度报告,并对两类不确定度的评定结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:机床振动检测试验系统的设计是合理的,重复测量结果准确、可靠,符合设计指标要求;采用引入不确定度的方法描述系统测得的振动信号,提高了测量结果的准确度和可信度;同时,为今后进一步提高此类检测系统测量结果的准确性与可靠性,提供了合理、有效的方法. 展开更多

Based on the research of two geophone types (10 Hz moving-coil velocity and piezoelectric acceleration) and their velocity and acceleration parameters, frequency response functions have been determined, as well as the differences between them. Also, shock- vibration tests have been accomplished, not only to explain the two shock response signal differences, but also to analyze the response signal characteristics and its ability to carry information. In addition, seismic data acquisition experiments have been carried out under comparable conditions in the field. A contrast analysis of shot gathers and stack profiles acquired with the two geophone types is given in this paper. The results show that the acceleration signal from the acceleration geophone has a better advantage in terms of high signal-to-noise ratio, high accuracy, high resolution, and quantity of information to better meet current and future requirements for seismic exploration. 展开更多

A Michelson interferometer based sensor, to monitor the displacement and vibration of a surface, is presented. The interference signals detected in quadrature are processed using analog electronics to find the direction of the motion of a vibrating surface in real-time. The complete instrumentation and signal processing are implemented for the interpretation of the amplitude as well as positive and negative excursion of the vibration cycles. This new technique is simpler as compared to the techniques commonly used in the interferometer based vibration sensors. Using this technique, we have measured mechanical vibrations having a magnitude of the order of nanometers and frequency in the range of 50Hz to 500Hz. By making small changes in the electronic circuit, the technique can be implemented for the extended range of the vibration frequencies and amplitude. 展开更多

In this paper,we report the frequency comb response experimentally and analytically in a rhombic micro-resonator with parametrical modulation.When the electrostatically actuated rhombic micro-resonator is modulated axially by a low-frequency periodic excitation,a comb-like vibration response with few equidistant positioned fingers in the frequency domain is observed.The finger spacing of frequency comb response is exactly consistent with modulation frequency and the number and amplitude of the fingers can be tuned by modulation strength.A mixed frequency comb with extra comb fingers is further generated when the resonator is modulated simultaneously by two different low-frequency excitation signals.By adjusting the relation of the two modulation frequencies,unequal spacing frequency combs are achieved for the first time,which leads to a more flexible tunability of the comb spacing for different applications.Theoretical analysis based on the dynamic model well explains the corresponding observations. 展开更多
