烘后梗丝定点风送至梗加香工位是卷烟厂梗丝烘丝加香段的一个重要工艺。采用该工艺最主要的原因是要达到保持结构和水分稳定的状态下进行梗丝定点长距离输送的目的,梗丝水分的稳定在一定程度上影响后期加香、掺配工艺,甚至影响卷包段的... 烘后梗丝定点风送至梗加香工位是卷烟厂梗丝烘丝加香段的一个重要工艺。采用该工艺最主要的原因是要达到保持结构和水分稳定的状态下进行梗丝定点长距离输送的目的,梗丝水分的稳定在一定程度上影响后期加香、掺配工艺,甚至影响卷包段的卷烟质量。然而,由于气候温湿度的原因,在梗丝管道风送过程中存在一定的水分波动,为了减少梗丝水分波动,减少梗丝造碎优化梗丝结构,保证梗丝管道设备出丝口的梗丝品质^([1])。我们提出了一种梗丝管道送风温度与出料水分平衡控制的系统,此系统结构简单,设备占地面积小,能有效平衡生产过程中输送通道中风温的起伏变化,使梗丝水分的散失平稳可控,且送风温度实时监测并可调,使得出口梗丝水分清晰可见,水分波动小,梗丝品质高,能够满足烘梗丝及加香段工艺的需求。 展开更多

现代高炉炼铁工艺中,提高风温可以降低高炉燃料消耗比例,促进高炉生产稳定运行是当代低碳炼铁冶炼技术的主要发展方向。研究热风炉热量传输过程中的传热特性,以传热机理学为基础理论内容阐述了热风炉加热面积与风温之间的关系,提出在高... 现代高炉炼铁工艺中,提高风温可以降低高炉燃料消耗比例,促进高炉生产稳定运行是当代低碳炼铁冶炼技术的主要发展方向。研究热风炉热量传输过程中的传热特性,以传热机理学为基础理论内容阐述了热风炉加热面积与风温之间的关系,提出在高炉炼铁过程中提高热流通量可以有效改善炼铁工艺。首先研究了热风炉理论,燃烧温度,拱顶温度和风温之间的关系,介绍了利用低热值高炉燃气和回收热风炉烟气余热,通过耦合预热和能量梯级利用的技术方法,实现了高温技术的高炉冶炼创新。在实现热风炉智能化控制操作的基础上,合理控制拱顶温度及NO2生成量。可有效预防热风炉炉壳晶间应力腐蚀。提升高炉燃气的热值。在提高风温的基础上降低了燃料比及最终CO2排放,是未来高炉炼铁的技术主要发展方向,也是高炉冶炼环保技术的重要要求。 展开更多

The natural ventilation widely used in greenhouses has advantages of saving energy and reducing expense. In order to provide information for climate control of greenhouse, a model was developed to predict the variation of air temperature in the naturally ventilated greenhouse equipped with insect-proof screen. Roof ventilation and combined roof and sidewall ventilation were considered in the model. This model was validated against the results of experiments conducted in the greenhouse when the wind was parallel to the gutters. The model parameters were determined by the least squares method. In the used model, effects of wind speed and window opening height on the air temperature variation were analyzed. Comparison between two types of ventilation showed that there existed a necessary ventilation rate which results in air temperature decrease in natural ventilation under special climatic conditions. In our experiments when wind speed was less than 3.2 ms?1, wind had a more gradual effect on greenhouse temperature for roof ventilation, compared with combined roof and sidewall ventilation, which had greater air temperature decrease than roof ventilation only. 展开更多

Variable-air-volume (VAV) air-conditioning system is a multi-variable system and has multi coupling control loops. While all of the control loops are working together, they interfere and influence each other. A multivariable decoupling PID controller is designed for VAV air-conditioning system. Diagonal matrix decoupling method is employed to eliminate the coupling between the loop of supply air temperature and that of thermal-space air temperature. The PID controller parameters are optimized by means of an improved genetic algorithm in floating point representations to obtain better performance. The population in the improved genetic algorithm mutates before crossover, which is helpful for the convergence. Additionally the micro mutation algorithm is proposed and applied to improve the convergence during the later evolution. To search the best parameters, the optimized parameters ranges should be amplified 10 times the initial ideal parameters. The simulation and experiment results show that the decoupling control system is effective and feasible. The method can overcome the strong coupling feature of the system and has shorter governing time and less over-shoot than non-optimization PID control. 展开更多

Microwave Drying of Flax Fibre at Controlled Temperatures

The rate of drying was t... Drying is essential for the production of fibre after retting process. Flax fibre was subjected to microwave drying at controlled temperatures to study the change in drying rate and qualities. The rate of drying was then compared with conventional hot air drying. The product temperature was maintained at 40 ℃, 60 ℃or 80 ℃ for both microwave and hot air drying. The initial moisture content of flax fibre was about 60% (wet basis). The microwave drying was conducted in a microwave apparatus which recorded mass, product temperature, incident microwave power, reflected microwave power and inlet/outlet air temperature. The final moisture content was set to 9% (wet basis). Microwave-convective drying ensured about 30% to 70% reduction of drying time for drying flax fibre as compared to hot air drying. Curve fitting with different mathematical models were carried out. While a significant difference in colorimeter-assessed co/our existed between microwave-convective dried flax fibre and hot air dried flax fibre. The tensile strength of flax fibre, measured with an Instron apparatus, increased with an increase in the processing temperature of both processes. Hot air dried flax fibre showed the greatest tensile strength and modulus of elasticity at processing temperatures of 60 ℃ and 80 ℃. 展开更多
