The risk-based ship design （RBD） methodology, advo...In the past fifteen years, the attention of ship safety treatment as an objective rather than a constraint has started to sweep through the whole maritime industry. The risk-based ship design （RBD） methodology, advocating systematic integration of risk assessment within the conventional design process has started to takeoff. Despite this wide recognition and increasing popularity, important factors that could potentially undermine the quality of the results come from both quantitative and qualitative aspects during the risk assessment process. This paper details a promising solution by developing a formalized methodology for risk assessment through effective storing and processing of historical data combined with data generated through first-principle approaches. This method should help to generate appropriate risk models in the selected platform （Bayesian networks） which can be employed for decision making at design stare.展开更多

The direct adjustment is suitable for errors collating of the measurements of airflow rates. The indirect method is suitable for the adjustment of ventilation resistance. The free-net method is adapted to the combined adjustment of the measurements of both the ventilation in branches of the air network and the air pressure at nodes of the ventilation network, the partial adjustment is also introduced here to be used for saving the storage locations in computer required for the adjustment for large scale mine ventilation measurements.展开更多

It gives the method for discriminating a reversible branch in a complex network by means of the switching function, and the method of counter inverted logical control of airflow inversion by means of open and short circuit conversion of key branches. The research has solved the problem of the stablization of air flow for normal ventination and reversing ventination in a diagonal network.展开更多
