针对传统故障序分量选相元件在逆变型风电接入系统中可靠性较低的问题,提出了一种改进的故障序分量选相方法。首先,分析在最新风电场低电压穿越策略下,风电侧的故障序阻抗特性及传统故障序分量选相元件的适应性。然后,利用负正序、负零... 针对传统故障序分量选相元件在逆变型风电接入系统中可靠性较低的问题,提出了一种改进的故障序分量选相方法。首先,分析在最新风电场低电压穿越策略下,风电侧的故障序阻抗特性及传统故障序分量选相元件的适应性。然后,利用负正序、负零序阻抗相位差等效正负序、零负序电流分支系数相位差,以补偿传统序分量选相判据的相角误差。最后,采用补偿后的故障序电流相位差作为选相判据,实现了故障相的判别。同时通过调整零负序选相分区,使其具有较好的耐过渡电阻能力。仿真实验表明,在不同故障类型、故障位置和过渡电阻下改进选相方法均能可靠地选出故障相。 展开更多

目的:以24h动态血压监测评价"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择107例轻、中度高血压患者,予以"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗4周,分别于治疗前后行24h动态血压监测并计算其谷... 目的:以24h动态血压监测评价"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择107例轻、中度高血压患者,予以"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗4周,分别于治疗前后行24h动态血压监测并计算其谷峰比值、平滑指数后进行比较分析。结果:治疗4周后24h平均收缩压、舒张压;日间平均收缩压、舒张压;夜间平均收缩压、舒张压与治疗前比较,均有显著性降低(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压负荷也有显著降低(P<0.05)。收缩压谷峰比值为76%,舒张压谷峰比值72%,收缩压平滑指数为(1.34±0.13),舒张压平滑指数为(1.26±0.22)。结论:"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法具有良好的降压效果及满意的谷峰比值、平滑指数,临床应用安全。 展开更多

The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of the seat/occupant with windblast protection devices. The upwind Osher scheme is used for the spatial discretisation. The detached-eddy simulation (DES) based on the Spalart-Allmaras one-equation turbulence model is ap- plied to the detached viscous flow simulation behind the seat/occupant, with Mach numbers 0.6 and 1.2 at attack angles between --10 and 30°, and at two sideslip angles of 0 and 15°, respectively. The aerodynamic characteristics of seat/occupants with and without windblast protection devices are calculated in cases of the freestream Mach numbers 0. 8 and 1.6, attack angles from 5 to 30°, and three sideslip angles of 0, --20 and --50°, respectively. Results show that simulation results agree well with experimental data. And the occupant is efficiently protected by windblast protection devices. 展开更多

目的:观察以24h动态血压监测评价"活血散风、平肝降逆"针刺方法治疗中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择120例中度高血压患者,予"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗2个疗程,分别在治疗前后予24 h动态血压监测24 h日间、夜间平均舒... 目的:观察以24h动态血压监测评价"活血散风、平肝降逆"针刺方法治疗中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择120例中度高血压患者,予"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法治疗2个疗程,分别在治疗前后予24 h动态血压监测24 h日间、夜间平均舒张压、收缩压及血压负荷。结果:显效101例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率为93.33%(95%CI=88.87%~97.79%)。治疗后患者24 h平均收缩压、舒张压及血压负荷与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:"活血散风、平肝降逆"针法具有良好的降压效果。 展开更多

[Objective] This study aimed to analyze the cause of the generation of short-term heavy precipitations in a regional heavy rainstorm in Shannxi Province. [Method] Taking a heavy rainstorm covering most parts of Shaanxi Province in late July 2010 as an example, data of five Doppler weather radars in Shaanxi Province were employed for a detailed analysis of the evolution of the heavy rainstorm pro- cess. [Result] Besides the good large-scale weather background conditions, the de- velopment and evolution of some mesoscale and small-scale weather systems direct- ly led to short-term heavy precipitations during the heavy rainstorm process, involv- ing the intrusion of moderate IS-scale weak cold air and presence of small-scale wind shear, convergence and adverse wind area. In addition, small-scale convection echoes were arranged in lines and formed a "train effect", which would also con- tribute to the generation of short-term heavy precipitation. [Conclusion] This study provided basic information for more clear and in-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of short-term heavy precipitations. 展开更多

Targeting the problem of large amounts of gas emission from the goaf of the No.14201 working face in the Shaqu coal mine of Huajin Coking Coal Co. Ltd., we used a negative exponential function to describe the attenuation process of gas emission in goaf (the stable source) based on the principle of field flow. Equations of two-component flow (gas and air) and seep- age-diffusion in a heterogeneous goaf flow field are solved by means of numerical simulation and fluid mechanics principles of air movement and gas distribution during gas emission from goaf. The results indicate that the air diversion volume has a negative, exponential relation with the volume of gas emitted from goaf to the working face and is clearly inversely related to gas concentra- tion. We calculated the minimum amount of air diversion and distributed air volume in the tailing roadway required for safe pro- duction. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of conditions for airflow reversal within a bypass branch, the airflow reversal phenomena were successfully simulated in the laboratory experiments. Data obtained indicate that airflow reversal within a bypass branch is mainly caused by fire pressure yielded in the combustion branch. In addition, the maximum reversal quantity of airflow occurs in step with the highest temperature of fire, the highest concentration of CO 2 and the lowest concentration of O 2. Moreover, the time that fire size reaches the maximum value corresponds to the time airflow reversal in the bypass branch is most possible. The results are of great significance for guiding rescue work to avoid airflow reversal. 展开更多

An 82-year-old female patient undergoing cardiogenic shock caused by atrioventficular junctional rhythm immediately after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is described. Pharmacotherapy was invalid, and subsequent application of atrial pacing reversed the cardiogenic shock. PCI-related injury of sinuatrial nodal artery leading to acute atrial contractility loss, accompanied by atrioventricular junctional arrhythmia, was diagnosed. We recommend that preoperative risk evaluation be required for multi-risk patients. Likewise, emergent measures should to be established in advance. This case reminds us that atrial pacing can be an optimal management technique once cardiogenic shock has occurred. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the regulatory mechanisms of acetylated p53 in the expression of microtubule-associated protein-2(MAP2) in neuronal differentiation of P19 cells induced by all-trans retinoic acid(RA).Methods Neuronal differentiation of P19 cells was initiated with 4-day RA treatment.Immunofluorescence,real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) assay,and map2 promoter driven luciferase assay were performed to detect the expression and relative promoter activity of MAP2 in those RA-treated cells.Real-time PCR-based chromatin immunoprecipitation assay(ChIP) was carried out to reveal the specific recruitment of acetylated p53 onto its binding sites on map2 promoter.Results The expression of MAP2 was markedly increased in RA-induced P19 cells.The map2 mRNA increased 34-fold after 4 days of RA treatment and 730-fold 2 days after the treatment,compared with the cells without RA treatment(control).p53 was recruited to the promoter of map2 gene in acetylated form and thereby enhanced its promoter activity.p300/CBP associated factor(PCAF) was found induced in RA-treated cells and enriched in the nucleus,which might contribute to the acetylation of p53 in the regulation of map2 gene.Conclusions Acetylated p53 may participate in regulating the expression of map2 in RA-induced differentiation of P19 cells.PCAF is possibly involved in this process by mediating the acetylation of p53. 展开更多
