硫酸盐间歇蒸煮喷放飞浆现象初探

为了探索城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰(简称飞灰)在沥青路面中脱"危"利用的可行性,对飞灰/沥青胶浆的性能进行了系列研究。结果表明,沥青中加入飞灰后,延度与针入度降低,软化点提高,与酸性集料的黏附性提高;与矿粉/沥青胶浆相比,飞灰... 为了探索城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰(简称飞灰)在沥青路面中脱"危"利用的可行性,对飞灰/沥青胶浆的性能进行了系列研究。结果表明,沥青中加入飞灰后,延度与针入度降低,软化点提高,与酸性集料的黏附性提高;与矿粉/沥青胶浆相比,飞灰/沥青胶浆的15℃延度低2.77~3.32倍、25℃延度低6.33~13.0倍、针入度小37.4%~55.2%、软化点高9.6%~22.6%。飞灰/沥青胶浆的抗车辙能力改善显著,飞灰对沥青抗车辙能力的改善效果平均约为矿粉对沥青抗车辙能力的改善效果的16.96倍,且掺量越高温度越高,改善效果越显著。飞灰/沥青胶浆的低温性能有所降低,飞灰/沥青胶浆的s,m平均值约为沥青胶浆的1.75倍、0.77倍,平均值约为矿粉/沥青胶浆的1.60倍、0.85倍,说明飞灰对沥青胶浆低温性能的降低程度高于矿粉对沥青胶浆低温性能的降低程度,且飞灰的掺量受到低温性能的限制,但在一定掺量范围内,飞灰/沥青胶浆的低温性能满足Superpave的技术标准。飞灰/沥青胶浆中重金属浸出的种类与含量均少于原样飞灰中重金属浸出的种类与含量,这是因为飞灰中的重金属被屏蔽在沥青的选择性吸附层、物理吸附层及化学吸附层下,达到了采用沥青包覆飞灰、稳固重金属的目的。飞灰的沥青路用清洁化、资源化具有可行性。 展开更多

This article studies the influence of the fineness of cement, fly ash(FA), its composite admixture and the amount and way mixed with superplasticizer on the rheological properties of micro fine cement(MC). By means of modern instruments and technologies (such as XRD, SEM, laser granulometer and superficial potential apparatus etc.), the article studies the mineral compositions, the appearance character of grains, particle size distribution and superficial potential of FA and its composite materials. And through that, the reducing mechanism of FA is thoroughly analyzed. The study shows that FA and its composite admixture are excellent components which can effectively improve the rheological properties of micro fine cement, and that the superplasticizer has a saturation point and the mixing way of it has a great influence on the rheological properties. 展开更多

Geomorphological Features of Ancient Volcanic Terrain of Mars

The article considers geological and morphological features of a volcanic relief of a surface of a planet Mars. Effusive magmatism processes at early stages of planet crust forming come out in structure of solidified relief forms of Mars. Volcanic relief of a planet represents relic ancient line oriented forms, areal and central lava flooding. Linear forms generate shield volcanoes, chains of volcanic mountains and radial-concentric faults. This article deals with geological and morphological characteristics of the volcanic terrain of Mars. Hypsometric altitude profiles of volcanoes have been built based on the MOLA (Mars orbiter laser altimeter) of the spacecraft MGS (Mars global surveyor). The gradient of volcano flanks has been calculated. The relative age of the volcanic terrain was estimated by the classical method of counting of the density of impact craters. Names of the volcanic landforms of Mars are given in the article in accordance with the name nomenclature system approved by the International Astronomical Union. Research results make it possible to compare the scientific and technical information about the planet and analyze the materials of satellite imagery of Mars. 展开更多
