基于摩擦纳米发电的无线自供能输电线振动监测系统

将基于折纸结构的摩擦纳米发电模块应用于输电线振动能量采集系统,并实现对输电弧垂振动情况的自供能监测。研制了具有自恢复特性的折纸发电单元,并集成于筒状驻极体发电机实现多相位能量收集,在持续振动情况下可输出200 V直流电压和80... 将基于折纸结构的摩擦纳米发电模块应用于输电线振动能量采集系统,并实现对输电弧垂振动情况的自供能监测。研制了具有自恢复特性的折纸发电单元,并集成于筒状驻极体发电机实现多相位能量收集,在持续振动情况下可输出200 V直流电压和80μA的交流电流,在70 s内可充满LTC-3588型电源管理电路电容。通过搭建模拟输电线无线监测平台,测试得到不同振动状态下驻极体发电机输出的特征电压波形以实现输电线低频振动情况的识别,并连接适用于高阻抗信号传输的WiFi多通道采集卡,实现折纸发电单元信号的无线传输及上位机实时监测。引入卷积神经网络(CNN)对输电线常见的4种运动模式进行了识别。此项工作为架空输电线路安全预警系统构建提供了新的思路及解决方案。 展开更多

Vibration energy exists widely in daily environment. Micro vibration power generator can harvest and exchange the vibration energy to the electrical energy. Micro electret power generator is one kind of the power generators for harvesting vibration energy and has been paid much attention by researchers.
