韦氏骨盆整复手法治疗产后骨盆环损伤综合征疗效观察

目的:观察韦氏骨盆整复手法治疗产后骨盆环损伤综合征临床疗效及探究其作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用韦氏骨盆整复手法治疗,对照组运用经络推拿手法治疗,两组均每周治疗3次,1个疗程治疗5次,连续治疗3个疗程(5周)。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为56.7%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:韦氏骨盆整复手法治疗产后骨盆环损伤综合征疗效优于经络推拿手法治疗。

运用正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法结合小针刀及龙氏骨盆整复手法治疗骶髂关节错位所致慢性疼痛的心得

目的:分析实施正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法结合小针刀及龙氏骨盆整复手法治疗骶髂关节错位导致慢性疼痛的心得。方法:将我院收治的65例骶髂关节错位导致慢性疼痛患者按照治疗方式分成两组,常规组32例患者实施常规功能锻炼及镇痛治疗,治疗组33例患者实施正清风痛宁三联序贯结合小针刀及龙氏骨盆整复手法治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果差异。结果:两组患者治疗后的总有效率、满意度、中医症状积分、关节功能评分及疼痛评分存在显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:针对骶髂关节错位所致慢性疼痛患者实施正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法结合小针刀及龙氏骨盆整复手法治疗的疗效显著,改善患者疼痛程度。

骨盆牵引手法整复治疗小儿髋关节错缝

目的：骨盆牵引，手法整复等综合疗法治疗小儿髋关节错缝的临床疗效。方法：采用仰卧骨盆牵引，手法复位，卧床休息，外固定，中药膏外敷，口服中西药等对该病进行治疗，共计23例，以临床症状，体征改善程度来评估疗效。结果：所有患儿全部治愈，结论：骨盆牵引，手法整复等综合治疗，疗效短疗效明显无创伤性。

三小定点整脊手法治疗产后骶髂关节错缝36例

目的观察三小定点整脊手法治疗产后骶髂关节错缝的临床疗效。方法将72例产后骶髂关节错缝患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各36例。治疗组患者采用三小定点整脊手法治疗;对照组患者采用常规手法治疗。对比2组JOA评分及疼痛评分改善情况。结果两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组有效率(97.2%)优于对照组(77.8%)。两组治疗后JOA评分及VAS评比较,治疗组与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效更优。结论三小定点整脊手法治疗产后骶髂关节错缝的临床疗效明显优于常规手法治疗。
