[Result] 13 compounds were identified, 12 of which were sesquiterpenes with C15H24 formula and accounting for 99.62% of the complete compounds. Thujopsene-( 12), α-Guaiene and Aristolene were three most sesquiterpenes accounting for 10.66%, 33.69% and 34.85% of total content respectively. It can be sufficiently certified that sesquiterpene metabolic pathway existing in M. alpine. [ Coclusion] Metabolic flux of sesquiterpene pathway increased to improve its mass accumulation, because one or several key enzyme genes mutation in isoprene or sesquiterpene pathway enhanced their activities during induction of mutation from initial strain.展开更多

In this paper, the authors analyze the annual rate of carbon productivity growth, the differences of carbon productivity of different countries, and the factors for enhancing carbon productivity. Consequently, the authors clarify their viewpoint that the annual rate of carbon productivity growth can be used to weigh the efforts that a country takes to address climate change, and propose policies and suggestions on promoting carbon production.展开更多

Agar was extract...The red seaweed Melanothamnus somalensis was investigated as potential economic source of agar. The effect of different conditions of alkali pre-treatment on chemical properties of agar was evaluated. Agar was extracted by various concentrations of NaOH (4%, 6% and 8%) and heated at different temperatures (70 ℃, 75 ℃ and 80 ℃) for different durations (2 h, 2.75 h and 3.5 h). The yields-molecular weight (Mw) and sulfate contents of extracted agar were analysed and characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. The yield was significantly increased at these treatments from 23.29% to 30.86%. Mw studied by HPLC ranged from (.12.45 ± 0.21) × 10^5 to (8.60 ± 2.40) × 10^5 Da. FTIR bands show sulfate groups in C4 and C6 ofgalactose and no sulfate group were found on both C2 of galactose and C2 of 3,6-anhydrogalactose. All treatments showed a high sulfate content that ranged from 5.4% to 10.1%. These properties were found to be significantly affected by the alkali pre-treatment concentration (p 〈 0.05). In conclusion, agar extracted in this study was considered acceptable for industrial application and the optimal conditions for extraction were found to be at 6% NaOH at 70 ℃ for 2 hours.展开更多

Then, the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency, scale return, and projection analysis were analyzed. Finally, the provinces of the non-DEA efficiency are sorted according to three efficiencies, and also a goal of improvement is proposed for the purpose of expanding technology investment in the provinces of the DEA efficiency.展开更多

Ni and Mo were chosen as active pyrolysis centers through thermogravimetry, after which their catalytic effects were analyzed in a fixed bed. The results showed that different concentrations of impregnated Ni and Mo solution can significantly increase the yield of high-value products and enable catalyst separating and recycling with this method of online catalytic pyrolysis.展开更多
