为了探究SMC常温改性剂的微观改性机理以及不同掺量SMC改性剂对沥青高低温性能的影响并优选出SMC常温改性沥青的最佳低温评价指标。通过研究SMC常温改性剂的合成路线及红外光谱图探索其改性机理;通过温度扫描试验对不同掺量SMC常温改性... 为了探究SMC常温改性剂的微观改性机理以及不同掺量SMC改性剂对沥青高低温性能的影响并优选出SMC常温改性沥青的最佳低温评价指标。通过研究SMC常温改性剂的合成路线及红外光谱图探索其改性机理;通过温度扫描试验对不同掺量SMC常温改性沥青的高温稳定性评价;而后基于弯曲流变仪(BBR)试验,比较了不同温度下不同掺量的SMC常温改性沥青的蠕变劲度模量S,蠕变速率m_(c)和基于Burgers模型建立的新的低温综合柔量J_(C),采用频率扫描试验并基于时温等效原理确定其主曲线和玻璃态转变温度T_(g),研究掺量对沥青低温柔性的影响;最后结合混合料低温小梁弯曲试验验证不同低温评价指标S,m_(c),J_(C),T_(g)的有效性。结果表明,SMC的改性机理类似于表面活性剂,通过改变沥青分子的表面张力以达到常温拌和目的;SMC常温改性剂的加入对高温性能产生不利影响,且掺量增加负面效果越明显;比较S,m_(c),J_(C),T_(g)发现SMC改性剂能改善沥青的低温性能且随着SMC改性剂掺量的增加改善效果越显著且其中J_(C)与混合料的弯曲破坏应变的关联性最高,为SMC常温改性沥青的最佳低温评价指标。 展开更多

Nickel-based superalloys are easy to produce low cycle fatigue(LCF)damage when they are subjected to high temperature and mechanical stresses.Fatigue life prediction of nickel-based superalloys is of great importance for their reliable practical application.To investigate the effects of total strain and grain size on LCF behavior,the high temperature LCF tests were carried out for a nickel-based superalloy.The results show that the fatigue lives decreased with the increase of strain amplitude and grain size.A new LCF life prediction model was established considering the effect of grain size on fatigue life.Error analyses indicate that the prediction accuracy of the new LCF life model is higher than those of Manson-Coffin relationship and Ostergren energy method. 展开更多

This experiment is to study the special resistant induced by the high-speed evaporation surrounding themoving high-temperature particles. An observable equipment was designed, in which the first 11 experiments wereperformed by pouring one or several Zirconia spheres with various high-temperature and a diameter of 3~ 10 mminto a water pool. The particles falling-down speeds were recorded by high-speed photographic instrumentation,and pressures and water temperatures were measured. A comparison between the experiments with cold and hotspheres respectively, employing three different sphere types each, was presented. The experimental data, com-pared with the theory of the evaporation drag model, are nearly identical. 展开更多
