我国学科建设从“高原”到“高峰”发展探究——基于US News全球大学学科排名及相关数据分析

高峰学科建设是我国一流学科建设的重要任务,文章基于2023 US News全球大学学科排名,使用2017—2022年的排名数据,运用对比分析法、历史分析法,考察高原学科和高峰学科的关系。研究发现,“双一流”建设以来,高原学科和高峰学科迅速发展... 高峰学科建设是我国一流学科建设的重要任务,文章基于2023 US News全球大学学科排名,使用2017—2022年的排名数据,运用对比分析法、历史分析法,考察高原学科和高峰学科的关系。研究发现,“双一流”建设以来,高原学科和高峰学科迅速发展,高原学科广而弱、高峰学科精而强,但仍存在发展不均衡、国际合作较少等问题。因此,在第二轮“双一流”建设中,高原学科建设应聚焦前沿,发展新兴交叉学科;加强国际合作,提升国际影响力;整合各种资源,建立跨学科平台;以此打造高峰学科,带动学校学科建设整体水平的提升。 展开更多

This study proposes a method to derive the climatological limit thresholds that can be used in an operational/historical quality control procedure for Chinese high vertical resolution(5–10 m)radiosonde temperature and wind speed data.The whole atmosphere is divided into 64 vertical bins,and the profiles are constructed by the percentiles of the values in each vertical bin.Based on the percentile profiles(PPs),some objective criteria are developed to obtain the thresholds.Tibetan Plateau field data are used to validate the effectiveness of the method in the application of experimental data.The results show that the derived thresholds for 120 operational stations and 3 experimental stations are effective in detecting the gross errors,and those PPs can clearly and instantly illustrate the characteristics of a radiosonde variable and reveal the distribution of errors. 展开更多

Recent studies on glaciers in the West Kunlun Shan, northwest Tibetan Plateau, have shown that they may be stable or retreating slightly. Here, we assess changes in the mass of the glaciers in the West Kunlun Shan(WKS) in an attempt to understand the processes that control their behavior. Glaciers over the recent 40 years(1970-2010) have shrunk 3.4±3.1%in area, based on a comparison between two Chinese glacier inventories. Variations of surface elevations, derived from ICESat-GLAS(Ice, Cloud, and Land Elevation Satellite-Geoscience Laser Altimeter System) elevation products(GLA14 data) using the robust linear-fit method, indicate that the glaciers have been gaining mass at a rate of 0.23±0.24 m w.e./a since 2003. The annual mass budget for the whole WKS range from 2003 to 2009 is estimated to be 0.71±0.62 Gt/a. This gain trend is confirmed by MOD10A1 albedo for the WKS region which shows a descent of the mean snowline altitude from 2003 to 2009. 展开更多

Running on Internet, integration based on muhilayer federation architecture and dynamic reuse of simulation resources are the major difficulties for complex product collaborative design and simulation. Since the traditional Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) is not good at supporting these new requirements, an extended high level architecture (HLA) multilayer federation integration architecture (MLFIA), based on the resource management federation (RMF) and its supporting environment based Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and HLA (SOHLA) are proposed, The idea and realization of two key technologies, the dynamic creation of simulation federation based on RMF, TH RTI, an extensible HLA runtime infrastructure (RTI), used at Internet are emphasized.
