研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,它肩负着为我国社会主义现代化建设培养跨世纪高层次科技人才的历史重任。自1981年我国实施学位制度以来,研究生教育事业得到了迅速发展,为我国的教育、科技、经济等各条战线培养了一大批有硕士、博... 研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,它肩负着为我国社会主义现代化建设培养跨世纪高层次科技人才的历史重任。自1981年我国实施学位制度以来,研究生教育事业得到了迅速发展,为我国的教育、科技、经济等各条战线培养了一大批有硕士、博士学位的高层次人才,有力地推动了社会主义建设事业的迅猛发展。无数事实证明,发展研究生教育是振邦强国之路,国的发达,学校的发展都离不开研究生教育。近年来,学校遵循邓小平同志关于教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来的思想,认真贯彻《中国教育改革和发晨纲要》,在大力推进教育改革的同时,也提出了大力发展研究生教育的规划。我们通过各种途径努力开拓优秀的研究生生源,建立、健全比较规范的研究生培养制度,探索调整研究生的课程教育体系,拓宽博士生的基础理论,进行硕士、博士.或的评估,坚持严格标准自行迭选导师。这些举措大大促进了我校研究生教育事业的发展,提高了研究生的培养质量,使学校的研究生教育欣欣向荣,蒸蒸日上。为了使研究生教育再上新台阶,学校对研究生教育的各方面二作不断进行总结探讨,随之研究生教育的研讨论文及成果也不断涌现。在木期发表的只是1996年研究生教育研讨会上的部分论文,旨在引起关心、热爱研究生教育人士的关? 展开更多

2014年起国家开始抽检博士学位论文质量,规范性是抽检的重要内容。选取2001-2018年被引频次最高的50篇高等教育学博士学位论文作为研究样本,采用德尔菲法确定博士学位论文规范性评估的指标体系,并进一步采用专家法对抽样论文加以评估,... 2014年起国家开始抽检博士学位论文质量,规范性是抽检的重要内容。选取2001-2018年被引频次最高的50篇高等教育学博士学位论文作为研究样本,采用德尔菲法确定博士学位论文规范性评估的指标体系,并进一步采用专家法对抽样论文加以评估,继而得出抽样高被引博士学位论文规范性评估结果。经实证研究发现,中国高等教育学高被引博士学位论文存在主体部分结构比例不协调、文献综述问题意识不突出、研究设计及方法意识差、研究的意义与问题混淆、缺乏研究伦理规范等突出问题。为此,培养单位应加强对博士研究生的学术规范性教育,进一步完善研究方法课程设置,强化教育研究方法训练,制定高等教育学博士学位论文写作规范,完善博士生研究伦理教育机制。 展开更多

Poly(silanylenediethynylanthracene) (PSDEA) exhibits a hole-transporting ability experimentally. In order to simulate the property of PSDEA, a series of silanylenediethynylanthracene oligomers were designed. The structures of these oligomers were optimized by using density function theory at B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The energy gaps of the oligomers decrease with the increase in the chain length. The energy gaps of the oligomers also decrease in the presence of the electron-withdrawing group on the anthracene ring. The 13C chemical shifts and nucleus independent chemical shifts (NICS) at the anthracene ring center in the oligomers were calculated at B3LYP/6-31G level. The chemical shifts of the carbon atoms connected with the nitryl group changed upfield, compared with those of the carbon atoms without the nitryl group. The aromaticity at the anthracene ring center decreases in the presence of the electron-withdrawing group, whereas increases with the increase in the number of the silanylene units. The most sensitive location for calculating the NICS values is 0.1 nm above the anthracene plane. 展开更多

To unveil formation mechanism of key sequence boundaries of inland faulting basin and coal accumulation charac- teristics of coal seams in isochrohal stratigraphic framework, sequence stratigraphy, palaeogeographic recovery and other methods were used to research the sequence stratigraphy and coal accumulation in the example of Banding Basn in the west margin of Yangtze Platform, and the authors advanced a coal accumulation model of Faulting basin on the basis of accommo- dation space changes in the background of palaeogeography of sequence framework. The results show that: normal lacustrine regression and forced lacustrine regression are the main driving forces for the formation of sequence boundaries of Faulting ba- sin; basement subsidence is the main source of accommodation space of Faulting basin; and subsidence disequilibrium is the main cause for the difference in generation rate of accommodation space of Faulting basin. Coal accumulation in Faulting basin is obviously controlled by accommodation space changes in sequence framework and basin evolution. As Faulting basin evolves into depression basin, both subsidence rate of basin basement and generation rate of accommodation space decrease vertically, it appears as a progradational reverse-graded sedimentary sequence, coal accumulation in secondary sequence framework intensifies first and then weakens, and coal accumulation at the middle stage of highstand system tract is the best. During steady rifting period, minable coal seams were mostly developed in initial lacustrine flooding surface of fourth-order sequence and at the middle-late period of highstand system tract, and coal accumulation center lay in palaeogeographic unit of delta plain with moderate available accommodation space. During shrinking period, minable coal seams gradually migrated to the maximum lacustrine flooding surface and coal accumulation center lay in palaeographical unit of lacustrine with large available accommodation space. 展开更多

This work reviews recent progress in the alloy design,microstructure,and mechanical properties of refractory high-entropy alloys(RHEAs).What’s more,the underlying strengthening mechanisms and deformation behavior are discussed.Composed mainly of near-equimolar refractory elements,RHEAs have superior mechanical properties,especially at high temperatures.However,many of them have limited room-temperature ductility.Much work has been done to solve this trade-off,and some of the RHEAs have the potential to be used for high-temperature applications in the future.In addition to their mechanical properties,RHEAs have other attractive properties,such as biocompatibility and wear resistance,which are discussed.Finally,current problems and future suggestions for RHEAs are discussed. 展开更多

Along two different routes, with a length of about 5 kilometers, precise leveling and gravity measurements are done. One of the routes is in an even field while the other is in a rough field. The magnitudes of orthometric, normal and dynamic corrections are calculated for each route. Orthometric, dynamic, and normal height differences are acquired by adding the corrections to the height differences obtained from geometric leveling. The magnitudes of the corrections between the two routes are compared. In addition, by subtracting orthometric, dynamic, and normal heights from geometric leveling, deviations of these heights from geometric leveling are counted. 展开更多

Based on analysis of drilling, logging and field profile data, six sequence boundaries in Permian are identified in Bachu and Tazhong regions of Tarim Basin. All sequence boundaries are of type I sequence bound- aries, and are characterized by down cut. According to the six sequence boundaries, the Permian in this area can be divided into 5 third-order sequences, and all the sequences correspond with classic sequence model of Vail. Sequence Psq4 indicates lake transgressive system tract (TST) and highstand system tract (HST). Se- quences Psql, Psq2, Psq3, Psq5 indicate low stand system tract ( LST), transgressive system tract and high- stand system tract. LST is deposited by incised channel infilling with features of fluvial facies. TST is deposited by shore-shallow lake and semi-deep lake. HST is deposited by semi-deep lake, shore-shallow lake and delta. In addition, volcanic rocks are present on the top part of HST in sequence Psq3. Incised channel infilling and deltaic deposits were mainly distributed on western slope of Tadong uplift. 展开更多

Based on a synthetic geological study of drilling,well logging and seismic data,core observations and geochemical analysis,it is recognized that Triassic sedimentary facies in the Tahe area of Tarim Basin include braided river deposits filling erosional valleys,and sublacustrine fan,canyon and delta facies.Braided river deposits filling erosional valleys are dominated by coarse-grained lithic quartz sandstone with oblique bedding,and represent the most important sedimentation type of sandstone in the study area.Sublacustrine fan and canyon facies are mainly distributed in the Middle Oil Member.Most delta sediments are deposited in highstand system tract(HST),Because of frequent changes in base level,delta sediments are commonly eroded and rarely preserved.Sedimentary cycles are clearly reflected by lithology,sedimentary structures and well logging data,and are closely related to the changes in lacustrine level.In accordance with the basic principle of sequence subdivision,seven type-I boundaries can be recognized in Triassic strata and six type-I sequences are subdivided correspondingly.In general,lowstand system tract(LST) is well developed within stratigraphic sequences and forms the main body of reservoir sandstone in this area;highstand system tract(HST) and transgressive system tract(TST) are often eroded by upper sequences or missed,Although various factors have different influences on terrestrial sequence stratigraphy,the classical sequence stratigraphy theory proposed by VAIL can be applied to terrestrial strata. 展开更多

A computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation and field experiment were used to investigate optimal operating parameters of high-pressure jet grouting equipment and clarify the boundary law of the injection area in the remediation process.The response surface optimization design results show that the optimal injection pressure is 30 MPa,rotation speed is 23 r/min,commission speed is 30 cm/min,and the optimal injection diameter is 147.3 cm.Based on the CFD numerical simulation,the ratio of the injection core,turbulent zone,and seepage zone is approximately 1∶4∶2.The distribution law of jet core,turbulence zone and seepage zone at different cross-sections under 30 MPa operating conditions is as follows:The jet core radius is approximately 100 mm,the turbulence zone is mainly distributed at 100 to 500 mm,the seepage zone is mainly distributed at 500 to 700 mm,the seepage zone could be completed within 2 h,and the proportion of the three boundary zones in the injection zone is similar to that of the numerical simulation.This study provides theoretical parameters and practical reference for the remediation of deep pollution via in-situ chemical oxidation in the Loess Plateau soil environment. 展开更多

In this paper, performance of PECVD SiO 2 /Si 3 N 4 double layers electrets with different thicknesses were investigated detailedly in respect of chargeability, storage charge stability in high temperature and reliability in high humidity environment. Samples with different thicknesses of Si 3 N 4 and SiO 2 were prepared on Pyrex 7740 glass substrates and characterized by isothermal and high humidity charge decay. The results of experiment approved that the PECVD SiO 2 /Si 3 N 4 double layers electrets on glass substrate has as good chargeability and charge stability in high temperature and high humidity environment as thermal oxidation or APCVD/LPCVD ones on silicon substrates. The experiment results indicated that a Si 3 N 4 layer no less than 50 nm is necessary for good charge stability in high temperature and a Si 3 N 4 layer thicker than 500 nm decreases the chargeability. Even a 2 nm Si 3 N 4 layer is enough to significantly improve the charge stability in high humidity environment. Thick SiO 2 layer can increase the surface potential of electrets under the same charging condition and its charge stability in high temperature. However, the electrets with high surface potential also exhibit poor uniformity of charge stability in high humidity environment. 展开更多

A deep understanding of the spectral gain characteristics of optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) and optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs) is important for a highly efficient optical parametric conversion. We numerically calculated the spectral gain characteristics of a quasi-phase-matching (QPM) parametric conversion process using the periodically poled 6% (mol/mol) MgO doped LiNbO3 (PPMgLN) as the nonlinear crystal. In the simulation we utilized the approach of a transformative matrix of the periodically poled nonlinear medium, which results from the small-signal approximation of three-wave mixed nonlinear equations. Numerical simulation results show that: (1) The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the spectral gain of the parametric process becomes wider with the increase of parametric wavelength and reaches the maximum at degeneration; (2) The gain coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of parametric wavelength; (3) The spectral gain bandwidth decreases correspondingly with the increase of the nonlinear material length; (4) There exists an optimal parametric wavelength band, which is most suitable for the high gain parametric conversion when pumped by a laser source with a wide wavelength band, such as the high power fiber laser. 展开更多
