新形势下,社会经济水平的持续增长,城市化建设进程日益加快,高层建筑工程项目数量不断增多,引起人们对其高度重视,提出更高建设要求。作为高层建筑项目的重要组成部分,机电设施消防审核与验收至关重要,如果开展这项工作中遇到问题,且一... 新形势下,社会经济水平的持续增长,城市化建设进程日益加快,高层建筑工程项目数量不断增多,引起人们对其高度重视,提出更高建设要求。作为高层建筑项目的重要组成部分,机电设施消防审核与验收至关重要,如果开展这项工作中遇到问题,且一旦处理不及时,容易引起一系列问题,对高层建筑物整体质量产生威胁,无法保证相关人员的生命财产安全,造成重大安全事故。因此在具体开展高层建筑机电设施消防安装作业中,加强控制全过程施工质量,落实机电设施的安全管理,制定相应的优化解决对策,最大化降低影响与损失。基于此,本文对高层建筑机电设施消防审核和验收的重要性进行概述,侧重分析高层建筑机电设施消防审核和验收中常见的问题,提出相应的优化措施,希望给从业人士提供理论依据。 展开更多

Wind response of high-rise building in diversified inlets to construct wind turbine system on roof

Many skyscrapers have installed wind turbine systems to use new renewable energy. In particular, building an integrated wind power generation system by installing a wind power generator inside a building is an attractive method to secure safe energy. However, most studies have dealt with the efficiency of wind turbines and the response effects of wind induced vibration; space preparation for wind turbine installations has not been sufficiently considered. This work reviewed the shapes of openings where wind turbines can be installed in skyscrapers, and the characteristics of wind induced vibration responses occurring in the building with changes in cross sectional area. Nine wind power models were constructed to carry out the experiment. According to the experimental results, wind speed varies with shape of opening in the order of C-type>S-type>R-type. Moreover, wind speed increases as the area is reduced. 展开更多

We herein report the effective performance enhancement of the pentacene-based organic thin film transistors with silicon di- oxide dielectric by inserting a thin metal phthalocyanines interlayer between Au source/drain electrodes and the pentacene active layer. The threshold voltage decreased remarkably from ca. -20 V to a few volts (below -7.6 V) while the mobility in- creased 1.5-3 times after the insertion of the interlayer of only ca. 2 nm, which could be attributed to the reduction of the car- tier injection barrier. The results suggest a simple and effective way to achieve low-threshold-voltage pentacene-based organic thin film transistors with high mobility on silicon dioxide dielectric. 展开更多
