着重考察美、日、德等国基础环境教育发展所取得的经验和成效,分析研究其取得较高成效的原因在于:(1)制订有效实施的行动计划和可达目标,并能够持续执行,具体落实;(2)环境教育学术研究根基深厚,这与西方发达国家现代环境教育发展较早有关,具有突出优势;(3)自环境教育开展以来,凡在此方面能够走在他国前列的国家都表现并长期保持了以下三方面的经验传统,即“形成与环境亲密接触的学习传统”“重视隐性课程开发和推广的传统”“社会对学校广泛支持的传统”。

Application of the equivalent offset migration method in acoustic log reflection imaging

Borehole acoustic reflection logging can provide high resolution images of nearborehole geological structure. However, the conventional seismic migration and imaging methods are not effective because the reflected waves are interfered with the dominant borehole-guided modes and there are only eight receiving channels per shot available for stacking. In this paper, we apply an equivalent offset migration method based on wave scattering theory to process the acoustic reflection imaging log data from both numerical modeling and recorded field data. The result shows that, compared with the routine post-stack depth migration method, the equivalent offset migration method results in higher stack fold and is more effective for near-borehole structural imaging with low SNR acoustic reflection log data.

An Intermediate Reference Datum Static Correction Technique and Its Applications

Static corrections using the conventional method are basically conducted in two steps, the weathering correction followed by the correction from the top of the sub-weathering to the unified datum. However, the conventional method fails to well deal with statics problems in case the top of the sub-weathering is sharply undulated and the lateral velocity of the sub-weathering varies significantly. This brings us to the introduction of a smooth intermediate reference datum （IRD） located under the top of the sub-weathering, which helps to further increase the accuracy of statics based on the weathering corrections, and ensures the imaging quality. Good results based on the IRD technique have been achieved in the complex areas in western China. This paper discusses the IRD functions, its application requirements, and selection of related parameters. Some typical sections for comparison are also given in this paper.

The Model of Poverty Alleviation and Income Growth by Developing Plateau-characterized Agriculture and Its Achievements Analysis in Yunnan Province——a Case Study in Midu County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture

The policy of taking the targeted poverty alleviation measures has been the mission of the age in propelling the 13th Five-year Plan and building moderately prosperous society. A good poverty alleviation model is of significance for the goal. The research introduced a poverty-stricken county-Midu County, Dali Bai Au- tonomous Prefecture, analyzed the basic approaches and the main achievements of ＂the model of poverty alleviation and income growth by developing plateau-charac- terized agriculture＂, and proposed some suggestions to promoting and applying this model. The research provides references for plateau-characterized agricultural devel- opment and targeted poverty alleviation strategy.

Functional Polyethylene Glycol with Carboxyl-supported Platinum as an Efficient Catalysis System for the Hydrosilylation of Alkenes

A series of carboxylated long chain polyethylene glycols(abbreviated as PEGCOOH) has been synthesized and used to support chloroplatinic acid.These supported catalysts were then tested for their efficiency in the hydrosilylation of alkenes.The factors affecting their catalytic properties,e.g.relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol,reaction temperature,platinum content,and type of alkenes,have been studied.It was found that the activity of the platinum catalyst decreased with increasing length of the polyethylene glycol chain,and increased with reaction temperature.Moreover,these catalysts could be reused several times without a noticeable decrease in activity or selectivity.The reaction pathway leading to excellent selectivity for the β-adduct of hydrosilylation of alkenes with triethoxysilane catalyzed by this catalysis system was discussed.

Efficient Syntheses of Permethylated Derivatives of Neolamellarin A,a Pyrrolic Marine Natural Product

The pyrrole-derived alkaloids with marine origin, especially their permethyl derivatives, have unique structures and promising biological activities. Marine natural product neolamellarins are a collection of lamellarin-like phenolic pyrrole compounds, which can inhibit hypoxia-induced HIF-1 activation. Many pyrrole-derived lamellarin-like alkaloids show potent MDR reversing activity. In this study, five permethylated derivatives of neolamellarin A were synthesized with their MDR reversing activity studied in order to identify new MDR reversal agents. A convergent strategy was adopted to synthesize the permethylated derivatives of neolamellarin A. Pyrrole was first converted into a corresponding N-trisisopropylsilyl （TIPS）-substituted derivative, then through iodination afforded 3,4-diiodinated pyrrole compound. The key intermediate, 3,4-disubstituent-lH-pyrrole, was obtained through desilylation of 3,4-disubstituent-l-TIPS pyrrole, which was prepared from 3,4-diiodinated pyrrole derivative and aryl boronic acid ester through Suzuki cross-coupling reaction between them. Then, the intermediate, 3,4-disubstituent-lH-pyrrole, reacted with fresh phenylacetyl chloride under n-BuLi/THF condition afforded the target compounds. Finally, we obtained five novel pyrrolic com- pounds, permethylated derivatives ofneolamellarin A 16a-e, in 30%-37% yield through five step reactions. The bioactivity testing of these compounds are in process.

Synthesis of 2,6-pyridine Dimethyl Formate under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient synthesis of 2,6-pyridine dimethyl formate happened under the microwave irradiation is proposed. It is noteworthy that some factors influence the product yield such as time, temperature, ratio of reactants, and acidity which were discussed. The optimized quantity of 2,6-pyridine dimethyl acid is 10 mmol and methanol is 25 mmol. The yield is up to 95%-96% when using 2 mL 30% sulfuric acid. All products have been characterized by IR and 1H NMR.

Analysis of the monosaccharide composition of fucoidan by precolumn derivation HPLC

We developed an HPLC method for analysis of the monosaccharide composition of fucoidans. The fucoidan was hydrolyzed into monosaccharides with 2 mol/L trifluoroacetic acid. Using ribose as the internal standard, the monosaecharide derivatives, obtained with 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolone （PMP）, were separated by reverse-phase HPLC using a gradient elution process, and monitored by ultraviolet detection at 245 nm. In the concentration range of 0.1-2.0 mmol/L, the peak area of each monosaccharide had a good linear relationship with its concentration （r^2〉0.998）. The average recoveries of mannose, rhamnose, glucuronic acid, glucose, galactose, xylose, and fucose were 86.2%, 95.1%, 62.5%, 102.0%, 94.8%, 66.6%, and 105.1%, respectively. This method was accurate and had good reproducibility and could be used to determine the monosaccharide contents of fucoidans.

Non-Gaussian Phase Screen Based on log-Poisson Distribution and Effect on Imaging

Gaussian models without intermittency are extensively used in estimating the effect of turbulence,but italso brings some puzzles,for example the observed pulse shape that disagrees with the result of the standard theoryof interstellar scintillations.Indeed the property of intermittency is inherent in turbulence,i.e.,all the quantities thatcharacterize it suffer from strong fluctuations.So it is necessary to consider turbulent intermittency in many applications.In this paper we propose a non-Gaussian phase screen,which obeys log-Poisson statistics,and also offers the correspondingpoint spread function(PSF).These results describe that intermittency leads to the more extent and different directionaldistribution of PSF.Theoretical analysis is made under the hypothesis of the phase difference satisfying log-Poissonstatistics,and the average point spread function,which accord qualitatively with the result of the above generated phasescreen,is derived.
