数字经济产业政策对企业全要素生产率的影响——以高技术制造企业为例

以“国家信息化发展战略”为准自然实验,选取2011—2022年中国沪深A股上市制造企业作为研究样本,利用双重差分法验证数字经济产业政策影响高技术制造企业全要素生产率的作用机制。实证检验显示,数字经济产业政策正向影响高技术制造企业... 以“国家信息化发展战略”为准自然实验,选取2011—2022年中国沪深A股上市制造企业作为研究样本,利用双重差分法验证数字经济产业政策影响高技术制造企业全要素生产率的作用机制。实证检验显示,数字经济产业政策正向影响高技术制造企业全要素生产率,同时在一系列稳健性检验后结果依旧稳健。机制检验表明,数字技术创新、资源错配缓解是数字经济产业政策影响高技术制造企业全要素生产率的关键机制。异质性检验证实,时期层面,数字经济产业政策对高技术制造企业全要素生产率提升具有长期效应、滞后效应,即政策实施后2~6年显著为正,在出台后第3年大幅度上升后保持平稳推进状态;企业层面,数字经济产业政策对非国有高技术制造企业、大型高技术制造企业、实施组织政治战略的高技术制造企业全要素生产率的提升作用显著;区位层面,对市场化水平较低、西部地区、高亲近及高清白政商关系下的高技术制造企业全要素生产率的提升作用更加明显。研究将“国家信息化发展战略”嵌入高技术制造企业层面进行政策效应评估,为推进“国家信息化发展战略”与提升高技术制造企业全要素生产率提供政策启示。 展开更多

基于2005—2015年中国28个省份的面板数据,利用Malmquist指数法核算了高技术产业的全要素生产率(TFP),运用空间杜宾模型,就对外直接投资(OFDI)的逆向技术溢出效应对高技术产业TFP的影响进行研究。结果表明:OFDI存在显著的空间溢出效应,O... 基于2005—2015年中国28个省份的面板数据,利用Malmquist指数法核算了高技术产业的全要素生产率(TFP),运用空间杜宾模型,就对外直接投资(OFDI)的逆向技术溢出效应对高技术产业TFP的影响进行研究。结果表明:OFDI存在显著的空间溢出效应,OFDI对高技术产业TFP的影响既作用在地区内,也作用在地区间;OFDI与高技术产业TFP的增长呈正相关,OFDI逆向技术溢出能够显著促进高技术产业TFP的增长;研发人员、研发经费和人均GDP在地区内与高技术产业TFP呈正相关,且存在空间溢出效应;出口与高技术产业TFP的关系并不显著,出口溢出效应不明显。因此,我国在制定高技术产业OFDI政策时,需要充分考虑OFDI对高技术产业发展的空间溢出影响,以期实现OFDI逆向技术溢出在全域范围内发挥作用。 展开更多

In 2005, the US passed the Energy Policy Act of 2005 mandating the construction and operation of a high-temperature gas reactor (HTGR) by 2021. This law was passed after a multiyear study by national experts on what future nuclear technologies should be developed. As a result of the Act, the US Congress chose to develop the so-called Next-Generation Nuclear Plant, which was to be an HTGR designed to produce process heat for hydrogen production. Despite high hopes and expectations, the current status is that high temperature reactors have been relegated to completing research programs on advanced fuels, graphite and materials with no plans to build a demonstration plant as required by the US Con- gress in 2005. There are many reasons behind this diminution of HTGR development, including but not limited to insufficient government funding requirements for research, unrealistically high temperature requirements for the reactor, the delay in the need for a "hydrogen" economy, competition from light water small modular light water reactors, little utility interest in new technologies, very low natural gas prices in the US, and a challenging licensing process in the US for non-water reactors. 展开更多

With the development of precision agriculture, the research that applies Remote Sensing technology, especially hyperspectral remote sensing, to realize crop management, monitoring and yield estimation, has been concerned. Nowadays, the growth-monitoring and yield-estimating methods in rice, wheat and other annual crops develop rapidly with some achievements having already been put into service. But the yield estimation research on perennial economic crops is few. Taking peren- nial citrus trees as the research object, using ASD spectrometer to collect citrus canopy spectral, this article studied and analyzed the citrus of veget&tion index and its relationship on yield, synthetically considered the influence of the agriculture pa- rameters on crop yield, and finally constructed the citrus yield estimation model based on the spectral data and agronomic parameters. Through the Significance Test and Samples' Test, olutained that the model's fitting degree was R=0.631, F= 13.201, P〈0.01 and the error rate of estimating accuracy was controlled in the range 3%-16%, proving that the model has statistical signification and reliability. It concluded that hyperspectral acquired from citrus canopy has substantial potential for citrus yield estimation. This study is an application and exploration of Hyperspectral Remote Sensing technology in the citrus yield estimation. 展开更多

Abstract: This article introduces the development and application of the medium-pressure hydro-upgrading (MHUG) tech- nology developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP). The MHUG technology based on the chemistry of diesel hydro-upgrading reactions has the advantages of flexible product slate and excellent product quality that can in- crease the cetane rating of diesel fuel up to more than 15 units. The hydrotreating and hydro-upgrading catalysts associated with the MHUG technology have outstanding performance to meet the demand of MHUG technology for hydro-saturation and selective ring-opening of aromatic rings. New MHUG process flow scheme can further increase the yield and selectivity of target products. Commercial application of multiple MHUG units has revealed that the MHUG technology designated for clean diesel production features good feedstock adaptability and operating stability. 展开更多

Based on a refined "non-competitive input-output model," this paper proposes a new framework for analyzing the status of a country's high-tech industries in the international division of labor, i.e. calculates the index of" weighted value-added productivity " by compiling non-competitive input-output tables which distinguish high-tech industries from traditional industries. The new method effectively avoids "statistical illusion" which stems from a biased focus on gross exports under intra-product specialization. The empirical study shows that since 1995, the status of China's high-tech industries has grown quickly as a result of enhanced labor productivity, but still lags behind those of major developed countries. In addition, the study also suggests that the status of China's high-tech industries has been over-estimated using the traditional gross export statistical method. 展开更多

Color filters are produced using semiconductor production techniques although problems with low yield remain to be addressed. This study presents a new means of selective removal using excimer irradiation, chemical etching, or electrochemical machining on the fifth generation TFT LCDs. The selective removal of microstructure layers from the color filter surface of an optoelectronic flat panel display, as well as complete removal of the ITO thin-films, RGB layer, or resin black matrix (BM) layer from the substrate is possible. Individual defective film layers can be removed, or all films down to the Cr layer or bare glass can be completely eliminated. Experimental results demonstrate that defective ITO thin-films, RGB layers, or the resin BM layer can now be recycled with a great precision. When the ITO or RGB layer proves difficult to remove, excimer light can be used to help with removal. During this recycling process, the use of 225 nm excimer irradiation before chemical etching, or electrochemical machining, makes removal of stubborn film residues easy, effectively improving the quality of recycled color filters and reducing fabrication cost. 展开更多

Harvesting mechanical energy from our surroundings to acquire a steady and high power output has attracted intensive interest due to the fast development of portable electronics. In this work the disk-structured triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) was prepared based on the mature printed drcuit board (PCB) technology and the composite structure for effectively improving the utilization in space. A narrow grating of 1~ was designed to produce high output. Operated at a rotation rate of 1,000 rpm, the TENG produces a high output power density of 267 mW/cm2 (total power output of 25.7 W) at a matched load of 0.93 MfZ After introducing a transformer, the output power can be managed so that it can be directly used to charge a battery for a smart phone. With the PCB production technology, fabrication of high performance TENG at low cost and large-scale becomes feasible. 展开更多
