基于动态物质流分析的高技术金属资源潜力研究:以废旧电脑为例

高技术金属资源已成为国家战略性新兴产业发展不可或缺的关键原材料,而废旧电脑中含有种类丰富的高技术金属资源,具备广泛的开发利用前景。随着社会经济发展和人民生活水平提高,我国电脑普及率逐年提升,并已成为全球最大的电脑生产国和... 高技术金属资源已成为国家战略性新兴产业发展不可或缺的关键原材料,而废旧电脑中含有种类丰富的高技术金属资源,具备广泛的开发利用前景。随着社会经济发展和人民生活水平提高,我国电脑普及率逐年提升,并已成为全球最大的电脑生产国和消费国,每年报废大量废旧电脑。因此,本文在区分台式电脑和笔记本电脑的基础上,运用动态物质流方法对我国不同类别电脑报废量及蓄积其中的各类高技术金属社会存量进行估算,并讨论回收方式对回收效率的影响。研究结果表明:①2010—2019年期间,我国电脑报废总量超过14亿台;②2010—2019年期间,我国废旧电脑中蓄积的各类高技术金属总社会存量超过4600 t;③随着回收方式的转变和回收效率的提升,未来蓄积在废旧电脑中的各类高技术金属资源将成为国家战略性关键矿产的重要来源。本文为科学合理开发我国废旧电脑中蓄积的各类高技术金属资源提出合理性建议,并展望未来研究方向。 展开更多

Based on exploitation compensation value system of preponderant high-tech metal mineral resources and distortion of pricing mechanism, social utility function was constructed to modify decision utility function of developers, and was extended to Stackelberg production decision model of preponderant high-tech metal mineral resources development. Analyzing the influences on market monopoly, output and price decision-making exerted by altruistic preferences, inequity aversion and sequential reciprocity fairness belief equilibrium, game fairness equilibrium which is significant in experimental economics can be obtained and verified by numerical simulation. In process of strategic pricing, method that uses the variation of producer surplus to measure strategic value from psychological preferences was proposed for the first time and technical support to improve exploitation compensation value system of preponderant metal mineral resources was available. 展开更多

The thermal resistance of LED modules was numerical and experimental. Thermal resistance from the jtnction to aluminten metal plate, considering input power of IFD module using MOAMP technology, is 3.02 K/W, 3.23 K/W for the measured and calculated, respectively. We expect that the reported MOAMP technology with low thermal resistance will be a promising solution for high power LED fighting modules. 展开更多

However, to be used in high-tech industry or nuclear energy, these elements must first be recovered from the deposits and purified. As solvent extraction is the main technology for the recovery and purification of the metals, the review mainly presents our recent works on the extraction and separation of tetravalent cerium cation by neutral α-aminophosphonates, the individual rare earth separation by α-aminophosphonic acids, and the continuous preparation of high-purity thorium.
