针对细胞培养箱温度控制具有非线性、时滞性、易受干扰且难以建立精确的数学模型的特点,传统的PID控制方法对于快速维持系统箱内温度稳定存在一定的局限性;提出了以温度误差和误差变化率为控制输入,培养箱内温度为控制量的模糊PID参数... 针对细胞培养箱温度控制具有非线性、时滞性、易受干扰且难以建立精确的数学模型的特点,传统的PID控制方法对于快速维持系统箱内温度稳定存在一定的局限性;提出了以温度误差和误差变化率为控制输入,培养箱内温度为控制量的模糊PID参数自整定的温度控制算法,实现了对PID参数的实时在线修正;实验表明,该模糊PID参数自整定温度控制算法,温度从26℃上升到目标温度37℃,建立稳态的时间为2890s,温度超调极小;系统温度控制精度为±0.05℃,并在相同型号的细胞培养箱上同样得到验证;在控制稳定性方面获得了比传统PID控制更好的控温效果,稳定快,极小超调,温度控制精度高,能满足细胞培养箱温度控制的要求。 展开更多

针对原子磁力仪中垂直腔面发射激光器(Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser,VCSEL)的波长易受环境因素(温度)影响的问题设计了一套温度控制系统。其具有控制精度高、响应快速、集成度高等优点,并通过电子学和光学两种方案的对比实... 针对原子磁力仪中垂直腔面发射激光器(Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser,VCSEL)的波长易受环境因素(温度)影响的问题设计了一套温度控制系统。其具有控制精度高、响应快速、集成度高等优点,并通过电子学和光学两种方案的对比实验对该系统的可靠性进行了实验评估。该系统由电源控制电路和芯片控制电路两部分组成,通过对VCSEL激光器自带的半导体制冷片(TEC)的工作电流进行控制,实现对激光器工作温度的精确控制,从而稳定激光器的波长,使磁力仪正常工作。通过光学和电子学对比试验表明,长时间温度漂移低于0. 003℃,长时间VCSEL波长变化量小于0. 14 pm,温度步进连续可调,能够满足原子激光磁力仪对激光的控制要求。 展开更多

In this study, the suitability of current design methods for the 0.2% proof yield strength of the comer regions for high strength cold-formed steel at normal room temperature was investigated. The current standard predictions are generally accurate for outer comer specimen but conservative for inner comer specimen. Based on the experimental results, an analytical model to predict the comer strength of high strength cold-formed steel at normal room temperature was also proposed. The comparison indicated that the proposed model predicted well the comer strength of high strength cold-formed steel not only at normal room temperature but also at elevated temperatures. It is shown that the predictions obtained from the proposed model agree well with the test results. Generally the comer strength enhancement of high strength cold-formed steel decreases when the temperature increases. 展开更多

In the Raymond mill grinding processes,high-accuracy control for the current of Raymond mill is vital to enhance the product quality and production efficiency as well as cut down the consumption of spare parts.However,strong external disturbances,such as variations of ore hardness and ore size,always exist.It is not easy to make the current of Raymond mill constant due to these strong disturbances.Several control strategies have been proposed to control the grinding processes.However,most of them(such as PID and MPC)reject disturbances merely through feedback regulation and do not deal with the disturbances directly,which may lead to poor control performance when strong disturbances occur.To improve disturbance rejection performance,a control scheme based on PI and disturbance observer is proposed in this work.The scheme combines a feedforward compensation part based on disturbance observer and a feedback regulation part using PI.The test results illustrate that the proposed method can obtain remarkable superiority in disturbance rejection compared with PI method in the Raymond mill grinding processes. 展开更多

In order to achieve the desired high acowacy, nonlinear factors as friction nmst be accurately compensated in the real-time servo control algoritinn. In this paper, the model of a hybrid five-bar mechanism is introduced. In terms of the characteristics of the hybrid mechanism, a hybrid intelligent control algorithm based on proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control and cerebellar model articulation control techniques was presented and used to perform control of hybrid five-bar mechanism for the lust time. The sinmulation results show that the hybrid control method can improve the control effect remarkably, compared with the traditional PID control strategy. 展开更多

Development of Integrated Precision Vibration-Assisted Micro-Engraving System

A novel precision vibration-assisted micro-engraving system was developed by the integration of fast tool servo and ultrasonic elliptical vibration system, in which the flexure hinge was designed to avoid backlash and PID control algorithm was established to guarantee specific precision. Apart from experimental validation of the performance of the system, various micro-V-grooves cutting experiments on aluminum alloy, ferrous material and hard cutting material were performed, in which Kistler force sensor was used to measure cutting force. Through experiments, it was clear that the vibration-assisted micro-engraving system can ensure good quality of micro-V-grooves and reduce cutting force by about 60% compared with traditional removal process without ultrasonic vibration. 展开更多
