Title Evaluation study of teaching-oriented teaching team in colleges and universities based on analytic hierarchy process

You Complying with the school＇s education purpose of training applied talents, in colleges and universities, teaching-oriented teaching team should be read in conjunction with the construction of its evaluating index system as well as the improvement of the operation quality of teaching efficiency. In view of vague characteristic of evaluation, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to carry on the fuzzy and synthetic appraisal for operation quality of teaching-oriented teaching teams in colleges and universities, reasonably ascertaining the weights of the evaluation indexes and improving the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation.

基于规则库的配网设计审查专家系统研究

为了给配网设计评审项目工作提供专业的信息化管理、决策辅助和支持,实现项目评审过程的流程化和规范化、项目决策科学化,减轻设计人员、评审专家等工作人员工作量,通过对现行行业及公司配电网设计标准规范、知识库、规则库、规则引擎等研究,提出建立适应云南电网发展需要的基于规则库的配网设计审查专家系统,建立设计审查自动校验模型,固化设计审查规范流程,对配网工程项目关键参数指标等进行校验分析,最终实现对配网设计成果的标准化、智能化、流程化、可视化和指标化高效评审,该系统在实际的配网项目评审过程中得到了验证,功能全面,自动化水平高,具有较高的实用价值和可扩展性。

10千伏及以下配电网可研成果标准化审查——平台的研究与应用

为了实现配网工程可研审查信息化、流程化、规范化，减轻配网项目可研审查人员的工作量，提高可研审查工作效率，本文通过分析现行配网可研评审技术的应用现状及存在的弊端，提出建立适应云南电网发展需要的10kV及以下配网可研评审系统，形成以配网可研电子化评审、工程项目信息管理为主的一体化应用平台，实现项目信息的高效评审、传递和实时共享。该系统在实际的配网工程评审中得到了应用验证，既提高了可研评审工作效率、有效避免了人工统计出错率：节省了人力、财力、物力；利于进行监督，具有较高的社会、经济效益。
