加强高新技术产业统计的思考

高新技术产业作为知识经济的一个重要组成部分,是推动社会经济发展的强大动力.如何加强高新技术产业统计,正确地衡量知识经济对推动经济增长的作用具有重要的现实意义.一、测算知识经济的几种方法比较测算知识经济对经济增长的作用有三种方法.1.统计法.从统计的角度对三次产业进行划分,将产业结构中属于知识经济的两个部分,即第二产业工业部门中属于制造业的高新技术产业部门和第三产业中的知识密集部门如教育、通讯、信息等部门分别进行统计,可以得到知识经济在整个国民经济中所占的份额.

秀洲区高新技术产业发展的思考与对策

高新技术产业是指依托高新技术发展起来的新兴产业，是技术密集度达到制造业平均水平2—3倍的产业，它包括高技术产业和新技术产业两部分，它的内涵随着经济社会的发展也在发生变化。如何严格定义高新技术产业，目前世界上还没有一个统一的、规范的分类体系。浙江省在2004年调整了《高新技术产业统计分类目录》。具体目录由92个国民经济行业小类组成（具体目录略）。本文以浙江省调整后的《高新技术产业统计分类目录》为依据，以规模以上工业企业为统计范围，对秀洲区高新技术产业发展进行分析研究。

Research on the statistics index system and evaluation method of high and new technology industry development

During the evolution of the global economic, high and new technology industry has become the main driver to impel the global economy growth via technological advancement, and the main means to guarantee the sustainable development of the global economy. In the view of China’s situation, this article analyzes the experiences of OECD in high and new technology industry and gives a statistics index system along with the evaluation method to estimate the development of high and new technology industry.
