本文把"管、教、学"作为一个系统,运用协同学理论对高校管教学系统的整合进行审视,分析了基于协同理论对该系统进行整合研究的重要性。通过对该系统整体、内部各子系统及外部系统之间的现状研究与分析,提出了该系统下存在的诸多障碍因素,并对其在协同论的视角下进行了动态协同策略研究。
