The research found that most young college English teachers in Guangxi have mastered certain English knowledge, skills and they hold positive beliefs and attitudes toward English Education. However, there are also many existing problems: Some teachers lack comprehensive pedagogical knowledge, and they can’t make a scientific planning for their professional development. Also, their belief in the value of English education is not firm enough. Based on the above problem, this study tried to explore the reasons and put forward the corresponding suggestions.展开更多
