方家山主泵机械密封发生多次低压泄漏率高事件,严重影响主泵安全稳定运行,通过机械密封解体检查,发现这多起机械密封故障是共模故障,本文对103大修机械密封低压泄漏率高典型事件进行了根本原因分析。引起主系统泄漏量高的直接原因是第... 方家山主泵机械密封发生多次低压泄漏率高事件,严重影响主泵安全稳定运行,通过机械密封解体检查,发现这多起机械密封故障是共模故障,本文对103大修机械密封低压泄漏率高典型事件进行了根本原因分析。引起主系统泄漏量高的直接原因是第三级机械密封静环卡涩;根本原因是静环导套表面发生微动磨损以及表面有黑色残留物大大增加了O型圈的摩擦阻力;另外O型圈设计尺寸过大、主泵采用憋压顶起0型圈无背压等原因则是重要影响因素。根据原因分析提出了机械密封改进建议,并在方家山核电站203大修期间对机械密封静环导套进行修复,主系统泄漏量下降近一半,取得了良好效果。 展开更多

Both the ceramic and the composite insulators have their own advantages and disadvantages when compared with each other. It is a reasonable idea to combine their merits together to design a novel insulator. The key measure of the novel insulator suggested in this paper is to add an annular metal sheet coated with high temperature vulcanisation (HTV) silicone rubber (SIR) at the base of the traditional ceramic insulator cap. The HTVSIR covering on the exterior of the metal sheet can lengthen the creepage distance. The metal sheet can uniform the electric stress, reduce its maximum value and modify its direction on one insulator unit and acts as equalizing ring on an insulator string. The factors stated above are the main reasons why the novel insulator has better insulating performance, including lower leakage current and flashover voltage, especially under polluted conditions. Simultaneously, the novel insulator can overcome the disadvantages of the ordinary remedies which have been widely used to improve the performance of ceramic insulators against pollution. The experimental results obtained in the laboratory were in good agreement with the theoretical analysis and demonstrated the novel insulator's effectiveness. 展开更多

In this situation, computer aided education (CAE) technology as a tool for simultaneous achievement of quality, cost and delivery (QCD) plays an important role. The hardware-software environment surrounding CAE has evolved. Though technological problems have been understood and general solutions have been derived and reflected in the CAE analysis software, research findings that boost the credibility of CAE have still not been incorporated fully enough into the development of design process. The real technical mechanism issue is not precisely capture. Therefore, it is important to clarify the real cause in CAE results through CAE simulation in order to assure product reliability and assurance. It is the aim of this study to realize the prediction of design analysis process through understanding of unclear technical mechanism in abnormal occurrences with the utilization of CAE simulation. In other words, it is the aim of this study to focus on issue in automotive transaxle oil seal leakage to understand, grasp, and visualize the main cause through usage of CAE analysis process. It is understood that the point of contact and pump volume was related and this could contribute towards seals quality design. According to the structural characteristics of hazardous waste landfill and the leakage current model of high voltage DC Landfill leakage detection, a sealed model is established detail. The detection layer of the hazardous waste landfill is considered as a sealed assumed that the source current flows through the leak entirely. The leak is regard and analyzed in space and it is ed as a positive current resource + I located at the current entrance or a negative resource - I located at the current exit, which depends on the placement of the current supply. The electrical potential of an arbitrary in detection layer satisfies Poisson equation. The boundary condition is regarded as a natural bound- ary condition for the high resistivity of high density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane. Based on which a numerical calculation method is developed. Satisfactory agreement between experimental da- ta and simulated data validates the analysis. Parametric studies show that a larger horizontal distance between the power supply electrode and leak and a smaller distance between the detector electrodes and the detected liner are helpful to leak location. More parametric curves show that parameters leaks can be detected effectively with optimum selection of field survey. 展开更多

Generally speaking, main flow path of gas turbine is assumed to be perfect for standard 3D computation. But in real engine, the turbine annulus geometry is not completely smooth for the presence of the shroud and associated cavity near the end wall. Besides, shroud leakage flow is one of the dominant sources of secondary flow in tur- bomachinery, which not only causes a deterioration of useful work but also a penalty on turbine efficiency. It has been found that neglect shroud leakage flow makes the computed velocity profiles and loss distribution signifi- cantly different to those measured. Even so, the influence of shroud leakage flow is seldom taken into considera- tion during the routine of turbine design due to insufficient understanding of its impact on end wall flows and tur- bine performance. In order to evaluate the impact of tip shroud geometry on turbine performance, a 3D computa- tional investigation for 1.5-stage turbine with shrouded blades was performed in this paper. The existence of a gap between combustor and turbine endwall in the real gas turbine induces to the leakages phenomenon. However, the leakages could be used as a coolant to protect the endwaU surfaces from the hot gas since it could not be completely prevented. Thus, present study investigated the potential of leakage flows as a function of film cooling. In present study, the flow field at the downstream of high-pressure turbine blade has been investigated by 5-holes pitot tube. This is to reveal the aerodynamic performances under the influenced of leakage flows while the temperature measurement was conducted by thermoehromic liquid crystal (TLC). Expe- rimental has significantly captured theaerodynamics effect of leakage flows near the blade downstream. Further- more, TLC measurement illustrated that the film cooling effectiveness contours were strongly influenced by the secondary flows behavior on the endwall region. Aero-thermal results were validated by the numerical simulation adopted by commercial sottware, ANSYS CFX 13. Both experimental and numerical simulation indicated almost similar trendinaero and also thermal behavior as the amount of leakage flows increases. 展开更多
