纳米纤维素高浓度制备研究进展

纳米纤维素作为一种新型的生物基天然功能纳米材料,其在复合材料、包装、医药材料、涂料、化妆品和电子产品等领域具有广阔的应用前景。但是,目前纳米纤维素在制备过程中仍然存在着高能耗和高水耗等问题,导致其生产成本高。另外,传统纳米纤维素制备方法通常在较低纤维素浆料浓度条件下进行(浓度小于5%),这导致单位体积的生产效率低以及终产物含水率高,给运输、储存和应用都带来极大的困难和挑战,制约着其素进一步市场推广和实际应用。因此,纳米纤维素高浓制备技术受到越来越多的关注。开发纳米纤维素高浓制备技术可解决其生产过程中能耗高、水耗高和终产物含水率高等问题,有望进一步降低其生产成本和应用成本。

The preparation of high performance carbon electrode in electrochemical oxygen generator

The properties of carbon electrode was tested. The electrochemical oxygen generator using carbon electrode as the cathode was prepared.
