人参白虎汤证发热大鼠模型的实验研究

目的采用大黄芒硝汤结合腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)复制发热模型,并对其免疫功能进行评价,为研究人参白虎汤解热机理提供发热动物模型。方法将Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为灌胃0、1、3、5、7 d组,分别使用大黄芒硝汤给... 目的采用大黄芒硝汤结合腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)复制发热模型,并对其免疫功能进行评价,为研究人参白虎汤解热机理提供发热动物模型。方法将Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为灌胃0、1、3、5、7 d组,分别使用大黄芒硝汤给予0、1、3、5、7 d的灌胃,末次灌胃后腹腔注射LPS。观察并记录大鼠的粪便状态与体温变化情况,检测粪便含水量、脾脏指数,并对血液样本进行血细胞计数,评价不同天数的大黄芒硝灌胃所致腹泻及对经LPS诱导发热的大鼠的体温、粪便含水量、脾脏指数以及血细胞数目的影响。结果与灌胃0 d组比较,灌胃1、3、5、7 d组大鼠粪便含水量升高;且血液中白细胞和中性粒细胞数增多,淋巴细胞数降低;另外脾脏指数也有所降低。其中灌胃5 d组的白细胞与中性粒细胞数与灌胃0、1、3、7 d组相比有显著增多,且灌胃5 d组模型升温最早,体温极值最大。结论灌胃苦寒性泻下中药大黄芒硝汤再结合腹腔注射化学药物LPS可成功建立符合人参白虎汤证的体虚高热模型,模型大鼠的体温、粪便含水量及免疫功能与大黄芒硝的灌胃天数密切相关;其中以灌胃5 d组所建立的腹泻发热大鼠模型为佳,该模型可用于人参白虎汤解热机理的研究。 展开更多

Relationship between Rice Planthopper Occurrence Area in China and Atmospheric Circulation Indices 被引量:3

[Objective] This study aimed to establish models based on atmospheric cir- culation indices for forecasting the area attacked by rice planthopper every year, and to provide guide for preventing and controlling planthopper damage. [Method] The data related to rice planthopper occurrence and atmospheric circulation were collected and analyzed with the method of stepwise regression to establish the prediction models. [Result] The factors significantly related to the area attacked by rice plan-thopper were selected. Two types of prediction models were established. One was for Sogatella furcifera (Horvath), based on Atlantic-Europe circulation pattern W in October in that year, Pacific polar vortex area index in October in that year, North America subtropical high index in August in that year, Atlantic-Europe circulation pattern W in June in that year, northern boundary of North America subtropical high in February in that year, Atlantic-Europe polar vortex intensity index in October in that year and Asia polar vortex intensity index in November in the last year; the other type of prediction models were for Nilaparvata lugens (Stal), based on the Eastern Pacific subtropical high intensity index in July in that year, northern hemi- sphere polar vortex area index in October in the last year, Asia polar vortex strength index in November in the last year, north boundary of North America-At- lantic subtropical high in September in that year, north boundary of North Africa-At- lantic-North America subtropical high in January in that year, sunspot in September of the last year and eastern Pacific subtropical high area index in September in that year. [Conclusion] With the stepwise regression, the forecasting equations of the rice planthopper occurrence established based on the atmospheric circulation indices could be used for actual forecast. 展开更多

Full-scale numerical experiments were carried out on the vehicular fire in a long tunnel to study the critical ventilation velocity and back-layer distance with heat release rate of 5, 20 and 100 MW respectively. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model of fire-driven fluid flow FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator) was used to solve numerically a form of the Navier-Stokes equations for fire. The results were compared with the expressions proposed in the literature. A modified equation for the critical ventilation velocity was given to better fit the experimental results. A bi-exponential model that well fitted the numerical experimental results was proposed to describe the relationship between back-layer distance and ventilation velocity. 展开更多

A mathematical model of the particle heating process in the reaction shaft of flash smelting furnace was established and the calculation was performed.The results indicate that radiation plays a significant role in the heat transfer process within the first 0.6 m in the upper part of the reaction shaft,whilst the convection is dominant in the area below 0.6 m for the particle heating.In order to accelerate the particle ignition,it is necessary to enhance the convection,thus to speed up the particle heating.A high-speed preheated oxygen jet technology was then suggested to replace the nature gas combustion in the flash furnace,aiming to create a lateral disturbance in the gaseous phase around the particles,so as to achieve a slip velocity between the two phases and a high convective heat transfer coefficient.Numerical simulation was carried out for the cases with the high-speed oxygen jet and the normal nature gas burners.The results show that with the high-speed jet technology,particles are heated up more rapidly and ignited much earlier,especially within the area of the radial range of R=0.3−0.6 m.As a result,a more efficient smelting process can be achieved under the same operational condition. 展开更多

To fully absorb radiation, it absorbs coating selectively by adopting the magnetron sputtering technology AL-N/AL. this design conduct heat through aluminum material which can reduce the cost meanwhile conduct heat effectively. To ensure the quality of the water at the same time improve the utilization rate of solar energy, this design use phase change for second heat exchange. Take Shanghai for example, where this design and heat transfer model are applied, the average efficiency of water heaters can achieve 68%, which has proven the feasibility of the design. In a word, this design can achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction and has broad market prospects. 展开更多

Using the Gleeble-1500 D simulator, the hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization critical conditions of the 10%Ti C/Cu-Al2O3(volume fraction) composite were investigated by compression tests at the temperatures from 450 °C to 850 °C with the strain rates from 0.001 s-1 to 1 s-1. The results show that the softening mechanism of the dynamic recrystallization is a feature of high-temperature flow true stress-strain curves of the composite, and the peak stress increases with the decreasing deformation temperature or the increasing strain rate. The thermal deformation activation energy was calculated as 170.732 k J/mol and the constitutive equation was established. The inflection point in the lnθ-ε curve appears and the minimum value of-(lnθ)/ε-ε curve is presented when the critical state is attained for this composite. The critical strain increases with the increasing strain rate or the decreasing deformation temperature. There is linear relationship between critical strain and peak strain, i.e., εc=0.572εp. The predicting model of critical strain is described by the function of εc=1.062×10-2Z0.0826. 展开更多

The key aspect in planning and management of water resources is to analyze the runoff potential and erosion status of the river basin.For the detailed investigation of hydrological response freely available Cartosat-1(IRS-P5) data was used for the preparation of digital elevation model(DEM).The runoff potential and type of erosive process of 22 river basins originating in the global biodiversity hotspot of Western Ghats,was inferred through hypsometric analysis.Several parameters like Hypsometric integral(HI),maximum concavity(Eh),coordinates of slope inflection point(I) given by a* and h* and normalized height of hypsometric curve(h) were extracted from the hypsometric curves and used for understanding the hydrological responses.From the hypsometric curves,the landform evolution processes were inferred.Contribution of diffusive and fluvial processes in slope degradation of the river basins was understood.Basins with lesser area(<100 km^2) were found to have a positive correlation between hypsometric integral and basin area,whereas for large basins no such correlation exists.Based on the study,river basins can be prioritized for the appropriate conservation measures. 展开更多

The heat generation model and three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model for lithium ion cells were established with boundary conditions defined.In order to provide a better insight about the behaviors of high-power lithium ion cells under realistic discharge conditions,the temperature difference of the cells and an active thermal management system with a pure air-cooling mode were analyzed and predicted with the factors affecting the unevenness of temperature field discussed.The results show a significant effect of the cooling flow rate on the temperature rise of the cells for all discharge rates.Average surface temperatures are relatively uniform at lower discharge rate that makes it easier to control the temperature of the pack.Cell temperatures are expected to rise significantly toward the end of discharge and they show non-uniformity at higher discharge rates.Adequate air flow rate of active cooling is required at high discharge rate and high ambient temperature for practical pack thermal management system. 展开更多
