浇注型PBX炸药的打印成型及其爆炸性能

为了将增材制造技术应用到炸药成型制备中,解决常规手段难以实现的战斗部装药多样化、异形化发展问题,选用3D直写工艺和自动点胶机,完成HMX和HMX/Al药柱的打印成型;使用流变仪测试了不同固含量对打印浆料流变性能的影响,并优化打印参数... 为了将增材制造技术应用到炸药成型制备中,解决常规手段难以实现的战斗部装药多样化、异形化发展问题,选用3D直写工艺和自动点胶机,完成HMX和HMX/Al药柱的打印成型;使用流变仪测试了不同固含量对打印浆料流变性能的影响,并优化打印参数;对打印出的药柱进行了热分解性能、微观形貌及爆轰性能测试。结果表明,固含量80%~87.5%的浆料均具有剪切变稀效果,符合假塑性流体的特征,满足打印需求;使用黏合剂GAP/N100配置成浆料以及铝粉的加入使HMX的热分解峰温从288.2℃分别提前到244.4℃和235.5℃;HMX浆料溶剂质量保持在5~6g、打印压力8~13psi,HMX/Al浆料溶剂质量保持在2~3g、打印压力10~16psi,打印速率设置为10mm/s时成型效果较好;3D打印成型的药柱无明显的裂纹和孔隙,HMX药柱平均密度为1.67g/cm^(3),爆速均值达7662.9m/s;HMX/Al药柱的平均密度为1.72g/cm^(3),爆热均值达到7359.41kJ/kg。 展开更多

Microparticle formation and crystallization rate of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-l,3,5,7-tetraazacyclooctane (HMX) in acetone solution using supercritical carbon dioxide antisolvent (GAS) recrystallization were studied. Scanning electronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared radiation were used to examine particle size, crystallinity and chemical structure. The results show that B-HMX microparticle in different average size (2-9.5um) and with narrow size distribution were obtained by controlling the expansibility, expansion speed, initial concentration and temperature during recrystallization of HMX. The formation of nuclei may be a main cause of consumption of solute when the solution is expanded rapidly enough and the equilibrium concentration is lower, in which almost monodisperse microparticle can be obtained. 展开更多

The explosion tank consists of a 2 m diameter, 3.5 m long tube and ellipsoidai dames on both ends. The volume of the experimental tank is 10 ma. Pressure histories of the explosion pressure can be measured at different locations in the tank. High pressure glass windows of 200~300 mm were used to have access to the visualization of the explosion process. The explosion process of methane/air mixture and methane/coal dust/air mixture initiated by a 40 J electric spark at the center of the tank was studied in the large^scale experimental system. Five pressure sonsars were arranged in the tank with different distances from the ignition point. Ton dust dispersion traits were equipped to eject dust into the tank. A high-speed camera system was used to visualize the flame propagation during the explosion process.
