These educational resources include not only the hardware facilities, teachers, but also include the school＇ s philosophy, cultural traditions, social practices of professional opportunities, social influence and other hidden educational resources, for example, as for the traditional fine arts students, in addition to enough learning creative space, schools and cultural traditions have a very profound impact on the ability for professional and career development.
