However, effective policy implementation requires a precise understanding of the policy’s orientation and positioning. Therefore, this paper argues that it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the value orientation of informatization education policies. This study initially uses authoritative journals as data sources and employs VOS-viewer visualization software to analyze a scientific knowledge map of 53 highly cited articles related to China’s informatization education policies (as of the end of January 2024). The analysis reveals that significant progress was made in the construction of a Digital China in 2022, with the value orientation of China’s informatization education policies increasingly focusing on people and promoting educational equity. Based on these findings, the paper interprets the value orientation of informatization education policies officially released during the Informatization Education 2.0 period from a longitudinal policy dimension, identifying key priorities: leveraging technology to enhance learners’ digital literacy, optimizing resources to promote balanced educational development, integrating resources to pursue sustainable development, and strengthening management to ensure cybersecurity.展开更多
