校企合作模式与强化高职院校德育教育创新的思考

校企合作培养人才过程中,高等职业院校的德育教育在高职学生职业道德与文化素养的培养上发挥着举足轻重的作用。校企合作联合培养人才,可以强化高等职业教育德育教育的作用,使教育教学更加贴合实际情况、贴合本质;有利于改革高等职业德育教育,探索创新性的教学模式;有利于发挥高职学生的主体作用;有效提升高职学生的综合素质,提高其职业化发展的能力。应通过改革德育教学模式,创新德育教学方式;将优秀文化引入校园,加强与企业的合作,延拓德育渠道;加大就业的指导力度,树立正确的就业观与企业价值观;强化实习中德育教育力度,切实提高职学生的技能水平和综合素质,促进高等职业德育教育创新,提升高等职业德育教育效果。

Research On The Lack Of Young College Teachers＇ Professional Ethics And Precautionary Measures

Our country＇s higher education has been growing, which will bring a large number of young people to join the ranks of higher education. At present, the proportion of young university teachers accounted for more than 45% of the total number of university teachers. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, based on the analysis of young teachers＇ issues of professional ethics missing,to further strengthen the professional ethics of young teachers, regulate their professional conduct, prompting the establishment of higher education dedicated the noble faith, and make due contributions to the cause of higher education.
