近年来,高校大学生内卷现象受到广泛关注,内卷行为导致了大学生们紧张焦虑的情绪、盲目竞争的行为甚至扭曲模糊了价值取向。造成高职学生“内卷化”的主要原因包括外部社会疫情后的就业形势、学校单一的人才培养评价机制以及网络的过度...近年来,高校大学生内卷现象受到广泛关注,内卷行为导致了大学生们紧张焦虑的情绪、盲目竞争的行为甚至扭曲模糊了价值取向。造成高职学生“内卷化”的主要原因包括外部社会疫情后的就业形势、学校单一的人才培养评价机制以及网络的过度引导;其内部原因则是个体缺失发展目标、同辈压力、错误认知等多重因素影响。本文将从政校生三个层面出发,通过完善职业教育体系和就业政策、优化网络空间、改革学生评价机制、开展校园文化、做好职业规划、理性看待竞争等方式唤醒学生的自主意识,多措并举,才能有效帮助高职学生走出“内卷化”困境。In recent years, the phenomenon of college students’ internal examination has been widely concerned. The internal examination behavior has led to the anxiety of college students, the blind competition behavior and even distorted and blurred the value orientation. The main reasons for the “internal enrollment” of higher vocational college students include the employment situation after the epidemic, the single talent training and evaluation mechanism of the school and the excessive guidance of the network. The internal reasons are the individual’s lack of development goals, peer pressure, wrong cognition and other multiple factors. This paper will start from the three levels of government and college students, through improving the vocational education system and employment policy, optimizing the network space, reforming the student evaluation mechanism, developing campus culture, doing a good job in career planning, rational view of competition and other ways to awaken students’ sense of autonomy, in order to effectively help vocational students out of the “internal volume” dilemma.展开更多
