高职院校如何加强文化软环境建设

我国的高等职业教育在实现了规模与速度的发展后,不仅要注重硬环境建设,更应注重软环境建设。高职院校的软环境建设应从培育高职院校的精神文化、教学体系、校园文化、品牌战略、校企合作、教师素质6个方面入手,只有创设富有高职院校特点的文化环境、文化氛围,才能培养全面发展的综合型人才。
