高职院校导游服务技能大赛成果转化应用推广实践研究

全国职业院校技能大赛(导游服务赛项)是教育部发起的全国旅游类职业院校学生综合技能竞赛活动。但在开展技能大赛的过程,出现了教学与备赛脱离,比赛与专业建设脱离,优秀获奖选手毕业后人才流失等问题,一定程度暴露了大赛资源成果转化应用中存在的问题。通过探索可行性的“赛—教—岗”成果转化应用路径,开展了以郑州旅游职业学院为试点的转化应用实践推广研究,构建了“赛—教—岗”一贯式育人机制等实践路径。

上海高职院校资助育人质量提升路径探究

资助育人质量的有效提升是高职院校落实“立德树人”根本任务进程中的重要一环,也是检验高职院校资助育人工作开展成效的关键点。近年来,国家职业教育改革方案的出台以及“十四五”规划的深入推进从多方面展现了国家对资助育人高质量发展的关注以及重视,为上海高职院校完善资助育人高质量发展体系、建立资助育人高质量发展长效机制、探索资助育人高质量提升路径指明了方向。文章结合上海高职院校资助育人工作实际,分析高职院校资助育人质量提升的发展意义,探索高职院校资助育人高质量提升的实践路径,能够有效促进高职院校家庭经济困难学生在后脱贫攻坚时期获得综合性的全面发展,助力推进上海高职院校资助育人工作成效的高质量提升。

类型教育背景下高职院校特色文化育人的几点思考

国家将职业教育确定为类型教育的新定位,推动了高职院校特色文化育人的发展。立足类型教育的本质属性以及职业教育改革创新的根本要求,高职院校特色文化育人除了具有高等院校特色文化育人的政治性、道德性、知识性等共性蕴涵之外,更要彰显出专业性、技术性、职业性等个性蕴涵。高职院校特色文化育人具有涵养学生工具理性和价值理性的双重意义,存在引领精神旗帜、增强技术素质、提升职业素养、厚植文化底蕴的逻辑机理;高职院校特色文化育人要以建立协同机制、坚持内容为本、创新话语体系以及强化平台赋能作为构建提升路径的着力点,凝聚多维合力,实现全面发展。

体育文化建设在高职院校育人中的作用探究

对于现代人类发展来说,文化是社会发展的基石,当前更多人意识到社会进步与文化发展是一脉相承的。随着中国社会经济的不断发展,当前人们对精神文化与物质文化也有了高标准要求,以此提升了体育文化建设的重要地位。在高职院校实践活动中,体育文化具备的形式是多种多样的,文化属于其发展的载体,能够增强人的身心健康,也可以提升素质修养。站在体育事业发展的角度来看,重视体育文化也是实现国富民强的重要发展方针,为此,这与每一个中国人都有密切的关系。本文在分析当前中国高职院校体育发展现况的过程中,重点介绍了体育文化建设在高职院校育人中的作用,这对推动体育文化的全面发展起到一定的引导功能,从而进一步地展现出体育文化对人的行动与精神等方面的影响,真正地促进高职院校体育文化建设迈出新境界,迎来新发展。

基于Citespace的高职院校资助育人研究现状分析

资助育人作为高职院校学生工作的重要工作之一,一直以来受到广泛关注,及时了解高职院校资助育人的发展现状有助于发现其新的研究方向。文章梳理了2010—2022年以来高职院校资助育人的相关文献,利用Citespace对历史发文量、发文作者、发文机构、关键词等进行了频次分析与聚类分析,从文献计量的角度论述了我国高职院校资助育人的研究现状。研究发现,高职院校资助育人的年发文量呈现整体增加趋势,经历了从平稳上升、波动上升到相对繁荣三个阶段。对高职院校资助育人的研究主要集中在高职院校间,作者间的合作程度较低且代表性研究较少,研究方向主要集中在高职院校资助育人的现状研究、功能和方式研究上。

On the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges

The ideological and political education in vocational colleges has ＂employment oriented＂, ＂practicability＂ and ＂practicalness＂ and other features, while facing the practical difficulties that the cultural spirit is insufficient, the specialization of the teachers is not strong, and the students lack their own active participation and so on. The higher vocational colleges must deepen the concepts of running higher vocational education, strengthen the construction of the team of the ideological and political theory education, pay more attention to the combination of the ideological and political education with the practice, cultivate the people-oriented model of the ideological and political education, and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.

Research on the autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher Vocational colleges

The traditional teaching mode belittles practice and emphasis theory, regardless of the students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning. However, the educational objective of the higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents. Therefore, the reformation and innovation of the higher vocational education teaching mode must be carried out. This research analyses the effect of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges. The reformation of teaching mode consists of the following three parts first, the autonomous cooperative teaching needs to improve the existing education system, to lay the foundation for the work of education. Secondly, to strengthen the capacity of building and promote the full implementation of the project is essential. Finally, strengthen the construction of educational resources, and enrich the connotation of the carrier. Proved by practice, the independent collaborative teaching mode can not only improve the learning atmosphere, but also improve student achievement, but also do well to students’ all-round development and enhance their comprehensive quality. It is worthwhile to promote and implement this mode in higher education institutions.
