目的探讨锁定铜板治疗肱骨外科颈高能量性复杂骨折的适应症、手术进路并了解其临床疗效。方法对2003年2月~2007年12月收住入院的61例肱骨外科颈高能量复杂骨折,采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定的治疗方法。其中,无移位型0例,外展型39例... 目的探讨锁定铜板治疗肱骨外科颈高能量性复杂骨折的适应症、手术进路并了解其临床疗效。方法对2003年2月~2007年12月收住入院的61例肱骨外科颈高能量复杂骨折,采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定的治疗方法。其中,无移位型0例,外展型39例(63.93%),内收型22例(36.07%),均为间接暴力损伤。根据Neer分类法结合X线平片和X—CT影像学检查分型,一部分型骨折均门诊保守治疗,统计忽略。本组二部分型17例(27.87%),三部分型24例(39.34%),四部分型11例(18.03%),五部分型7例(11.48%),六部分型2(3.28%)。手术选择三角肌胸大肌间入路,显露时尽量减少对骨折块骨膜等软组织附处的剥离和损坏,以减少骨组织局部的缺血损害,手法复位时高度重视关节面的解剖对位。锁定钢板固定通常选择肱骨的前侧外方,结节间沟后方5~10mm,大结节下方5mm处,将移位的大结节固定于钢板上,如同时存在肩袖损伤或其他软组织损伤时,应在手术中加以修补。结果术后随访7~22个月,平均随访12.35个月,按肩关节功能评定手术后疗效,优26例(42.62%),良25例(40.98%),可7例(11.48%),差3例(4.92%),优良率达83.61%,2例并发肱骨头无菌性坏死,其中1例肩关节功能并不影响日常生活。结论手术需要尽量减少骨膜与关节囊的剥离,以减少局部血循环的进一步损害。锁定钢板符合肱骨外科颈解剖,设计合理,是治疗肱骨外科颈高能量性复杂骨折理想的内固定器械。另外,手术后容易影响肩关节功能,需定期随访,指导患者合理的肩关节功能训练。 展开更多

The effects of laser shock peening(LSP)on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the Ti6242 alloy,including the residual stress,surface roughness,Vickers microhardness,tensile mechanical response,and high-cycle fatigue properties,were studied.The results showed that the LSP induced residual compressive stresses on the surface and near surface of the material.The maximum surface residual compressive stress was−661 MPa,and the compressive-stress-affected depth was greater than 1000μm.The roughness and Vickers micro-hardness increased with the number of shocks,and the maximum hardness-affected depth was about 700μm after three LSP treatments.LSP enhanced the fraction of low-angle grain boundaries,changed the grain preferred orientations,and notably increased the pole density ofαphase on the near surface from 2.41 to 3.46.The surface hardness values of the LSP samples increased with the increase of the number of shocks due to work hardening,while the LSP had a limited effect on the tensile properties.The high-cycle fatigue life of the LSP-treated sample was significantly enhanced by more than 20%compared with that of the untreated sample,which was caused by the suppression of the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks. 展开更多

Ti alloys,as leading lightweight and high-strength metallic materials,exhibit significant application potential in aerospace,marine engineering,biomedical,and other industries.However,the lack of fundamental understanding of the microstructure−property relationship results in prolonged research and development(R&D)cycles,hindering the optimization of the performance of Ti alloys.Recently,the advent of high-throughput experimental(HTE)technology has shown promise in facilitating the efficient and demand-driven development of next-generation Ti alloys.This work reviews the latest advancements in HTE technology for Ti alloys.The high-throughput preparation(HTP)techniques commonly used in the fabrication of Ti alloys are addressed,including diffusion multiple,additive manufacturing(AM),vapor deposition and others.The current applications of high-throughput characterization(HTC)techniques in Ti alloys are shown.Finally,the research achievements in HTE technology for Ti alloys are summarized and the challenges faced in their industrial application are discussed. 展开更多

The low-cost Fe-Cu,Fe-Ni,and Cu-based high-entropy alloys exhibit a widespread utilization prospect.However,these potential applications have been limited by their low strength.In this study,a novel Fe_(31)Cu_(31)Ni_(28)Al_(4)Ti_(3)Co_(3) immiscible high-entropy alloy(HEA)was developed.After vacuum arc melting and copper mold suction casting,this HEA exhibits a unique phase separation microstructure,which consists of striped Cu-rich regions and Fe-rich region.Further magnification of the striped Cu-rich region reveals that it is composed of a Cu-rich dot-like phase and a Fe-rich region.The aging alloy is further strengthened by a L1_(2)-Ni_(3)(AlTi)nanoprecipitates,achieving excellent yield strength(1185 MPa)and uniform ductility(~8.8%).The differential distribution of the L1_(2) nanoprecipitate in the striped Cu-rich region and the external Fe-rich region increased the strength difference between these two regions,which increased the strain gradient and thus improved hetero-deformation induced(HDI)hardening.This work provides a new route to improve the HDI hardening of Fe-Cu alloys. 展开更多

The amorphous boron powders with high activity were prepared by the high-energy ball milling-combustion synthesis method. The effects of the milling rate and milling time on the crystallinity, microscopic morphology and reactivity of amorphous boron powder were studied. The results show that the crystallinity of amorphous nano-boron powder is only 22.5%, and its purity reaches 92.86%. The high-energy ball milling can significantly refine boron powder particle sizes, whose average particle sizes are smaller than 50 nm, and specific surface areas are of up to 70.03 m2/g. When the transmission electron beam irradiates the samples, they rapidly melt. It can be seen that the monomer amorphous boron size is less than 30 nm from the specimen melting traces, which indicates that the samples have high reactivity. 展开更多

Influences of admixtures on the workability and strength of high performance concrete (HPC) are in- vestigated. The types of investigated admixtures include naphthalene series high range water reducing agent, polycarboxlic series high range water reduce agent and sodium sulfate hardening accelerating agent. Two kinds of curing condition, namely steam curing condition and standard curing condition, are adopted. The result shows that HPC, added with polycarboxlic series of high performance water reducer, has high workability and strength, while sodium sulfate accelerating agent causes poor workability and low strength. Thus for vapor-cured HPC and its formulations, naphthalene series high range water reducing agent with less sodium sulfate should be given pri- ority. Therefore, the differences of curing conditions should be considered when selecting HPC admixtures. 展开更多

ZnO varistor ceramics doped with Bi2O3, Sb2O3, CO2O3, Cr2O3, and MnO2 were prepared separately by two high-energy ball milling processes: oxide-doped and varistor ceramic powder. A comparison in the electrical and microstructural properties of the samples obtained by both methods was made. The best results on these characteristics were achieved through the high-energy ball milling varistor ceramic powder route, obtaining a nonlinear coefficient of 57 and a breakdown field of 617 V/mm at a sintering temperature of 1000 ℃ for 3 h. The samples synthesized by this technique show not only high density value, 95% of the theoretical density, but also a homogeneous microstructure, which compete with those obtained by the high-energy ball milling oxide-doped powder route. With the advantage that the high-energy ball milling varistor ceramic powder route can refine grain, increase the driving force of sintering, accelerate the sintering process, and reduce the sintering temperature. 展开更多

In order to investigate the effects of two mineral admixtures (i. e., fly ash and ground slag)on initial defects existing in concrete microstructures, a high-resolution X-ray micro-CT( micro-focus computer tomography)is employed to quantitatively analyze the initial defects in four series of highperformance concrete (HPC)specimens with additions of different mineral admixtures. The nigh-resolution 3D images of microstructures and filtered defects are reconstructed by micro- CT software. The size distribution and volume fractions of initial defects are analyzed based on 3D and 2D micro-CT images. The analysis results are verified by experimental results of watersuction tests. The results show that the additions of mineral admixtures in concrete as cementitious materials greatly change the geometrical properties of the microstructures and the spatial features of defects by physical-chemistry actions of these mineral admixtures. This is the major cause of the differences between the mechanical behaviors of HPC with and without mineral admixtures when the water-to-binder ratio and the size distribution of aggregates are constant. 展开更多

Both the repeated triaxial test (RTT) and the Hamburg wheel tracking test (HWTT) are adopted to evaluate the high temperature performance of the stone mastic asphalt (SMA) and the mastic asphalt (MA). The correlation of the permanent deformations of the MA and the correlation of the deformation developments of the SMA between the two tests are analyzed, respectively. Results show that both the two tests can effectively identify the high temperature performance of mixtures, and the correlation between the final results of the two tests as well as that between the deformation developments of the two tests are excellent with R20.9. In order to further prove the correlation, viscoelastic parameters estimated from the RTT results is used to simulate the rutting development in the HWTT slabs by the finite element method (FEM). Results indicate that the correlation between the two tests is significant with errors less than 10%. It is suitable to predict the rutting development with the viscoelastic parameters obtained from the RTT. 展开更多

[Objective] To study the correlation between the biomechanical properties of rape stalks and rape stem lodging. [Method] Through axial compression tests to the stalks of 4 different rape varieties, the change rules of maximum stem bearing ca- pacity, maximum compressive strength, elastic modulus and moment of inertia along plant height were analyzed, as well as the effect of different varieties and water contents on the biomechanical property indices of rape stalks. [Result] The maximum loads of rape stalks presented liner decrease trend along with the increase of stem height, and all reached the maximums below the height of 50 cm. The maximum stem compressive strength and elastic modulus of the 4 varieties were increased with ascending height, but in a slow rate with small change, thus the modulus of e- lasticity could be considered as unchanged. The maximum bearing capacity, maxi- mum compressive strength and elastic modulus of dry rape stalks were higher than wet stalks, indicating that the water contents of rape stalks had significant effect on their mechanical properties. According to the actual lodging situations in filed, stalks of variety No. 1 owned the worst biomechanical properties and lodging degree, while the biomechanical properties of No. 6 and F5 were better than No. 1 and No. 9, and they also had stronger lodging-resistance. [Conclusion] The study provides parameters and bases for the design of mechanized production and mechanical deep processing of crops, and can better reveal the physical natures of organisms. The Fe-based amorphous metallic matrix coating (Fe-AMMC) was fabricated with the powder mixtures of Fe-based metallic glass synthesized with industrial raw materials, NiCr alloy and WC particle by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying. The corrosion resistance of Fe-AMMC was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization tests in 1 mol/L HCl, NaCl, H2SO4 and NaOH solutions, respectively. The surface morphologies corroded were observed by SEM. The results indicate that Fe-AMMC exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, higher corrosion resistance than 304L stainless steel in the chloride solutions. The low corrosion current density and passive current density of Fe-AMMC with a wide spontaneous passivation region are about 132.0μA/cm2 and 9.0 mA/cm2 in HCl solution, and about 2.5 μA/cm2 and 2.3 mA/cm2 in NaCl solution. The excellent corrosion resistance demonstrates that Fe-based amorphous metallic matrix powder is a viable engineering material in practical anti-corrosion and anti-wear coating applications. 展开更多

A new internal waverider inlet with a rectangular shape of entrance and exit in front view is designed at Ma=6.0.The design is based on a better basic flowfield ICFC than traditional one and derived with the technology of stream tracing and shock cutting.Comparison between the newly designed inlet and a typical sidewall compression inlet is given.The design Mach number and entrance shape of this new inlet are chosen according to the sidewall compression inlet.Numerical results show that most of the performance parameters of the internal waverider inlet are a bit higher than the sidewall inlet,such as the flow capture coefficient,total pressure recovery and the kinetic efficiency.The performances of these two inlets at off-design points are compared.The internal waverider inlet can capture more than 91% of incoming flow under all simulated conditions.Results show that internal waverider inlet using 3-D compression and high flow capture coefficient is a kind of fixed-geometry inlet with better performance. 展开更多

The outermost coating with single phase Ni2Al3 was obtained on copper surface by electrodepositing nickel followed by slurry pack aluminizing at 800 °C for 12 h. The oxidation resistance and microstructure of the coating oxidized in ambient air at 1000 °C for 25-250 h were investigated using SEM, X-ray diffraction and optical microscope methods. The results show that the copper with single phase Ni2Al3 coating possesses the best high temperature oxidation resistance, and the mass gain of the coating is 1/15 that of pure copper and 1/2 that of nickel coating, respectively. The specimen surface after being oxidized for 25 h still comprises Ni2Al3 phase. However, when the time of oxidizing treatment increases to 50 h, the Ni Al phase is formed. It is also found that the Ni2Al3 phase completely turns into Ni Al phase after oxidizing treatment for 100 h and above. Effect of Ru on stress rupture properties of nickel-based single crystal superalloy at high temperature 被引量:5

Two experimental single crystal superalloys, Ru-free alloy and Ru-containing alloy with [001] orientation, other alloying element contents being basically kept same, were cast in the directionally solidified furnace. The effect of Ru on the stress rupture properties of the single crystal superalloy was investigated at (980 ℃, 250 MPa), (1100 ℃, 140 MPa) and (1120 ℃, 140 MPa). The results show that Ru can enhance high temperature stress rupture properties of single crystal superalloy. The improvement effect of Ru addition on stress rupture properties decreases with increasing test temperature. The γ′ coarsening and rafting directionally are observed in Ru-free alloy and Ru-containing alloy after stress rupture test. Needle shaped TCP phases precipitated in both of alloys after stress rupture test at (1100 ℃, 140 MPa) and (1120 ℃, 140 MPa) and no TCP phase was observed in both of alloys after stress rupture test (980 ℃, 250 MPa). The precipitate volume fraction of TCP phases is significantly decreased by the addition of Ru. At last, the relationship between the microstructure change with Ru addition and improvement of stress rupture properties was discussed. 展开更多

In order to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl alloy, Y modified silicide coatings were prepared by pack cementation process at 1030, 1080 and 1130 °C, respectively, for 5 h. The microstructures, phase constitutions and oxidation behavior of these coatings were studied. The results show that the coating prepared by co-depositing Si?Y at 1080 °C for 5 h has a multiple layer structure: a superficial zone consisting of Al-rich (Ti,Nb)5Si4 and (Ti,Nb)5Si3, an out layer consisting of (Ti,Nb)Si2, a middle layer consisting of (Ti,Nb)5Si4 and (Ti,Nb)5Si3, and aγ-TiAl inner layer. Co-deposition temperature imposes strong influences on the coating structure. The coating prepared by Si?Y co-depositing at 1080 °C for 5 h shows relatively good oxidation resistance at 1000 °C in air, and the oxidation rate constant of the coating is about two orders of magnitude lower than that of the bare TiAl alloy. 展开更多
