《曲韵骊珠》入声独立,《中原音韵》入派三声。但《曲韵骊珠》入声恤律的16个小韵代表字及反切下字在《中原音韵》均为鱼模韵之"入声作上声"、"入声作去(平)声"。而入声恤律韵的北叶音字则无一例外的均为鱼模韵上声... 《曲韵骊珠》入声独立,《中原音韵》入派三声。但《曲韵骊珠》入声恤律的16个小韵代表字及反切下字在《中原音韵》均为鱼模韵之"入声作上声"、"入声作去(平)声"。而入声恤律韵的北叶音字则无一例外的均为鱼模韵上声(去声或平声阳)。如果把《中原音韵》"次本韵后"的"入派三声"韵字抽出另立,基本上即为《曲韵骊珠》之独立的入声韵。《中原音韵》"次本韵后"将入声派入三声,《曲韵骊珠》于各入声小韵后将舒声韵字纳入其中。二者体例不同,分韵不同,但均采用"派入"之法是一样的。对南戏的制曲作词而言,无论是《中原音韵》还是《曲韵骊珠》,最大之不同只在于入声韵字的使用方便与否的区别了。 展开更多

Artificial fish reef is a kind of artificial structure in water,which provides a necessary and safe place for aquatic life such as fish to inhabit,grow,and breed,and creates an environment suitable for fish growth,so as to protect and multiply fishery resources.In a large time scale,the physical process of sea area can deeply affect the chemical process and biological process,so the structure characteristics of artificial reef are the key factors affecting the flow field effect around the reef.In this study,through the hydrodynamic experiments of four kinds of reef models,including big windows box reef,big and small windows box reef,"(卐)"shaped reef and double-layer shellfish breeding reef,the influence of single reef structure on the flow field effect is analyzed,and the force conditions of different reefs under the same incoming current velocity are obtained.According to the simulation results,the safety research and calculation of five kinds of reef models are carried out,and the volumes of vortex area and upwelling area behind four kinds of reef are obtained.Using hydrodynamic model to simulate the flow field effect of reef area,optimizing the reef structure design,improving the maximum biological trapping and proliferation effect of reef,can provide theoretical guidance and scientific and technological support for the construction of reef area. 展开更多

The overall mutation rate of common carp microsatellites was 2.53×10-4 per locus per generation. At five loci, mutations increased the length of alleles by at least one repeat unit, suggesting mutations at microsatellite loci in common carp do not follow strict stepwise mutation model. The data on mutation rates and patterns can facilitate population genetics studies, and provide useful parameters for estimating a long-term effective population size of common carp. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to promote nutrient cycling and utilization in the mountain's system combining fruits and poultry and to control non-point source pollution produced from swine raising and navel orange planting in headwaters of Dongjiang River. [Method] The quantitative analysis was mainly conducted for the so called "raising by planting" which is about material cycle in "pig-methane-fruit-fish" model and energy cascade utilization, based on relationship between excreted amount by livestock and the utilized quantity in Xinlin Farm in Longtang Town, Dingnan County, Jiangxi Province. [Result] Considering N requirement by fruit trees, a navel orange orchard (1 mu) could support about 2.72 pigs, the equipped biogas pool (1.88 m3) could support 1 166.67 kg of duckweeds and a fish pond could support 25.57 grass carps. In contrast, a satsuma orchard (1 mu) could support about 1.96 pigs, the equipped biogas pool (1.35 m3) could support 841.53 kg duckweeds and the fish pond could support 18.44 grass carps. [Conclusion] The results provided scientific references for quantitative allocation of members in "pig-methane-fruit-fish" model when popularized in headwaters of Dongjiang River. 展开更多

Surplus-production models are widely used in fish stock assessment and fisheries management due to their simplicity and lower data demands than age-structured models such as Virtual Population Analysis. The CEDA (catch-effort data analysis) and ASPIC (a surplus-production model incorporating covariates) computer packages are data-fitting or parameter estimation tools that have been developed to analyze catch-and-effort data using non-equilibrium surplus production models. We applied CEDA and ASPIC to the hairtail (Trichiurus japonicus) fishery in the East China Sea. Both packages produced robust results and yielded similar estimates. In CEDA, the Schaefer surplus production model with log-normal error assumption produced results close to those of ASPIC. CEDA is sensitive to the choice of initial proportion, while ASPIC is not. However, CEDA produced higher R 2 values than ASPIC. 展开更多

Length-frequency data of eight commercial fish species in the Beibu Gulf (Golf of Tonkin), northern South China Sea, were collected during 2006-2007. Length-weight relationships and growth and mortality parameters were analyzed using FiSAT II software. Five species had isometric growth, two species had negative allometric growth, and one species had positive allometric growth. Overall, the exploitation rates of the eight species were lower in 2006 2007 than in 1997-1999: for four species (Saurida tumbil, Saurida undosquamis, Argyrosomus macrocephalus, and Nemipterus virgatus) it was lower in 2006-2007 than in 1997 1999, for two species (Parargyrops edita and Trichiurus haumela) it remained the same, and for the other two species (Trachurus japonicus and Decapterus maruadsi) it was higher in 2006~007 than in 1997-1999. The exploitation rates might have declined because of the decline in fishing intensity caused by high crude oil prices. The optimum exploitation rate, estimated using Beverton-Holt dynamic pool models, indicated that although fishes in the Beibu Gulf could sustain high exploitation rates, the under-size fishes at first capture resulted in low yields. To increase the yield per recruitment, it is more effective to increase the size at first capture than to control fishing effort. 展开更多

Trawl is a main fishing gear in Chinese fishery,capturing large fish and letting small ones at large.However,long-term use of trawl would result in changes of phenotypic traits of the fish stocks,such as smaller size-at-age and earlier age-at-maturation.In this study,we simulated a fish population with size characteristics of trawl fishing and the population produces one generation of offspring and lives for one year,used trawl to exploit the simulated fish population,and captured individuals by body size.We evaluated the impact of the changes on selectivity parameters,such as selective range and the length at 50% retention.Under fishing pressure,we specified the selectivity parameters,and determined that smaller selection rates and greater length at 50% retention were associated with an increased tendency towards miniaturization. 展开更多

A recombinant plasmid (pcMTsGH) containing the common carp methlothionein promoter (cMT) and salmon growth hormone gene (sGH) was microinjected into common carp fertilized eggs and embryos to optimize the conditions for producing transgenic fish. Several key elements were found to have significant effects on the integration of exogenous gene. These elements include forms and doses of pcMTsGH gene microinjected, stages of embryo at which microinjection conducted and pretreatment of fertilized eggs for microinjection. The results show that, in producing transgenic fish, (1) the best time for microinjection is late onecell stage, (2) the most appropriate dose of pcMTsGH gene for microinjection is around 106~107 copies; (3) the hatching rate rises up when the gene is microinjected into the eggs whose chorions are removed, but the integration rate has no significant changes before and after the removal of egg chorions. 展开更多

The spatial distribution pattern of organisms is a basic issue in understanding the mechanisms of community assembly. Although the spatial distributions of animals and plants have been well studied,those of microorganisms are still being debated. In this study, we used a fi sh gut microecosystem to detect the spatial pattern of microbes, because it can provide a relatively unifi ed and stable environment. Results suggest that the turnover of intestinal bacterial assemblages showed a weak but highly signifi cant negative correlation between similarity and distances in the microbial community, in respect of both grass carp intestinal loci distances and the geographical distance between fi sh sampling sites. Our results also suggest that intestinal bacterial assemblages responded to differences within the external environment and within different parts of the fi sh themselves. These results show that some, or possibly all, microbes are restricted in their distribution and that environmental factors are also important infl uences on the structure of intestinal bacterial assemblages. The fi sh gut microecosystem is useful in promoting study of the spatial distribution patterns of microorganisms. 展开更多

Anchovy (Engraulis aponicus), a small pelagic fish and food of other economic fishes, is a key species in the Yellow Sea ecosystem. Understanding the mechanisms of its recruitment and biomass variation is important for the prediction and management of fishery resources. Coupled with a hydrodynamic model (POM) and a lower trophic level ecosystem model (NEMURO), an individual-based model of anchovy is developed to study the influence of physical environment on anchovy's biomass variation, Seasonal variations of circulation, water temperature and mix-layer depth from POM are used as external forcing for NEMURO and the anchovy model. Biomasses of large zooplankton and predatory zooplankton which anchovy feeds on are output from NEMURO and are controlled by the consumption of anchovy on them. Survival fitness theory related to temperature and food is used to determine the swimming action of anchovy in the model. The simulation results agree well with observations and elucidate the influence of temperature in over-wintering migration and food in feeding migration. 展开更多

In this work,a variable structure control(VSC)technique is proposed to achieve satisfactory robustness for unstable processes.Optimal values of unknown parameters of VSC are obtained using Whale optimization algorithm which was recently reported in literature.Stability analysis has been done to verify the suitability of the proposed structure for industrial processes.The proposed control strategy is applied to three different types of unstable processes including non-minimum phase and nonlinear systems.A comparative study ensures that the proposed scheme gives superior performance over the recently reported VSC system.Furthermore,the proposed method gives satisfactory results for a cart inverted pendulum system in the presence of external disturbance and noise. 展开更多

This paper presents a simplified propulsive model for carangiform propulsion, which is a swimming mode suitable for high speed and high efficiency. The carangiform motion is modeled as an N-joint nscillating mechanism that is composed of two basic components: the streamlined fish body represented by a planar spline curve and its hmate caudal tail by an oscillating foil. The speed of fish's straight swimming is adjusted by modulating the joint's oscillating frequency, and its orientation is tuned by different joint's deflection. The results from actual experiment showed that the proposed simplified propulsive model could be a viable eandidate for application in aquatic: swimming vehicles. 展开更多

A new modified LuGre friction model is presented for electromagnetic valve actuator system.The modification to the traditional LuGre friction model is made by adding an acceleration-dependent part and a nonlinear continuous switch function.The proposed new friction model solves the implementation problems with the traditional LuGre model at high speeds.An improved artificial fish swarm algorithm(IAFSA)method which combines the chaotic search and Gauss mutation operator into traditional artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to identify the parameters in the proposed modified LuGre friction model.The steady state response experiments and dynamic friction experiments are implemented to validate the effectiveness of IAFSA algorithm.The comparisons between the measured dynamic friction forces and the ones simulated with the established mathematic friction model at different frequencies and magnitudes demonstrate that the proposed modified LuGre friction model can give accurate simulation about the dynamic friction characteristics existing in the electromagnetic valve actuator system.The presented modelling and parameter identification methods are applicable for many other high-speed mechanical systems with friction. 展开更多

We introduce the artificial fish swarm algorithm for heading motion model identification and control parameter optimization problems for the“Ocean Rambler”unmanned wave glider(UWG).First,under certain assumptions,the rigid-flexible multi-body system of the UWG was simplified as a rigid system composed of“thruster+float body”,based on which a planar motion model of the UWG was established.Second,we obtained the model parameters using an empirical method combined with parameter identification,which means that some parameters were estimated by the empirical method.In view of the specificity and importance of the heading control,heading model parameters were identified through the artificial fish swarm algorithm based on tank test data,so that we could take full advantage of the limited trial data to factually describe the dynamic characteristics of the system.Based on the established heading motion model,parameters of the heading S-surface controller were optimized using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.Heading motion comparison and maritime control experiments of the“Ocean Rambler”UWG were completed.Tank test results show high precision of heading motion prediction including heading angle and yawing angular velocity.The UWG shows good control performance in tank tests and sea trials.The efficiency of the proposed method is verified. 展开更多

Environmental micro-vibration is one of the key factors impacting the running of electronic workshop.Low frequency micro-vibration has a significant influence on the normal operation of high precision machining and testing equipment,and even causes irreversible damage to the equipment.Micro-vibration testing and response analysis are important to guide the vibration isolation design and ensure the stable operation of various precision equipment in the workshop.Parameters of Davidenkov model are fitted based on whale swarm optimization algorithm,and its applicability is verified.At the same time,taking the testing project of an electronic workshop raw land as an example,the micro-vibration response is analyzed.The results show that the nonlinear constitutive model constructed by whale optimization algorithm can simulate the dynamic nonlinear behavior of soil under the action of micro-vibration better.Compared with the traditional equivalent linearization method,the nonlinear constitutive model based on the whale optimization algorithm has a smaller acceleration response value.It can effectively suppress the“virtual resonance effect”produced by the equivalent linearization method. 展开更多

A comparative study indicates that the corresponding errors of forces between calculated values and values observed in the experiment vary in the range of2.3%-11.2% and that the corresponding errors of velocities vary in the range of 1.3%-15.8%. The flow field numerical results show that upstream and vortices exist when the current passes over and through the surface of the reef model. This study suggests that the numerical simulation method can be applied to predict the forces and flow field associated with artificial reefs. 展开更多
