乳腺癌容积调强放疗皮肤通量外扩的方法及其有效性评估 被引量:4

目的:通过对虚拟靶区法(VT方法)和鲁棒优化法(RO方法)生成的乳腺癌容积调强放疗(VMAT)计划剂量和扰动剂量的综合比较,评估皮肤通量外扩方法的有效性。方法:选取20例改良根治术后接受辅助放疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,其中左乳患者和右... 目的:通过对虚拟靶区法(VT方法)和鲁棒优化法(RO方法)生成的乳腺癌容积调强放疗(VMAT)计划剂量和扰动剂量的综合比较,评估皮肤通量外扩方法的有效性。方法:选取20例改良根治术后接受辅助放疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,其中左乳患者和右乳患者各10例。以经过放疗医生审核并实施治疗的临床计划作为基准,分别使用VT方法和RO方法实现皮肤通量外扩,在计划系统RayStation v4.7(瑞典RaySearch公司)中重新设计各患者的VMAT计划。比较两种计划的剂量参数;扰动剂量的计算通过模拟射野等中心的移动实现,具体值为0.5 cm、1.0 cm和1.5 cm三种情况。采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验对计划剂量和扰动剂量的结果进行统计学分析。结果:VT计划中PTV均匀指数和适形指数及CTV均匀指数均与RO计划相近,差异具有统计学差异(分别为0.110±0.013 vs.0.122±0.012,P<0.05;0.789±0.021 vs.0.758±0.024,P<0.05;0.085±0.009 vs.0.076±0.007,P<0.05);VT计划的皮肤通量外扩区域(即虚拟靶区VT)20 Gy的体积百分比低于RO计划(74.80±6.88%vs.91.67±3.13%,P<0.05)。当等中心点存在误差时,VT计划与RO计划的扰动剂量中最大差异如下:CTV的D95为35.31±2.98 Gy vs.45.60±1.88 Gy,均匀指数为0.448±0.082 vs.0.352±0.054;PTV适形指数为0.049±0.033 vs.0.408±0.058。结论:VMAT技术中,VT方法和RO方法均可较好地实现皮肤通量外扩。与VT方法相比,使用RO方法得到的VMAT计划虽然均匀性相对较低,但是皮肤通量的打开效果较好,而且在等中心点存在误差时,仍能保证相对较好的靶区覆盖度、均匀度与适形度。 展开更多

The necessary and sufficient conditions for quadratic stability are presented. Moreover, the stability robustness index is introduced as the measurement of the stability robustness. For the systems with given uncertain parameter bounds, checking the necessary and sufficient conditions and calculating the stability robust index are converted to solving minimax problems. It is shown that the maximization can be reduced to comparisons between the functional values of the corners when the parameter region is bounded by hyperpolydredon, and any local minimum value in the minimization is exactly the global minimum. 展开更多

In this work,a variable structure control(VSC)technique is proposed to achieve satisfactory robustness for unstable processes.Optimal values of unknown parameters of VSC are obtained using Whale optimization algorithm which was recently reported in literature.Stability analysis has been done to verify the suitability of the proposed structure for industrial processes.The proposed control strategy is applied to three different types of unstable processes including non-minimum phase and nonlinear systems.A comparative study ensures that the proposed scheme gives superior performance over the recently reported VSC system.Furthermore,the proposed method gives satisfactory results for a cart inverted pendulum system in the presence of external disturbance and noise. 展开更多

This paper has investigated how the optimization methods can be used to deal with plant uncertainty in linear feedback control design. Firstly, we define a weighted sensitivity error function based on robust redesign. Then, by modifying the nominal controller to minimize the variance of the actual system performanee from the desired performance over the whole frequency range, we obtain an optimal robust design method for a class of stochastic model errors. Moreover, the result can be used to give a good prediction to the achievable average tracking performance and control energy for practical system designs. The validity of obtained results can be illustrated by the simulation research. 展开更多

The paper proposes a robust digital audio watermarking scheme using blind source separation(BSS) based on the global optimization of independency metric(IM),which is formulated as a generalized eigenvalue(GE) problem.Compared with traditional information-theoretical approaches used in digital audio watermarking,such as fast independent component analysis(FastICA),the proposed scheme has lower complexity without timeconsuming iteration steps used in FastICA.To make full use of the multiresolution characteristic of discrete wavelet transform(DWT) and the energy compression characteristic of discrete cosine transform(DCT),the watermark is embedded in the middle DWT-DCT coefficients and the independent component analysis(ICA) approach based on IM is used in the detecting scheme.Simulation results based on Stirmark for Audio v02 show that the proposed scheme has strong robustness as well as the imperceptibility and security. 展开更多
