【目的】运用数据挖掘方法分析黄力教授辨治冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后再发心绞痛的用药规律。【方法】收集黄力教授于中日友好医院门诊治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛的有效病例的处方资料。采用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件和SPSS Mo... 【目的】运用数据挖掘方法分析黄力教授辨治冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后再发心绞痛的用药规律。【方法】收集黄力教授于中日友好医院门诊治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛的有效病例的处方资料。采用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件和SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对处方中药进行频次统计、功效和性味归经分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析和因子分析。【结果】共得到中药处方344首,涉及中药209味,累计用药频次为5874次。以出现频次居前30位的中药为高频中药,其中使用频次>100次的中药依次为黄芪、川芎、葛根、红景天、三七、茯苓、降香、白术、莪术、三棱、山药、陈皮、法半夏、党参、甘草等。高频中药的功效归类以活血化瘀药和补气药最多。药物的药性以温性、平性和寒性为主,药味偏甘、辛、苦,归经以归脾经、肺经、肝经为主。挖掘得到关联规则30条,聚类组合5类,公因子11组。【结论】黄力教授治疗心血管疾病常以气、血、水理论为指导,尤重气机升降;认为气虚血瘀为PCI术后再发心绞痛的基本病机,治疗多以益气活血化瘀立法,五脏同调、寒温并用,辅以益气健脾、化痰利水、安神宁心、行气散结、破血逐瘀之品。 展开更多

目的分析黄力教授治疗原发性高血压的医案处方,总结黄力教授治疗原发性高血压的相关用药规律。方法收集中日友好医院2014年1月至2019年12月黄力教授所开的597张处方,进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析,观察其患者证型分布及核心药... 目的分析黄力教授治疗原发性高血压的医案处方,总结黄力教授治疗原发性高血压的相关用药规律。方法收集中日友好医院2014年1月至2019年12月黄力教授所开的597张处方,进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析,观察其患者证型分布及核心药物组合。结果纳入分析的597张处方依据肝阳上亢证、气虚血瘀证、风痰上扰证、阴虚火旺证和瘀血阻滞证分别进行统计,其中肝阳上亢证患者365例(60.93%)、风痰上扰证患者79例(13.19%)、阴虚火旺证患者72例(12.02%)、气虚血瘀证患者47例(7.85%)、瘀血阻滞证患者34例(5.68%);聚类分析和关联规则分析得到肝阳上亢证核心药物组合为葛根-钩藤-川芎-天麻,风痰上扰证核心药物组合为炒白术-红景天-砂仁-柏子仁,阴虚火旺证核心药物组合为桑寄生-赤芍,气虚血瘀证核心药物组合为川芎-三七粉,瘀血阻滞证核心药物组合为红景天-红花-桃仁-生黄芪-三七粉。聚类分析显示,肝阳上亢证、气虚血瘀证、风痰上扰证、阴虚火旺证和瘀血阻滞证分别聚类为5、5、4、5、4类。结论黄力教授临床治疗原发性高血压常用平肝息风药、活血化瘀药、安神药,重视肝在高血压发病中的重要地位及瘀血等病理因素,并随症加减配伍。 展开更多

目的基于数据挖掘方法分析黄力教授治疗稳定性冠心病的用药规律。方法收集黄力教授2013年1月—2018年12月在中日友好医院中西医结合心内科门诊部的治疗显效及有效的稳定性冠心病医案,利用Microsoft Office Excel 2013软件建立方药数据库... 目的基于数据挖掘方法分析黄力教授治疗稳定性冠心病的用药规律。方法收集黄力教授2013年1月—2018年12月在中日友好医院中西医结合心内科门诊部的治疗显效及有效的稳定性冠心病医案,利用Microsoft Office Excel 2013软件建立方药数据库,采用SPSS Statistics 20.0和SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对数据进行频数分析、关联规则分析、复杂网络图分析和聚类分析。结果纳入医案156份,处方156首,中药206味。高频药物包括黄芪、葛根、川芎、酸枣仁、三七、红景天、山药、生地黄、茯苓、白术等30味,占比57.48%,功效可归为补气药、活血化瘀药、安神药等11类,药味多甘、辛、苦,药性多平、温,多归脾、肝、肺、心经。关联规则分析得到24组关联规则,置信度≥80%的规则有17组。高频药物聚类分析得到6个聚类方。结论黄力教授临床治疗稳定性冠心病重视气血,以气虚血瘀、心脉痹阻为基本病机,治疗多从脾、肝、肺、心出发,以益气活血、化瘀止痛立法,或佐以安神定志、行气利水、化痰祛浊、平肝理气及清热解表之品,同时注重经方的加减运用。 展开更多

黄力教授治疗高血压用药分析及医案举隅

目的:分析黄力教授治疗高血压的医案,总结用药经验。方法:收集黄力教授门诊治疗高血压医案,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件中频数法对患者的一般情况及处方中单味药物和常用方剂的频次、频率进行分析。结果:112例高血压病例中50岁及以上占比79.... 目的:分析黄力教授治疗高血压的医案,总结用药经验。方法:收集黄力教授门诊治疗高血压医案,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件中频数法对患者的一般情况及处方中单味药物和常用方剂的频次、频率进行分析。结果:112例高血压病例中50岁及以上占比79.46%。小于50岁病例中男性18例,占男性总数31.58%;女性5例,占女性总数9.09%;主要症状有头晕、头痛、头胀、失眠、心悸等;单味药使用频率排名前6位为川芎、葛根、龙骨、牡蛎、天麻、钩藤;所用方剂中使用频率最高的是天麻钩藤饮。结论:50岁及以上患者居多,小于50岁患者中男性多于女性;头部症状及失眠、心悸是主要的临床表现;黄力教授治疗高血压注重平肝潜阳,兼顾安神、健脾化湿、活血化瘀类药物的应用。天麻钩藤饮应用最为广泛,灵活加减运用是保证疗效的关键。 展开更多

目的分析黄力教授治疗青年高血压的用药规律,总结其治疗青年高血压的思路。方法门诊收集黄力教授治疗青年高血压的处方,将处方的药物规范化,并建立数据库,在古今医案云平台上对处方进行药物频次、药物性味归经、药物聚类、药物关联及复... 目的分析黄力教授治疗青年高血压的用药规律,总结其治疗青年高血压的思路。方法门诊收集黄力教授治疗青年高血压的处方,将处方的药物规范化,并建立数据库,在古今医案云平台上对处方进行药物频次、药物性味归经、药物聚类、药物关联及复杂网络分析,挖掘黄力教授用药规律。结果共纳入处方767首,247味中药。高频药物为葛根、川芎、天麻、钩藤、龙骨、牡蛎等,药性多平、温、寒,药味甘、辛、苦、咸,归经主要为肝经、肾经和脾经。用药种类以平肝潜阳、强筋骨和补肝肾为主。聚类分析得到5组药物,复杂网络分析得到10种核心药物。结论黄力教授治疗青年高血压以“制衡”为主要思想,兼顾先后二天,善用顾护脾胃、滋肝益肾、平肝抑肝、活血化瘀、重镇安神中药。 展开更多

Supporting of Potential Forage Production to the Herbivore-based Pastoral Farming Industry on the Loess Plateau 被引量:9

For the purpose of contributing to the establishment of optimized eco-productive paradigm, a new layout of land use of the Loess Plateau was carried out and the associated forage potential was estimated. Results indicated that the percentages of the area of grassland, woodland, basic farmland and orchard to the total productive land area were 44%, 22%, 20% and 14% respectively according to this new land use scenario. Based on the datasets of 197 counties in the Loess Plateau, the estimated forage potential would amount to 104 881 028 ton/a (hay), which can raise 104 881 028 productivity sheep unit/ a. According to the unchanged price in 1999, pastoral gross product value would amount to 52 440.51 million yuan RMB/a, which is as much as 5.3 times of that in 1999 and exceeds the agricultural gross product in 1999 by 14%. In addition, there are ca. 59% of counties whose mean pastoral product value per person would be more than 1 000 yuan RMB/a, while ca. 41% of counties whose mean pastoral product value per person would be less than 1 000 yuan RMB/a. On the other hand, the estimated agricultural gross product on the Loess Plateau would amount to 11 472 2.34 million yuan RMB/a and ca. 46% of the total would come from pastoral industry, 27% from orchid industry, 14% from forestry and 13% from farmland. From the perspective both ecologically and economically, this paper holds that the herbi-vore-based pastoral industry is a promising industry bolstering the ecological improvement and economical development on the Loess Plateau. 展开更多

Different SIlL formulations were orally administered to rats. The concentrations of baicalin in rat plasma were determined by HPLC, the non-compartmental pharmacokinetic parameters and population pharmacokinetic parameters of baicalin were estimated by WinNonlin and NONMEM. The plasma concentration profiles of baicalin demonstrated double-peak phenomenon except for group microemulsion prescription 2. Population pharmacokinetic model developed includes four covariates, which were the effect of formulation (FORM) on CL/F and V/F, the effect of body weight (BW) on Ka, and the effect of gender (GEND) on V/F. Numbers 1 to 6 denote SHL formulation decoction, oral liquid, colloidal solution, microemulsion prescription 1, microemulsion prescription 2 and granule, respectively. The equations for the parameters are as following: CL/F = (0.432 + 0.529). e^ηCl L/h if formulation was 2 or 6, otherwise CL/F = 0.432. e^ηCl L/h ; V/F = (11.3- 4.03 - 3.87. [Method] The soil nutrients and yields of C. chinensis in fallow field, Cryptomeria japonica forest, Magnolia officinalis forest and Phellodendron chinense forest planted with C. chinensis were investigated. [Result] The contents of soil nitrogen (total ni- trogen, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen), organic matter, potassium and phosphorous under the planting mode of C. chinensis under C. japonica forest were the highest; and the contents of organic matter and total nitrogen in the soils of M. officinalis and P. chinense forests were close to each other at the medium abundant level, and the phosphorous contents were more abundant than those in fallow field. Based on the geochemical data obtained from the national project about the prevention and control of soil contamination, this paper explored the properties of soil chemical elements in Huanghuaihai Plain, Shandong Province. The results showed that among the grade-one nutritive elements in soil, organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus were relatively deficient while potassium was rich. Meanwhile, as the grade-two nutritive elements, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide were relatively short and sulfur’s content was abundant. About the other beneficial and trace nutri-tive elements, iron oxide, manganese, molybdenum and boron were deficient, but the content of chlorine was high, hardly lack. The main barriers to improving land productivity were soil salinization and soil heavy metal contamination. The values of soil integrated fertility index that most of the soil in the study area is middle-lower fertilized. Specifical y, the low fertility area and lower fertility area are 6 1604 and 1 244 km2 respectively, occupying about 97.43% and 1.97% of the total area. The moderate fertility soil has an area of 172 km2, occupying about 0.27% of the total area. The higher fertility soil covers an area of 128 km2, while the high fertility area of only 76 km2. This article proposed scientific fertilization, elimination of soil obsta-cle, remediation of heavy-metal-contaminated soil and other effective measures to improve land productivity according to the basic investigation results, which provides a good technological support for the planning and development of good-quality and high-benefit agriculture. 展开更多

Depth to and thickness of the Paleozoic rock are also revealed by gravity anomaly inversion with constrains of the basement and known seismic information from several profiles. The kinetics of leaching flavonoids from Pueraria Lobata with ethanol was investigated. The effects of leaching temperature, mechanical agitation rate, concentration of ethanol and feed particle size on leaching kinetics were examined. It is found that the smaller the feed particle size or the higher the leaching temperature, the higher the leaching rate. The leaching process can be described by the shrinking-core model. The apparent activation energy is 10.8kJ·mol^-1, suggesting that the leaching process is controlled by the inner diffusion. An empirical equation relating the flavonoids leaching rate constant to the feed particle size and leaching temperature was expected. 展开更多

A desulphurization experimental study under the effects of compounding physical force fields has been described for 〈 0.5 mm fine particles of high sulfur coal. A statistical test using the Box-Behnken Design of experiments was conducted to evaluate the effects of individual operating variables and their interactions on desulfurization of fine coal using an enhanced centrifugal gravity separator. A model describing the relation between desulphurization efficiency of pyrite sulfur and different operating variables has been designed. The interactions between different factors on the pyrite sulfur desulphurization efficiency have been analysed. The optimal test conditions for desulfarization are extracted from the Design-Expert 6.0 software. The model is divided into three boxes vertically according to the depths of thermocline and euphotic layer. It simulates well the oligotrophic shelf ecosystem of the YSCWM considering effects of nu- trients deposition and microbial loop. Main features of vertical structure of various variables in ecosystem of the YSCWM were captured and seasonal variability of the ecosystem was well reconstructed. Calculation shows that the contribution of microbial loop to the zooplankton can reach up to 60%. Besides, input of inorganic nutrients from atmospheric deposition is an important mechanism of production in upper layer of the YSCWM when stratified. 展开更多

When the concentration of NH4Cl solution is 10-1 mol below, the Freundlich equation can be used.The changes of apparent standard free energy (△Go), enthalpy (△Ho) and entropy (△So) illustrate that NHk fixation in soil is an endothermic adsorption and spontaneous reaction, and the process can be enhanced by a higher temperature and clay content in soil.The "proper value of NHk fixation by soil (K1×qm) increased with increasing clay content and temperature. Based on the temperature data along 34°N, 35°N and 36°N sections in August from 1977 to 2003,the structure and formation of the Southern Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass (SYSCWM) and its responses to El Nino events are analyzed. Results show that: (1) There exist double cold cores under the main thermocline along the 35°N and 36°N sections. Also, double warm cores exist above the main thermocline along the 36°N section.(2) Thermocline dome by upwelling separates the upper warm water into two parts, the eastern and western warm waters. Additionally, the circulation structure caused by upwelling along the cold front and northeastward current along the coast in summer is the main reasons of double warm cores along the 36°N section. The intermediate cold water is formed in early spring and moves eastward slowly, which results in the formation of the western one of double cold cores. (3) Position of the thermocline dome and its intensity vary interannually,which is related to El Nino events. However, the deep cold water temperature is hardly affected by El Nino events. In most El Nino years, position of the thermocline dome shifted eastwards and depth of the dome upper limit decreases. 展开更多

In this paper,the effect of sodium butyl xanthate(NaBX)adsorption on the surface of bornite at different pH on flotation was studied by adsorption kinetic and thermodynamic.The flotation results demonstrated that the recovery was the highest when pH was 9 in NaBX solution(4×10^?5 mol/L).The adsorption kinetics showed the reaction of NaBX on the bornite conformed to the second order kinetic equation;it belonged to the multimolecular layer adsorption of Freundlich model;the maximum adsorption rate constant was 0.30 g/(10^?6 mol·min),and the equilibrium adsorption capacity was 2.70×10^?6 mol/g.Thermodynamic calculation results indicated that the adsorption process was spontaneous chemisorption,and the adsorption products of NaBX on bornite surface were cupric butyl xanthate,ferric butyl xanthate and dixanthogen,which were confirmed by infrared spectrum measurements. 展开更多

A parameter, known as the parameter of humidification vibration deformation, was proposed, describing quantitatively the impact of water content on vibration settlement deformation, and its relationship with humidification water content, dynamic shear stress peak value, initial consolidation stress and vibration frequency was built. The result shows that 1) the parameter of humidification vibration deformation increases with the vibration shear stress peak value increasing. 2) The humidification water content has significant influence on the curve of the parameter of humidification vibration deformation and the peak vibration shear stress. When the humidification water content is low, the curve increases slowly. However, when the humidification water content is high, the curve increases rapidly. 3) Initial consolidation stress has significant influence on the humidification vibration deformation coefficient. When initial consolidation stress is not large enough to destroy the loess structure, with initial consolidation stress increasing, the humidification vibration deformation coefficient decreases. On the contrary, the humidification vibration deformation coefficient increases with initial consolidation stress increasing. 4) With the increase of vibration time, the parameter of humidification vibration settlement shows an increasing trend overall. The initial dynamic shear stress peak value and humidification water content all have significant effects on the curve of the parameter of humidification vibration settlement and vibration time.
