本文是关于板栗黄化机制研究的一部分.在水培条件下,无锰低铁(2ppm),叶缘先黄后枯,叶肉出现褐斑;无锰而铁大于10ppm时,全株萎蔫枯死.无铁低锰(1PPm)或无铁而锰为30ppm时,叶片呈现黄化.在本试验条件下,环境锰为30—50ppm,铁为10ppm时,植... 本文是关于板栗黄化机制研究的一部分.在水培条件下,无锰低铁(2ppm),叶缘先黄后枯,叶肉出现褐斑;无锰而铁大于10ppm时,全株萎蔫枯死.无铁低锰(1PPm)或无铁而锰为30ppm时,叶片呈现黄化.在本试验条件下,环境锰为30—50ppm,铁为10ppm时,植株生长正常.当环境铁为2ppm时,叶全铁量随环境锰浓度的增加而降低;当环境铁浓度为5.6或10ppm时,叶全铁量随锰浓度增加而增高.叶绿素含量的变化与叶全铁量没有明显规律;而与活性铁和Mn/Fe有明显规律:叶活性铁含量大于50ppm,Mn/Fe在1.0—1.5之间时,叶绿素含量都大于3.00mg/cm^2. 展开更多

In order to improve the source water quality of drinking water and mitigate the load of drinking water treatment plant, a pilot test was conducted with integrated horizontal flow constructed wetlands to pretreat the water supply in the reservoirs of Yellow River. Resuhs show that under the hydraulic loading rate of 4 m^3/( m^2 · d), the average removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN), ammonium nitrogen ( NH4 ^+ - N), nitrate nitrogen ( NO3 ^- - N), nitrite - nitrogen ( NO2^ - - N) and total phosphorus (TP) in the horizontal flow constructed wetlands are 49. 68% , 53.01%, 48.48%, 53.61% , 62. 57% and 49. 56%, re- spectively. The study on purifying mechanism of the constructed wetlands indicates that the disposal of contamination by subsurface wetlands is the combined actions of physical chemistry, plants and microorganism. 展开更多

This article systematically reviews the present research situation of the pathogenesis of PD (Parkinson's disease) and our recent research over the past decade, to discuss the potential targets of many TCM (traditional Chinese medicines) in prevention and treatment of PD, such as against oxidative stress (Astragaloside, protocatechuic aldehyde, Liu-Wei-Di-Huang), anti-apoptosis (Geniposide, Zhichan powder), improve mitochondrial function (Paeoniflorin, Da-Bu-Yin-Wan), inhibition of protein aggregation (Panax ginseng, Irisflorentin), induce autophagy (piperine, Paeoniflorin), and many other mechanisms and multiple effectiveness (Saponins, Acanthopanax). With the research and development in PD pathogenesis and clarifying the targets of a variety of traditional Chinese medicine, especially its monomeric components, the development of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of PD will have very broad application value and prospect. 展开更多

In the present study to investigate the biochemical mechanisms of therapeutic and prophylactic action of bioflavonoids, carried out a comparative evaluation of antioxidant and antiproteinase properties of certain bioflavonoids standards in vitro. Therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of individual bioflavonoids as well as herbal medicines with bioflavonoids, was examined at an experimental pathology (toxic hepatitis, dental caries, periodontitis, stomatitis, dysbiosis, diabetes Types 1 and 2, gastric ulcer, osteopenia) in Wistar line rats. Condition of organs and tissues was assessed by biochemical markers of inflammation, antioxidant and antimicrobial defense systems of animals. Research has shown the ability ofbioflavonoids in varying degrees inhibit the formation of superoxide anion radicals and malondialdehyde, recover free radicals, bind ions of Fe2+, inhibiting the activity of proteases, such as leukocyte elastase. Established partially competitive type of trypsin and elastase activity inhibition by bioflavonoids. Was revealed a positive effect of bioflavonoids in experimental pathology on animals. Therapeutic and prophylactic effects of bioflavonoids, in our opinion, are realized through a strong antioxidant and antiprotease properties of these compounds. 展开更多

Based on a through study of the chemical compositions of Dioscorea Zingiberensis, a new separation technology is presented in this paper. This technology can effectively separate the starch and cellulose from Dioscorea Zingiberensis, thus the output of diosgenin is raised by 20%. Meanwhile using the suspension after separation, the synergy of enzymes, which are under the best condition for enzymolysis is studied, and an enzymolysis model, which uses two enzymes at the same time, is established. This model provides a theoretical basis for finding new enzyme resources. What's more orthogonal experiments show that by using this model, either the output of diosgenin can be increased by 50.58% or the amount of acid used can be reduced by 83% which means less pollution. 展开更多
