霉变及黄残羊毛的结构与性能研究

目的:探讨养肝消黄方治疗乙型病毒性肝炎残黄的疗效及安全性。方法:将2016年1—12月在我科治疗的乙型病毒性肝炎残黄患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组28例使用西医治疗,研究组28例使用养肝消黄方治疗,比较两组患者... 目的:探讨养肝消黄方治疗乙型病毒性肝炎残黄的疗效及安全性。方法:将2016年1—12月在我科治疗的乙型病毒性肝炎残黄患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组28例使用西医治疗,研究组28例使用养肝消黄方治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者血清总胆红素下降优于对照组,临床治疗总有效率(96.5%)高于对照组的67.9%,不良反应发生率(7.0%)低于对照组的28.4%,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养肝消黄方治疗乙型病毒性肝炎残黄疗效显著,安全性较高,在临床中具有一定的应用价值。 展开更多

Spatial patterns and storage composition of woody debris in a natural secondary forest dominated by Pinus tabulaeformis on Loess Plateau, China 被引量:2

Woody debris(WD) is an important par of natural Pinus tabulaeformis mixed stands, and i affects the forest ecosystem stability and developmen The WD spatial patterns are especially importan structural characteristics that can provide insights into forest dynamics. In this paper, the WD storage WD spatial patterns and WD associations among the main species were examined in the natural secondary forest on Loess Plateau in northwest China. Data were collected in a 1 ha(100 m × 100 m) permanent plot and all the trees with a diameter at breast height o more than 3 cm were measured and stem-mapped Ripley's K functions from the spatial-point-pattern analysis method were used to analyze the spatia distribution and associations. The results showed tha(1) The total storage of WD was 10.73 t/ha, fallen wood was the main source of WD, and the majority diameters were greater than 20 cm, and in intermediate levels of decay;(2) The overall spatia pattern was closely related to the spatial scale, which exhibited an aggregated pattern on a small scale, and a random pattern on a large scale. The spatia patterns of coarse woody debris also gradually transitioned from an aggregated pattern in fine scales to a random pattern in broader spatial scales, which matched the overall spatial pattern. The spatial intensity was gradually decreased with the increasing diameters, and increased with the decomposition classes;(3) The WD of Pinus tabulaeformis species was negatively associated with Betula platyphylla and Populus davidiana on a small scale but positively associated with these species on a large scale. The spatial pattern and interspecies relations were the results of long-term interactions between the natural secondary forest community and the surrounding natural environment. These findings would provide a scientific basis for the sustainable management and protection of natural secondary forest ecosystems on Loess Plateau. 展开更多

In order to get a clear picture of distribution characteristics of mulching plastic film residue in cotton fields in the Yellow River Delta and make scientific pollution prevention and control strategies, an investigation was conducted in Dongying City. Five typical cotton fields were chosen, and then the number, distri- bution density and area of residual film were measured. The results showed that the residual film was 18. 84-53. 53 kg/hm^2 in cotton fields for more than 20 years, and the differences between fields were larger. The residual density was 225-340 thousand per hectare. There were great differences among residual pieces. The proportion of residual pieces over 25 cm^2 was 94. 1%, that between 100 cm^2 and 500 cm^2 was more than 50. 0%, and that bigger than 500 cm^2 was about 21. 0%. In the Yellow River Delta cotton region, large, thin and difficult to recovery were the main characteristics of mulching plastic film residue, and it had the possibility of mi- grating to deep soil. The degradation behavior of ethyl xanthate(EX) salt was the most widely used collector in sulfide mineral flotation and emission of flotation tailings with residual EX was harmful to environment. In this work, hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) was investigated by UV-visible spectroscopy(UV/Vis) at different p H values from 3 to 12. For p H value from 5 to 12, EX was oxidized into ethyl per xanthate(EPX) by H2O2. Then EPX was further oxidized into thiosulfate(TS) salt rather than ethyl thiocarbonate(ETC) and this step was the reaction-limited step. Then depending on p H values, TS was degraded into sulphate and carbonate salts(p H>7) or elemental sulfur(p H<7). The kinetics data show that the degradation rate of EX increases with increasing the H2O2 concentration and is independent on the p H values. Without H2O2, EX is hydrolyzed to carbon disulfide fast at p H value <3.0, but the reaction of hydrolysis is undetectable at p H value >3.0 during test time. 展开更多

Our objective is to investigate the subcellular transport mechanism of the UL4 protein. In this study, fluorescence microscopy was employed to investigate the subcellular localization of UL4 and characterize the transport mechanism in living cells. By constructing a series of deletion mutants fused with enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP), the nuclear export signals (NES) of UL4 were for the first time mapped to amino acid residues 178 to 186. In addition, the N-terminal 19 amino acids are identified to be required for the granule-like cytoplasmic pattem of UL4. Furthermore, the UL4 protein was demonstrated to be exported to the cytoplasm through the NES in a chromosomal region maintenance 1 (CRM1)-dependent manner involving RanGTP hydrolysis 展开更多
