Liquid-liquid continuous biphasic extraction was a new method, and showed the advantage of high extracting contents of total flavone compared with one of the traditional methods. 文摘目的:了解黄芩-黄连配伍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的研究概况,为深入研究其作用靶点及作用机制提供参考。方法:以"黄芩-黄连""2型糖尿病""Scutellariae radix and coptidis rhizoma""Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)"等为关键词,组合查询2008年1月-2019年1月在中国知网、万方数据、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中的相关文献,对黄芩-黄连配伍治疗T2DM的理论依据、作用机制及其中药复方的临床应用进行归纳总结。结果与结论:共检索到相关文献410篇,其中有效文献55篇。黄芩可清肺热,黄连可清胃热,两药配伍可治脾虚胃热型T2DM,且作用优于二者单用。黄芩-黄连配伍治疗T2DM的作用机制可能与改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛B细胞、调节糖代谢、调节脂代谢、改善肠道菌群等有关。含黄芩-黄连配伍的中药复方(如葛根芩连汤、半夏泻心汤、黄连解毒汤)在临床治疗T2DM中应用广泛,具有显著的治疗效果。然而,现阶段对于黄芩-黄连配伍治疗T2DM的研究大多停留在某些特异性指标的改善上,尚未对其物质基础及其作用机制进行深入的挖掘;临床研究仅限于疗效的宏观评价,且存在样本量小、研究不深入、缺乏治疗标准等缺点。因此,今后的研究应重点以黄芩-黄连配伍治疗T2DM的药效物质基础为切入点,深入其作用靶点及其作用机制,以期为黄芩-黄连配伍治疗T2DM提供理论依据。
