在人体寄生虫实验教学中,原虫的活体标本来源比较困难。我们用寄生于小白鼠(本院实验动物园饲养繁殖系)肠内的鼠滴虫(T.muris)、鼠贾第虫(G.muris)及鼠阿米巴(E.muris)分别取代阴道毛滴虫、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫与阿米巴滋养体进行活体观察,... 在人体寄生虫实验教学中,原虫的活体标本来源比较困难。我们用寄生于小白鼠(本院实验动物园饲养繁殖系)肠内的鼠滴虫(T.muris)、鼠贾第虫(G.muris)及鼠阿米巴(E.muris)分别取代阴道毛滴虫、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫与阿米巴滋养体进行活体观察,取得了较好的效果。于实验前将准备好的小白鼠处死,剖开腹腔取出肠管。 展开更多
