Objective The clinical significance of researching into the diseases relevant with nasal cavity while performing paranasal sinus operation with endoscopic.Methods In ESS to 170 sinusitis caese,rectifying variable midd...Objective The clinical significance of researching into the diseases relevant with nasal cavity while performing paranasal sinus operation with endoscopic.Methods In ESS to 170 sinusitis caese,rectifying variable middle turbinate,inferior turbinate and nasal septum(rectification group),comparing the shape restoration,curative effects and rate of resulting in conglutination with other 60 cases with anatomy variation that should be operated but they didn’t undergo the surgery. Results the rate of returning to the anatomy shape of the rectification group is 150 cases (88.2%);the healing rate is 146 cases(85.9%), the conglutination rate is 18 cases(10.6%).Comparison Group:the healing rate of the unsettled cases of sinusitis along with nasal cavity anatomy variation is 22 cases (36.7%),while the conglutination rate is 28 cases (46.7%).Conclusion in ESS, dealing with anatomy variation that influences the nasal cavity functions has inportant clinical significances to improve the healing rate of sinusitis and ventilation function and decrease conglutination rate.展开更多
