Conformity Assessment of Lead Aprons Used in Conventional Radiology: A Multi-Centre Survey in Togo

Aim: Lead aprons are used to protect against scattered radiation from the patient during interventional procedures and certain special conventional radiological examinations. Given the importance of the role lead aprons are supposed to play in radiation protection, we propose to assess their conformity in medical imaging departments in public and religious hospitals in Togo. Materials and method: A multi-centre survey conducted from 26 November to 06 December 2021 in the radiology departments of public and religious health facilities in Togo. All aprons in use were included. The evaluation criteria were physical (visual), quantitative (radiographic) and qualitative (dosimetric). Results: We had registred 43 aprons among wich 27 (62.79%) leaded aprons were labelled non-compliant and 16 (37.21%) were labelled compliant. Of the aprons judged to be non-compliant, 70.37% were more than 10 years old and 96.30% showed defects on the radiographic images. The most common defects were vampire marks (18.64%), multiple folds (16.96%), cracks (16.96%), multiple cracks (15.25%), tears (8.47%), absence of lead (5.08%), holes (3.39%) and lead corrosion (1.69%). Defective aprons (62.96%) had at least two defects. The defects were of thoraco-abdomino-pelvic (74.07%), thoracic (14.82%) and abdomino-pelvic (11.11%) topography. For indirect exposure at 50 and 70 kilovolts, all the aprons had an attenuation factor greater than 90%. After dosimetric measurement, 13.95% of aprons had attenuation factors below 90% for indirect exposure at 100 kilovolts. Conclusion: The compliance of the leaded decks is trifactorial (physical, radiographic and dosimetric). However, there is no significant difference in X-ray attenuation capacity between defective and normal decks. 展开更多

目的探讨微电极记录(MER)联合多模态影像融合技术(Lead-DBS)多模态影像融合技术在帕金森病患者术后程控中的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院2018年10月至2023年8月期间收治的60例帕金森病患者,随机将其分为... 目的探讨微电极记录(MER)联合多模态影像融合技术(Lead-DBS)多模态影像融合技术在帕金森病患者术后程控中的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院2018年10月至2023年8月期间收治的60例帕金森病患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者根据脑深部电刺激术(DBS)专家程控共识逐个触点程控,观察组患者根据MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术进行程控。比较两组术中操作时间、术后症状改善情况、生活质量评分、不良情绪及并发症发生率。结果观察组术中操作时间少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组帕金森症状评分、帕金森病生活质量评分、不良情绪评分、并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组帕金森症状评分、帕金森病生活质量评分、不良情绪评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点方法具有较高的可行性,可提高手术效率、改善患者预后,安全性良好。 展开更多

The researchers are combining binary alloys with a variety of additional materials to create the soldering alloys’ features. The eutectic Sn-9Zn alloy is among them. This paper investigated the mechanical and electrical properties of Sn-9Zn-x (Ag, Cu, Sb);{x = 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6} lead-free solder alloys. The mechanical properties such as elastic modulus, ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS), and ductility were examined at the strain rates in a range from 4.17 10−3 s−1 to 208.5 10−3 s−1 at room temperature. It is found that increasing the content of the alloying elements and strain rate increases the elastic modulus, ultimate tensile strength, and yield strength while the ductility decreases. The electrical conductivity of the alloys is found to be a little smaller than that of the Sn-9Zn eutectic alloy. 展开更多

磷灰石是火成岩、变质岩和沉积岩中广泛分布的含铀矿物,开展磷灰石U-Pb年代学研究对揭示岩浆演化过程、示踪溯源等方面具有重要意义。激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)是开展磷灰石U-Pb年龄微区分析的重要手段之一。当前,基... 磷灰石是火成岩、变质岩和沉积岩中广泛分布的含铀矿物,开展磷灰石U-Pb年代学研究对揭示岩浆演化过程、示踪溯源等方面具有重要意义。激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)是开展磷灰石U-Pb年龄微区分析的重要手段之一。当前,基体匹配磷灰石U-Pb定年矿物标样缺乏和标样中不可避免的普通铅是制约LA-ICP-MS高精度磷灰石U-Pb年龄分析的主要瓶颈。本文对比研究了标样中普通铅对LA-ICP-MS磷灰石U-Pb定年结果的影响,采用含普通铅的磷灰石MAD作外标直接开展U-Pb年龄校正,获得的被测样品年龄会产生显著的系统偏差(最大约6%);采用207Pb法或Tera-Wasserburg图解法先校正标样中普通铅,再利用校正后的数据进行元素分馏和仪器漂移校正则可获得准确的磷灰石U-Pb年龄,与推荐值偏差在2%以内。另一方面,为消除标样中普通铅对分析结果的影响,本文还采用水蒸气辅助激光剥蚀方法,实现以NIST612玻璃作为外标准确分析磷灰石U-Pb年龄,解决了磷灰石U-Pb定年微区分析高质量标样缺乏的难题。本研究通过对标样中普通铅进行预校正或采用非基体匹配分析,建立了高精度LA-ICP-MS磷灰石U-Pb定年新方法,将促进磷灰石U-Pb年代学在地球科学研究中的应用。 展开更多

磷石膏/木质素固化铅污染土的无侧限抗压强度

采用工业固体废弃物磷石膏、木质素对人工配制铅污染土进行固化处理,通过无侧限抗压强度(UCS)试验探究固化剂掺量、养护龄期对不同程度铅污染土固化后应力-应变曲线、破坏形态及无侧限抗压强度的影响规律,对比分析两种固化剂的固化效果... 采用工业固体废弃物磷石膏、木质素对人工配制铅污染土进行固化处理,通过无侧限抗压强度(UCS)试验探究固化剂掺量、养护龄期对不同程度铅污染土固化后应力-应变曲线、破坏形态及无侧限抗压强度的影响规律,对比分析两种固化剂的固化效果,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)试验分析土样固化前后的微观特性。试验结果表明,磷石膏、木质素均能增大固化土的无侧限抗压强度,减小破坏应变;固化土的无侧限抗压强度随磷石膏掺量增加呈持续上升趋势,随木质素掺量增加呈先上升后下降趋势;延长养护时间能有效提高固化土无侧限抗压强度。随固化剂掺量和养护龄期的增加,土体内部胶结水平提高,土样破坏形态从局部张裂逐渐转变为剪切破坏,呈现脆性破坏特征。两种固化剂固化土效果各有优劣,木质素对高浓度铅污染土的固化效果优于磷石膏,抵抗变形能力更好,而磷石膏短期内提升强度能力及对铅的固定效果更好。扫描电镜试验表明,固化剂可起到填充孔隙、胶结土颗粒的作用,水化产物在土体内形成致密结构,宏观表现为强度增强。 展开更多

纳米材料硫化铅量子点(PbS QD)以其高光吸收率和尺寸可调的带隙,被视为短波红外(SWIR)光电探测器的重要候选材料。将卤素配体置换的PbS QD薄膜与单层石墨烯结合制备了石墨烯/硫化铅量子点异质结光电探测器。采用液相配体交换技术结合单... 纳米材料硫化铅量子点(PbS QD)以其高光吸收率和尺寸可调的带隙,被视为短波红外(SWIR)光电探测器的重要候选材料。将卤素配体置换的PbS QD薄膜与单层石墨烯结合制备了石墨烯/硫化铅量子点异质结光电探测器。采用液相配体交换技术结合单步旋涂工艺,实现了PbS QD薄膜的均匀沉积。该技术不仅减少了缺陷态的产生,而且通过单步旋涂工艺能够实现所需薄膜厚度的快速沉积,简化了器件制备流程,满足工业化生产要求。测试了器件在SWIR波段的性能,结果显示该光电探测器在1550 nm处响应度为1.26×10^(4)A/W,显著高于其他波段,证实器件在1550 nm波段附近具有窄带探测的能力。此外,在1550 nm处比探测率高达1.49×10^(12)Jones。该结果表明器件在SWIR波段具备高探测灵敏度和实际应用的潜力。 展开更多

甲基磺酸铅连续电积精铅研究

开发了以甲基磺酸铅为电解质的连续旋转电积精铅工艺及装备。通过系统考察电流密度、刮取时间、极间距、蠕动泵流速、甲基磺酸浓度、复溶、Pb^(2+)浓度和温度等因素对电积过程电流效率、平均槽电压及能耗的影响规律,得到了连续电积精铅... 开发了以甲基磺酸铅为电解质的连续旋转电积精铅工艺及装备。通过系统考察电流密度、刮取时间、极间距、蠕动泵流速、甲基磺酸浓度、复溶、Pb^(2+)浓度和温度等因素对电积过程电流效率、平均槽电压及能耗的影响规律,得到了连续电积精铅的优化条件,验证了新型连续电积精铅装备的应用可行性和有效性。结果表明,在电流密度200 A/m^(2)、刮取时间2 h、极距40 mm、蠕动泵流速300 mL/min、甲基磺酸浓度1 mol/L、Pb^(2+)浓度1 mol/L、温度40℃的条件下,可以获得纯度为99.996%、结构紧密且较易刮取的精铅产品,电解过程的电流效率大于97%,平均能耗为659.74 kWh/t。 展开更多

高精度铅同位素比值MC-ICP-MS测试方法及土壤标准物质铅同位素组成

利用多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(MC-ICP-MS)精准测定了国家土壤标准物质的铅同位素比值,研究了MC-ICP-MS测定铅同位素时的分馏效应,发现仪器存在非质量分馏效应,应用Baxter法和标准与实际样品的交叉组合法(SSB)校正仪器的质量和非质... 利用多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(MC-ICP-MS)精准测定了国家土壤标准物质的铅同位素比值,研究了MC-ICP-MS测定铅同位素时的分馏效应,发现仪器存在非质量分馏效应,应用Baxter法和标准与实际样品的交叉组合法(SSB)校正仪器的质量和非质量分馏,校正后NIST SRM 981标准溶液的铅同位素比值具有较高的准确度和精确度。采用MC-ICP-MS测定了3个国家土壤标准物(GBW07564、GBW07406a、GBW07980)的铅同位素比值。对土壤进行微波消解和纯化,回收率大于98%,全流程空白小于0.22 ng。GBW07564铅同位素的^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb为19.9603±0.0303、^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb为15.7675±0.0061、^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb为39.0868±0.0264(n=9,2SD);GBW07406a铅同位素的^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb为18.8024±0.0018、^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb为15.7442±0.0025、^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb为39.1943±0.0086(n=9,2SD);GBW07980铅同位素的^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb为18.6142±0.0057、^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb为15.7378±0.0044、^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb为38.9629±0.0153(n=9,2SD)。这些土壤标准物质的^(206)Pb/^(207)Pb分别为1.2659±0.0014、1.1942±0.0001、1.1828±0.0001(n=9,2SD),^(208)Pb/^(206)Pb分别为1.9582±0.0018、2.0845±0.0003、2.0932±0.0002(n=9,2SD),大致在自然界土壤铅同位素^(206)Pb/^(207)Pb(大于1.17)、^(208)Pb/^(206)Pb(小于2.11)变化范围内,且容易获得,化学和铅同位素组成均一,适合作为监控土壤铅同位素化学及质谱分析数据可靠性的同位素土壤标准物质。 展开更多

However, because of the lack of cultural knowledge of the target language, many cross-cultural contacts turn out to be frustrating or even a failure. Therefore, to guarantee an effective intercultural communication, a lot of knowledge about target culture is needed; besides, people should have a good command of different cultures and should fully understand the cultural differences in intercultural communication. So it is important and of great necessity to take culture into consideration in FLT. But how to acquire cultural knowledge effectively always exists as a problem. In this thesis, the author attempts to solve the problem by using schema theory. Schema is a sort of background knowledge stored in a person's mind in order to perceive and understand the world. Usually if a person possesses more foreign cultural schemata, he or she will behave appropriately in cross-cultural communication. Therefore, the task left is how to help students build up their cultural schemata about a foreign language. 展开更多

远离星下点的lead(浮冰间的开阔水域)对回波波形有重要影响,使计算得到的瞬时海面高存在较大偏差。精确地区分出回波波形中的lead波形,能有效提高瞬时海面高(SSH)的测量精度。目前常用Laxon13算法(PP和SSD)来识别回波中的lead波形,进而... 远离星下点的lead(浮冰间的开阔水域)对回波波形有重要影响,使计算得到的瞬时海面高存在较大偏差。精确地区分出回波波形中的lead波形,能有效提高瞬时海面高(SSH)的测量精度。目前常用Laxon13算法(PP和SSD)来识别回波中的lead波形,进而计算海冰的出水高度。本文针对Cryosat-2高度计的SARIn模式数据,在Laxon13算法的基础上进行改进,新增了8参数,采用了一种更为精确的lead识别算法,即计算回波能量值在各参数下的统计量,设定分界值(阈值)以识别出lead。该方法采用MAX、PP、PPL、PPR、SSD、LEW、TEW、SLEW、KURT、SKEW共10种参数对lead进行识别,绘制了实验区域基于各个参数的分类图示并识别出lead波形,与Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute(AARI)提供的实际冰况图进行对比分析,确定lead有效识别的5参数。 展开更多

目的探索帕金森病患者术中微电极记录(MER)联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点方法的可行性。方法依照脑深部电刺激术(DBS)术后程控方式的差异,分析80例接受DBS治疗的帕金森病(PD)患者病例资料,随机分... 目的探索帕金森病患者术中微电极记录(MER)联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点方法的可行性。方法依照脑深部电刺激术(DBS)术后程控方式的差异,分析80例接受DBS治疗的帕金森病(PD)患者病例资料,随机分为2组。实验组患者术中MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点进行程控;对照组患者根据DBS专家程控共识逐个触点程控。结果首次开机时间:对照组(136.30±11.81)min,实验组(86.05±7.05)min,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组开机时间明显缩短;首次程控不良反应次数:实验组(0.90±0.50)次,对照组(3.03±1.00)次,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组不良反应次数显著减少;药物“关”期情况下,术后开机与关机帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRS-Ⅲ)评分改善率:实验组术后开机UPDRS-Ⅲ平均改善率为47.60%,对照组平均改善率为46.60%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组临床运动功能的改善程度优于对照组;帕金森病生活质量评分(PDQ-39)改善率:实验组术后开机平均改善率为47.60%,对照组平均改善率为46.60%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组生活质量改善程度高于对照组;6个月内门诊程控次数:实验组(2.20±0.85)次,对照组(4.08±1.89)次,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组半年内门诊程控次数较对照组减少。结论患者术中MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点的方法,具有安全,高效,开机不良反应少的优点,更倾向个体化治疗,可作为DBS术后程控新的尝试方案。 展开更多

Methods Fourteen cities were selected as sites under surveillance. A total of 44 045 peripheral blood specimens were collected from 2004 to 2006, during which 15 727, 14 737, and 13 584 specimens were tested in 2004, 2005, and 2006, respectively. Tungsten atomizer absorption spectrophotometer was employed to determine blood lead level. Results The geometric mean blood lead level in the tested children was 47.10 μg/L with 10.10% ≥100 μg/L, 46.17 μg/L with 7.78% ≥100 μg/L, and 47.03 μg/L with 7.30% ≥ 100μg/L in 2004, 2005, and 2006, respectively. The blood lead levels seemed to tend to rise in parallel with the increase of age of the children and were higher in boys (48.84 μg/L, 47.56μg/L, and 47.78 μg/L in the 3 respective years) than in girls (45.00 μg/L, 44.53μg/L, and 46.13 μg/L). Conclusion The blood lead levels in children in cities of China are lower than those in previous national studies, but higher than those in developed countries. Childhood lead poisoning remains a public health problem in China. 展开更多

Soil contaminated with heavy metals cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) is hard to be remediated. Phytoremediation may be a feasible method to remove toxic metals from soil, but there are few suitable plants which can hyperaccumulate metals. In this study, Cd and Pb accumulation by four plants including sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), mustard (Brassicajuncea L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), ricinus (Ricinus communis L.) in hydroponic cultures was compared. Results showed that these plants could phytoextract heavy metals, the ability of accumulation differed with species, concentrations and categories of heavy metals. Values of BCF (bioconcentration factor) and TF (translocation factor) indicated that four species had dissimilar abilities of phytoextraction and transportation of heavy metals. Changes on the biomass of plants, pH and Eh at different treatments revealed that these four plants had distinct responses to Cd and Pb in cultures. Measurements should be taken to improve the phytoremediation of sites contaminated with heavy metals, such as pH and Eh regulations, and so forth. 展开更多

The removal of heavy-metal ions from aqueous solutions by using dried activated sludge has been investigated in batch systems. Effect of solution pH, initial metal ion concentration, and temperature were determined. The results of the kinetic studies showed that the uptake processes of the two metal ions(Cd(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ)) followed the pseudo-second-order rate expression. The equilibrium data fitted very well to both the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models. The FT-IR analysis showed that the main mechanism of Cd(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) biosorption onto dried activated sludge was their binding with amide I group. 展开更多
