维吾尔医“成熟”、“清除”法对冠心病心绞痛患者血流变的临床观察 被引量:2

目的:论维吾尔医"成熟"剂、"清除"剂对冠心病心绞痛治疗前后血液流变性的影响。方法:冠心病心绞痛患者,观察组72例,对照组32例,测定治疗前后血液流变学的相关指标。经维吾尔医"合力提"分型为"异常... 目的:论维吾尔医"成熟"剂、"清除"剂对冠心病心绞痛治疗前后血液流变性的影响。方法:冠心病心绞痛患者,观察组72例,对照组32例,测定治疗前后血液流变学的相关指标。经维吾尔医"合力提"分型为"异常黏液质"、"异常血液质"、"异常胆液质"、"异常黑胆质"等4种"合力提"。首先服"异常黏液质成熟"剂7~11d,"异常黑胆质成熟"剂11~15d,"异常黑胆质成熟"剂3~7d,"异常血液质调节"剂7d;"异常体液成熟"剂后,给予相对"清除"剂2~3d左右。测定血液流变学的相关指标,比较治疗前后的血液流变学变化,并观察可能出现的不良反应。结果:观察组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组治疗前与治疗后比较,全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:维医"成熟"剂、"清除"剂可改善维医辩证分型中的"异常体液"、"异常黏液质","异常黑胆质"型冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变性。 展开更多

目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对抑郁症模型大鼠海马ERK信号通路的影响,探讨异常黑胆质成熟剂抗抑郁作用机制。方法:84只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为6组:正常对照组、抑郁症模型组、阳性对照组(氟西汀,3.5mg/kg)及异常黑胆质成熟剂低、中、... 目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对抑郁症模型大鼠海马ERK信号通路的影响,探讨异常黑胆质成熟剂抗抑郁作用机制。方法:84只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为6组:正常对照组、抑郁症模型组、阳性对照组(氟西汀,3.5mg/kg)及异常黑胆质成熟剂低、中、高剂量组(浓度分别为1.5、3.0、6.0g/kg),每组14只。除正常对照组外,其它组采用慢性不可预见性温和应激(CUMS)诱导建立大鼠抑郁症模型,阳性对照组和异常黑胆质成熟剂各剂量组连续灌胃给药24天,1次/天。通过Open-field实验和糖水消耗实验来评估大鼠抑郁活动状态。末次给药24h后断头处死大鼠、迅速分离海马组织、冻存备用,蛋白印迹法(Western blot)检测大鼠海马p-ERK1/2,ERK1/2表达。结果:应激结束后与正常对照组相比,抑郁症模型组大鼠体重增加量降低、糖水消耗量减少,水平穿越格数、竖立次数均明显降低,处于抑郁状态;各组之间ERK1/2的表达没有显著性差异。与正常对照组相比,抑郁症模型组大鼠海马p-ERK1/2表达明显下降,差异有显著性。与抑郁症模型组相比,阳性对照组和异常黑胆质成熟剂中、高剂(浓度为3.0、6.0g/kg)量组大鼠体重增加量上升、糖水消耗量升高,水平穿越格数、竖立次数均明显增加;与抑郁症模型组相比,阳性对照组、异常黑胆质成熟剂中剂(浓度为3.0 g/kg)量组海马组织p-ERK1/2表达量明显升高,差异有显著性。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂可能是通过调节ERK信号通路来发挥抗抑郁作用。 展开更多

Development of Weed Management Strategies for Cashew Cultivation in Ghana

Three field trials, one for establishment and two for mature phases respectively, were conducted to develop weed management strategies for cashew cultivation in Ghana. The treatments for the establishment phase consisted of hoe weeding of whole plot, hoe weeding of cashew lines and slashing of inter-rows, herbicide application with glyphosate of whole plot or cashew lines with slashing of inter-rows, relay cropping of the cashew plot with sorghum and a legume and intercropping with a legume. In one trial of the mature phase, the treatments were hoe weeding of whole plot two or three times a year, high slashing of whole plot three times a year, herbicide application (glyphosate) of whole plot and ring application of herbicide (glyphosate) plus high slashing of inter-rows twice a year. In the other trial, which was carried out on farmers' fields, glyphosate (Roundup) at 2.0 l/ha was tested against manual slashing. In the study of the establishment phase, neither the girth nor height of the cashew seedlings was significantly affected by the treatments. The first year and four year cumulative cashew yields were significantly affected by treatments with the intercrops giving higher yields than the glyphosate-treated plots. Intercropping as a weed control measure was generally more costly than glyphosate application or manual weeding. In the mature trials, chemical weed control slightly improved cashew nut yield and was cheaper to apply. It is recommended to adopt chemical weed control in cashew cultivation in Ghana. 展开更多

Myocardial protection of immature rabbits with an ATP-sensitive K^+ channel opener pinacidil

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of pinacidil,an opener of ATP-sensitive K+ channels,in protecting the myocardium of immature rabbit hearts from ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods Rabbit hearts underwent 30 min of global normothermic ischemia followed by 30 min of reperfusion on the modified Langendorff apparatus.Fifty-two isolated hearts of 3 - 4 week-old immature rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly.During ischemia,3 different cardioplegic solutions were administered intermittently by infusion every 15 min(20-25 mi each time in all groups).Group 1:control group(n = 13);group 2:Krebs-Henseleit(K-H)solution with potassium(16 mmol/L)(n = 1:3);group 3:K-H solution with potassium(16 mmol/L)and pinacidil(50 μmol/L)(n = 13);group 4:K-H solution with potassium(16 mmol/L),pinacidil(50 μmol/L)and glibenclamide(10 μmol/L)(n = 13).The pre-ischemic and post-ischemic myocardial functions were assessed by the percentage recovery of the left ventricular developed pressure(LVDP);the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP);both the Positive peak and negative peaks of the first derivative of the left ventricular pressures(± dp/dtmax);coronary flow;the level of creatine kinase(CK),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)and aspartate transcarbamoylase(AST)in coronary sinus venous effluent;and by myocardial ultrastructural changes.Results Before myocardial ischemia,there were no significant differences among the four groups in any of the parameters mentioned above.Post-ischemic recovery of LVDP,LVEDP,± dp/dtmax,coronary flow,the level of CK,LDH and AST,and myocardial ultrastructural changes were better in group 3 than those in the three other groups.Conclusions As a new and effective composition,pinacidil can significantly improve myocardial protection from cardioplegia for immature rabbit hearts. 展开更多
