Exploration of the Role-Playing Model in Primary School Class Activities Under the Background of“Class Activity Month”

Education in the new era advocates taking students as the main body and improving students’core literacy on this basis.Subjectivity has also become one of the keys to quality education.Primary school is not only the initial stage of life,but also the key period to develop students’subjectivity.At present,there are many problems in class activities,such as the weak concept of taking students as the main body,the lack of subject consciousness among students,the flawed construction system of class activities,the unreasonable evaluation system of class activities,and so on.By establishing the role-playing model under the background of“class activity month,”students can play different roles in class activities and participate in various links,such as theme selection,scheme design,organization,implementation,summary,and evaluation of class activities.Through this process,it does not only improve the quality of class activities,but also cultivate students’subject consciousness and ability in a certain subject,thus highlighting their subject status in class activities.

小学低学段语文优质课堂师生互动特征研究--基于CLASS 课堂评价打分系统的分析

采用美国弗吉尼亚大学研究团队开发的课堂评价打分系统(CLASS),围绕情感支持、课堂组织、教学支持三个领域及下设的十个维度,对20节小学低学段语文优质课堂的师生互动状况进行深度观察,探索优质课堂环境下师生互动的整体水平及各维度之间的相互关系,并综合量化数据和质性分析得出研究结论。研究发现,小学低学段语文优质课堂在情感支持方面,能较好地激发教师的职业热情,并培养学生自主自立的精神与能力;在课堂组织方面,能以课堂实效为目标,创设高品质的教学活动;在教学支持方面,能营造安全的思维环境,促进师生深度互动。

Study of Swine Leukocyte Antigen Class I-3 (SLA-3) Gene for Inbreeding Wuzhishan Pig

To elucidate the structure of SLA-3 alleles on inbred line of Wuzhishan pig （WZSP） population, we examined the partial exon 1, completed exon 2, and partial exon 3 of SLA-3 loci using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR） and the sequencing-based method in 32 WZSPs. According to pedigree and amplification results, PCR products of 8 WZSPs were selected to clone and sequence. Nine different nucleotide sequences were obtained. After comparing the DNA and protein sequences of the WZSPs SLA-3 alleles with the published GenBank SLA sequences, it was found that the SLA-3 alleles in WZSPs were all novel, but there were very few variations among them. Comparision of SLA-3 and HLA-A protein sequences indicated that there was more sequence homology. Meanwhile, the construction of a phylogenetic tree using the nucleotide sequences of 23 SLA-3 alleles and 1 HLA-A allele represented that the WZSP population owns its unique genetics resource. In this study, the alleles of SLA-3 on WZSP group were successfully detected and analyzed, which provided the firm basis on the genotype of SLA-3 for breeding specific haplotypes WZSPs.

The Impact of Nature, The Teaching and Learning of Elementary Lessons in Students 9-11 Years Old (Case Study: Shiraz Elementary Schools)

In today’s world some changes have been occurred in human lifestyle,these changes,along with the advantages,have led to a series of disadvantages including their disconnection with the nature.One of the most important areas to re-establish the relationship is the school.The presence of nature at schools,and holding some classes in nature,in addition to meeting the special needs of children causes their separation from those small and boring classes as well as their interest in courses.This study aimed to investigate the role of nature in children’s learning.For this purpose,third,fourth and fifth grade classes of 3 schools were held outside the school environment and in the nature in 5 courses.The study is a combinational research and field,indirect observation and library data collection methods were applied,where in the indirect observation,two types of questionnaires were prepared related to the students and teachers and were randomly distributed among 580 students and 50 elementary school teachers.Test reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha and it was obtained to be 0.890.The results of this study indicate that the physical place as one of the factors in children’s learning has the maximum impact on teaching and learning of children.At the end of the study and by investigating the existing factors in the environment we understood that the expansion of the nature and natural light of it causes the students’interest in lessons in nature.

Relationship between Teachers’Leadership and Classroom Climate in Chinese and Japanese Elementary School

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between classroom climate and teachers’leadership through a comparison of Japanese and Chinese elementary school teachers.From this,exploring measures to improve the classroom climate.By creating a positive classroom climate,aiming to create a class that is free from bullying,school refusal,and school violence.184 elementary school teachers in China and Japan were randomly selected as study participants to investigate the relationship between teachers’leadership and classroom climate.As the data analysis results,fostering Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership is effective in creating a positive classroom climate.The results showed that Large Performance Behavior and Large Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership PM-type leads to an improvement in the classroom climate.

Vocabulary Learning Strategies in Class of Senior School

体育课不同累积中-大强度体力活动时间对初中生健康体适能及情绪状态影响的实验研究

以初一年级5个班级145名学生为研究对象,采用5×2×2的3因素实验设计,根据体育课不同累积中-大强度体力活动时间的实验实施方案,共进行8周实验干预。研究结果显示,体育课中累积MVPA时间增加有助于提高课堂运动负荷,且促进课堂运动负荷维持在较为稳定区间;体育课不同累积MVPA时间增加对身体成分和肌肉力量改善具有促进作用,60%累积MVPA运动时间对肌肉耐力改善显著好于对照班,50%以上累积MVPA运动时间显著改善心肺耐力,不同累积MVPA时间对柔韧度改善无显著性影响;体育课累积MVPA时间占课堂时间40%以上对学生情绪状态改善具有促进作用,其中,40%以上累积MVPA时间对学生疲劳情绪状态改善效果显著好于对照班学生,60%累积MVPA时间对女生精力情绪状态改善效果非常显著好于对照班女生。
