The Dilemma and Innovative Countermeasure of Student Archives Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Student archives in higher vocational colleges are the true records of students' learning and living conditions during their schooling,and are an important part of personnel archives in Higher Vocational colleges. Faced with the fierce competition in the socialenvironment, how can the management of students' archives in Higher Vocational Colleges adapt to the development of society is aproblem in Higher Vocational colleges. Therefore, the author conducts research and analysis on the predicament and innovativecountermeasures of student file management in higher vocational colleges. The results show that the student's archives level can beimproved by improving the archives awareness of the whole society, enriching the archives content, building the student filemanagement platform and developing the archives information resources, and better serving the graduates' employment work.

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media on college choice among undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.The study attempts to reveal how information on social media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat,and Zhihu influences the cognition and choice process of prospective students.By employing an online quantitative survey questionnaire,data were collected from the 2022 and 2023 classes of new students majoring in Big Data Management and Application at Guilin University of Electronic Technology.The aim was to evaluate the role of social media in their college choice process and understand the features and information that most attract prospective students.Social media has become a key factor influencing the college choice decision-making of undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.Students tend to obtain school information through social media platforms and use this information as an important reference in their decision-making process.Higher education institutions should strengthen their social media information dissemination,providing accurate,timely,and attractive information.It is also necessary to ensure effective management of social media platforms,maintain a positive reputation for the school on social media,and increase the interest and trust of prospective students.Simultaneously,educational decision-makers should consider incorporating social media analysis into their recruitment strategies to better attract new student enrollment.This study provides a new perspective for understanding higher education choice behavior in the digital age,particularly by revealing the importance of social media in the educational decision-making process.This has important practical and theoretical implications for higher education institutions,policymakers,and social media platform operators.

Team management in college English classroom teaching

With the rapid development and furthering of higher education, most Chinese colleges have carried out large-scale enrollment program, which is a necessary improvement toward higher education reform. From the perspective of archival science,the protection of ancient houses was studied.The similarities between the protection of ancient houses and the management of archives in terms of nature and workfl ow were explored theoretically.In daily life,ancient house protection and archives management complement each other.The protection of ancient houses must rely on archives.Moreover,archives will be generated in all aspects of specifi c protection work.Combined with the case analysis of the protection of ancient houses in Longyou County,Zhejiang Province,the close relationship between the two was further verified.On this basis,the current deficiencies in the protection of ancient dwellings in terms of staff,archive object,and archive collection were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
