The construction of early childhood curriculum resources serves as a vital vehicle and precondition for the implementation of collective teaching activities in kindergartens.However,traditional curriculum resources based on graphic language or the linguistic descriptions of early childhood educators often fail to provide children with an immersive experience during collective teaching activities,leading to a lack of initiative and interest in learning.This paper discusses the methods for building a kindergarten curriculum resource library and,based on this foundation,employs virtual reality technology for three-dimensional modeling of the library to enrich the curriculum resources in kindergartens.Furthermore,this paper proposes to train early childhood educators in virtual reality technology to enhance their abilities to operate and utilize virtual reality equipment,which can emphasize the children’s central role in the learning process,better achieve educational goals,and improve teaching outcomes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The prevalence of constipation in the Chinese population over 60 years of age is 11.5%, and this prevalence increases with age, which seriously affects the quality of life in older adults. Therefore, reducing the incidence of constipation in older adults is necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as biochemical health.AIM To explore the value of preoperative guidance and education to improve the effects of bowel cleaning in older adult patients undergoing colonoscopy.METHODS In this study, 160 older adult patients with constipation requiring colonoscopy at Shandong Provincial Hospital between January 2019 and March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 80patients in each group. The study group received medication guidance and targeted educational guidance before the operation, while the control group received only medication and dietary guidance. The baseline data, colonoscopy duration, bowel preparation compliance, Boston bowel preparation(BBPS)assessment score, intestinal bubble score, the incidence of adverse reactions during bowel preparation, and nursing appointment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The colonoscopy duration times and intestinal bubble scores of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences. The BBPS scores for the right, left, and interrupted colon in the study group were also higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Additionally, the study group had a higher rate of liquid diet one day before the examination, higher rate of correct bowel-clearing agent dilution method, higher rate of accurate time of ingesting the bowel-clearing agent, and a higher proportion of patients ingesting bowelclearing agent at the specified time than the control group, with statistically significant differences.The incidence of nausea and vomiting during bowel clearance in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The incidence of abdominal pain, abdominal distension,dizziness, and fatigue was compared between the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant. The scores of service attitude, detailed notification of dietary precautions, clear and easy-to-understand health educational content, and receiving care and comfort in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.CONCLUSION Preoperative special guidance and education were shown to significantly improve bowel clearance and compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in older adult patients with constipation undergoing colonoscopy. These factors are beneficial for improving patient satisfaction with nursing services. 展开更多

The delivery of targeted family education guidance services is essential for establishing a three-in-one education model that encompasses families,schools,and communities.It is also the key to creating a favorable educational environment that promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of individual students.To gain a comprehensive understanding of family education characteristics and trends in Chinese counties,accurately tap into the educational needs of parents,and effectively identify strengths and weaknesses in family education guidance services,this paper employed a quantitative research method based on a questionnaire survey and interview data from J district of C city after years of continuous monitoring of the quality of family education in the area,aiming to explore these issues and put forward several suggestions for improvement.The results indicate that the family learning environment and atmosphere in the district are generally favorable,while parental educational competence requires further improvement.Parents express a strong desire for interactive,systematic,and fragmented family education guidance from schools.Most parents acknowledge the significance of receiving guidance on family education,yet they are disinclined to actively engage in learning-related activities.While the operational mechanisms of county-level family education guidance services have been continuously improved,there is a need for greater overall coordination.Furthermore,the potential of school-led family education guidance services has yet to be fully tapped,and the scientific and professional standards of such guidance need to be further enhanced.Based on the aforementioned findings,we propose recommendations for improvement.Using J district’s effective improvement practices in management,curriculum,and teams as an example,we intend to explore practical ways to promote county-level family education guidance services and provide a valuable reference for the establishment of a comprehensive and effective system to improve such services. 展开更多

Environmental education is an effective approach to addressing environmental issues,and incorporating environmental education into kindergarten through gamified activities aligns with the concept of gamifying teaching and provides the optimal pathway for implementing environmental education.The purpose of this study is to investigate the specific processes involved in determining the objectives,themes,and content of gamified environmental education activities,as well as the organization,implementation,and evaluation of these activities in kindergarten settings.Five classes from Class G in Xining City Kindergarten were selected as the observational subjects for this study.Interviews were conducted with the teaching staff and the head of the kindergarten.The data obtained from observations and interviews served as the primary data for this research.The results indicate that the activity objectives formulated by teachers lack scientific basis and operability,with limited incorporation of gaming elements.The activity themes and content are narrow in scope and primarily determined by teachers and kindergarten administrators.The organization and implementation of activities often neglect the playful experiences of children,and activity evaluation is not given sufficient attention. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the influence of applying educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:Sixty patients discharged after THA were randomly divided into two groups.Traditional methods,such as distributing manuals of rehabilitation guidance on THA and phone call follow-ups,were adopted in the control group,whereas educational animated film was used as continuous rehabilitation guidance after discharge in the experimental group.Differences in recovery of hip joint function,accuracy of functional exercise,mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had superior performance on all indicators compared to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The use of educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance in patients after THA achieved better effects than traditional education methods. 展开更多

Language communication is the key of the ideological- political education. By using the field investigation method and grounded theory approach, the study analyzes the current situation and main reasons. Discourse differences in ideological-political education of universities are revealing " significance crisis ", acceptance obstacles and channel retardation. One reason is the necessary vitality in the content of discourses between the system and the real world during the ideological-political education. The second reason is because of lacking effective interaction in discourse. The third reason is the lack of the systematic intercourse and the fusion value between the discourse-communicating channel and the message delivery of the audience expeetations. They are related with the kind of preschool education that the child attends, with the area where the child lives, with the education level of the parents, with the way how the learning process is realized in the kindergarten. Five hundred (500) first graders of the city of Durres are chosen. Parents and teachers will be part of the study only after taking the consent from RIE (Regional Institute of Education). The completed surveys from the parents will create us an idea of the situation how they experience this and what their expectations regarding their children are. Surveillance will be another important method that will be used to give the conclusion of this study. Children will be watched during spontaneous and one-hour made situations. Statistical data from the two groups of children and parents tests will help us prove how visible the positive effects of attending the preschool education on the performance children show during first grade are. At the end of the study, it will be asked to prove that the attendance of preschool education in specialized institutions has positive effects on the development children show in the first grade in the two targets which we have chosen to study. 展开更多

Kindergarten Teacher’s Knowledge of Enterobiasis in Korea

Previous reports have suggested that the environment of day care centres is a crucial factor in the development of enterobiasis. There is a lack of data regarding a teacher’s knowledge about enterobiasis although kindergarten teachers have the greatest influence on a child’s habits because the child spends a lot of time with them and because they manage the child’s physical environment. The focus of the present study was to evaluate the kindergarten teacher’s level of knowledge regarding enterobiasis. The cross-sectional survey is with 287 kindergarten teachers from 36 kindergartens in Korea. The level of knowledge regarding Enterobius vermicularis infection was measured using questionnaires. The percentage of correct answers to questions testing knowledge of enterobiasis ranged from 23.7 percent to 99.3 percent. The average score for the section on knowledge of enterobiasis was 7.85 (possible range: 0-12). The question “enterobiasis occurs through contaminated water” had the least correct answer rate (23.7%). The findings of this study suggest the need for increasing the kindergarten teacher’s knowledge regarding enterobiasis. Educational programs for kindergarten teachers will have a long-term impact on the prevalence of this infection. 展开更多

评估虽然被视作促进教育质量的重要手段,但其高利害性使它可能产生诸多消极影响。基于人类学视角,对评估的关键要素进行反思,可以使我们深刻地认识到,为实现以评促建的目的我们需要做出评估改革。以幼儿园保教质量评估为例,从人类学的... 评估虽然被视作促进教育质量的重要手段,但其高利害性使它可能产生诸多消极影响。基于人类学视角,对评估的关键要素进行反思,可以使我们深刻地认识到,为实现以评促建的目的我们需要做出评估改革。以幼儿园保教质量评估为例,从人类学的整体视角来看,评估不应仅针对单个的幼儿园进行,真正的评估对象应是地方教育生态环境中的幼儿园。从人类学的差异视角来看,更好的评估方法应是各方共商评估方案,而不是以研制统一的评估标准为核心。从人类学的他者视角来看,更有价值的评估结果运用方式是听取和尊重幼儿园对其评估结果的解释,使评估结果成为帮助幼儿园深度认识自己的材料与工具,而不是基于评估结果给幼儿园定级或是要求幼儿园马上对照评估要点限期整改。在人类学视角的观照下,评估应首先对拥有管理权和奖惩权的评估主体提要求。评估主体建立并始终坚持关怀的基本原则,了解并满足评估对象的真实发展需要,促使评估对象实现有益于国家与社会的发展,才是评估真正的价值之所在。 展开更多
