Therefore, reduci...BACKGROUND The prevalence of constipation in the Chinese population over 60 years of age is 11.5%, and this prevalence increases with age, which seriously affects the quality of life in older adults. Therefore, reducing the incidence of constipation in older adults is necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as biochemical health.AIM To explore the value of preoperative guidance and education to improve the effects of bowel cleaning in older adult patients undergoing colonoscopy.METHODS In this study, 160 older adult patients with constipation requiring colonoscopy at Shandong Provincial Hospital between January 2019 and March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 80patients in each group. The study group received medication guidance and targeted educational guidance before the operation, while the control group received only medication and dietary guidance. The baseline data, colonoscopy duration, bowel preparation compliance, Boston bowel preparation(BBPS)assessment score, intestinal bubble score, the incidence of adverse reactions during bowel preparation, and nursing appointment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The colonoscopy duration times and intestinal bubble scores of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences. The BBPS scores for the right, left, and interrupted colon in the study group were also higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Additionally, the study group had a higher rate of liquid diet one day before the examination, higher rate of correct bowel-clearing agent dilution method, higher rate of accurate time of ingesting the bowel-clearing agent, and a higher proportion of patients ingesting bowelclearing agent at the specified time than the control group, with statistically significant differences.The incidence of nausea and vomiting during bowel clearance in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The incidence of abdominal pain, abdominal distension,dizziness, and fatigue was compared between the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant. The scores of service attitude, detailed notification of dietary precautions, clear and easy-to-understand health educational content, and receiving care and comfort in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.CONCLUSION Preoperative special guidance and education were shown to significantly improve bowel clearance and compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in older adult patients with constipation undergoing colonoscopy. These factors are beneficial for improving patient satisfaction with nursing services.展开更多
The delivery of targeted family education guidance services is essential for establishing a three-in-one education model that encompasses families,schools,and communities.It is also the key to creating a favorable edu...The delivery of targeted family education guidance services is essential for establishing a three-in-one education model that encompasses families,schools,and communities.It is also the key to creating a favorable educational environment that promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of individual students.To gain a comprehensive understanding of family education characteristics and trends in Chinese counties,accurately tap into the educational needs of parents,and effectively identify strengths and weaknesses in family education guidance services,this paper employed a quantitative research method based on a questionnaire survey and interview data from J district of C city after years of continuous monitoring of the quality of family education in the area,aiming to explore these issues and put forward several suggestions for improvement.The results indicate that the family learning environment and atmosphere in the district are generally favorable,while parental educational competence requires further improvement.Parents express a strong desire for interactive,systematic,and fragmented family education guidance from schools.Most parents acknowledge the significance of receiving guidance on family education,yet they are disinclined to actively engage in learning-related activities.While the operational mechanisms of county-level family education guidance services have been continuously improved,there is a need for greater overall coordination.Furthermore,the potential of school-led family education guidance services has yet to be fully tapped,and the scientific and professional standards of such guidance need to be further enhanced.Based on the aforementioned findings,we propose recommendations for improvement.Using J district’s effective improvement practices in management,curriculum,and teams as an example,we intend to explore practical ways to promote county-level family education guidance services and provide a valuable reference for the establishment of a comprehensive and effective system to improve such services.展开更多

Environmental education is an effective approach to addressing environmental issues,and incorporating environmental education into kindergarten through gamified activities aligns with the concept of gamifying teaching...Environmental education is an effective approach to addressing environmental issues,and incorporating environmental education into kindergarten through gamified activities aligns with the concept of gamifying teaching and provides the optimal pathway for implementing environmental education.The purpose of this study is to investigate the specific processes involved in determining the objectives,themes,and content of gamified environmental education activities,as well as the organization,implementation,and evaluation of these activities in kindergarten settings.Five classes from Class G in Xining City Kindergarten were selected as the observational subjects for this study.Interviews were conducted with the teaching staff and the head of the kindergarten.The data obtained from observations and interviews served as the primary data for this research.The results indicate that the activity objectives formulated by teachers lack scientific basis and operability,with limited incorporation of gaming elements.The activity themes and content are narrow in scope and primarily determined by teachers and kindergarten administrators.The organization and implementation of activities often neglect the playful experiences of children,and activity evaluation is not given sufficient attention.展开更多

Objective:To explore the influence of applying educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:Sixty patients discharged after ...Objective:To explore the influence of applying educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:Sixty patients discharged after THA were randomly divided into two groups.Traditional methods,such as distributing manuals of rehabilitation guidance on THA and phone call follow-ups,were adopted in the control group,whereas educational animated film was used as continuous rehabilitation guidance after discharge in the experimental group.Differences in recovery of hip joint function,accuracy of functional exercise,mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had superior performance on all indicators compared to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The use of educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance in patients after THA achieved better effects than traditional education methods.展开更多

The second reason is because of lacking effective interaction in discourse. They are related with the kind of preschool education that the child attends, with the area where the child lives, with the education level of the parents, with the way how the learning process is realized in the kindergarten. Five hundred (500) first graders of the city of Durres are chosen. Parents and teachers will be part of the study only after taking the consent from RIE (Regional Institute of Education). The completed surveys from the parents will create us an idea of the situation how they experience this and what their expectations regarding their children are. Surveillance will be another important method that will be used to give the conclusion of this study. Children will be watched during spontaneous and one-hour made situations. Statistical data from the two groups of children and parents tests will help us prove how visible the positive effects of attending the preschool education on the performance children show during first grade are. At the end of the study, it will be asked to prove that the attendance of preschool education in specialized institutions has positive effects on the development children show in the first grade in the two targets which we have chosen to study.展开更多

Based on these findings, educational research is definitely beneficial and significant for educational practice In the future, more extensive researches should be constantly be conducted. There is a lack of data regarding a teacher’s knowledge about enterobiasis although kindergarten teachers have the greatest influence on a child’s habits because the child spends a lot of time with them and because they manage the child’s physical environment. The focus of the present study was to evaluate the kindergarten teacher’s level of knowledge regarding enterobiasis. The cross-sectional survey is with 287 kindergarten teachers from 36 kindergartens in Korea. The level of knowledge regarding Enterobius vermicularis infection was measured using questionnaires. The percentage of correct answers to questions testing knowledge of enterobiasis ranged from 23.7 percent to 99.3 percent. The average score for the section on knowledge of enterobiasis was 7.85 (possible range: 0-12). The question “enterobiasis occurs through contaminated water” had the least correct answer rate (23.7%). The findings of this study suggest the need for increasing the kindergarten teacher’s knowledge regarding enterobiasis. Educational programs for kindergarten teachers will have a long-term impact on the prevalence of this infection.展开更多

文摘This paper mainly describes how to build a trust relationship in kindergarten and why trust is so important for children’s education.As the relationship between teachers and parents is becoming more and more tense,the relationship between teachers and teachers is becoming more and more independent(Tschannen-Moran,2014)[57].The trust relationship has a profound impact on children’s academic and social achievement(Bryk and Schneider,2002)[5].Therefore,the establishment of the trust relationship is of vital importance in kindergartens.The whole article can be divided into three parts:what,why and how.What is trust first,mentioned a few scholars understanding of trust and understanding?The second part is why trust is important in kindergartens and the factors influencing trust are mentioned.The third part is the focus of this paper,how to do to build trust in kindergarten.This paper mentions five solutions,including hiring good leaders;advance step by step according to the order of establishing trust relationship;building a culture of trust in schools;building trust between parents and teachers,teachers and students,and teachers and teachers;using the teaching method adopts the child-centered teaching mode.
文摘Canada is one of the countries with the most developed bilingual education in the world,while China starts bilingual education late.Such program greatly takes the advantage of critical period hypothesis and reveals its effectiveness.Learning from the advanced experience from Canada,this study investigated problems of bilingual education in Chinese kindergartens and offered suggestions correspondingly.Only when there are qualified and professional preschool teachers,suitable teaching materials,specific teaching objectives and methods,cooperation between parents and teachers,can the bilingual immersion education in Chinese kindergartens be fully developed.
文摘The discontinuous educational thoughts of Bollnow have provided a new perspective for our exploring the growth of Kindergarten teachers and We can rethink the drawbacks of linear development and static thinking with it. Kindergarten teachers' growth is the unity of continuity and discontinuity. "Crisis", "encounter", "awaking" and "exhortation" all can break off the continuity of professional growth of kindergarten teachers, put kindergarten teachers' growth into the stage of discontinuity, promote the kindergarten teachers to make a positive self adjustment in shocks, and open up a new stage for kindergarten teachers' growth. In order to promote kindergarten teachers' active self adjustment in shock, and impel kindergarten teachers to step out oftheir"comfort zone", preschool teachers should try their best to overcome the tendency of"comfort zone" and strengthen the spirit of reflection. The kindergarten should create a rich and colorful cultural environment, and establish a cooperative research community for kindergarten teachers.

文摘Objective:To explore the influence of applying educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:Sixty patients discharged after THA were randomly divided into two groups.Traditional methods,such as distributing manuals of rehabilitation guidance on THA and phone call follow-ups,were adopted in the control group,whereas educational animated film was used as continuous rehabilitation guidance after discharge in the experimental group.Differences in recovery of hip joint function,accuracy of functional exercise,mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group had superior performance on all indicators compared to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The use of educational animated film as continuous post-discharge rehabilitation guidance in patients after THA achieved better effects than traditional education methods.
文摘Language communication is the key of the ideological- political education. By using the field investigation method and grounded theory approach, the study analyzes the current situation and main reasons. Discourse differences in ideological-political education of universities are revealing " significance crisis ", acceptance obstacles and channel retardation. One reason is the necessary vitality in the content of discourses between the system and the real world during the ideological-political education. The second reason is because of lacking effective interaction in discourse. The third reason is the lack of the systematic intercourse and the fusion value between the discourse-communicating channel and the message delivery of the audience expeetations. The results show that it is vital to achieve an organic unity between the academic discourse and the practical words in the ideological-poEtical education.
文摘The purpose of this study is to highlight the positive effects that the attendance of preschool education has on the soclanzauon and on the learning level of children. They are related with the kind of preschool education that the child attends, with the area where the child lives, with the education level of the parents, with the way how the learning process is realized in the kindergarten. Five hundred (500) first graders of the city of Durres are chosen. Parents and teachers will be part of the study only after taking the consent from RIE (Regional Institute of Education). The completed surveys from the parents will create us an idea of the situation how they experience this and what their expectations regarding their children are. Surveillance will be another important method that will be used to give the conclusion of this study. Children will be watched during spontaneous and one-hour made situations. Statistical data from the two groups of children and parents tests will help us prove how visible the positive effects of attending the preschool education on the performance children show during first grade are. At the end of the study, it will be asked to prove that the attendance of preschool education in specialized institutions has positive effects on the development children show in the first grade in the two targets which we have chosen to study.
文摘The intent of this article is to examine educational research not only plays a vital role in, but also makes a positive contribution to educational practice. By means of research of secondary source collection, relevant evidence is selected, evaluated and organized into three key areas:guidance and methodology to educators, improved quality of teaching and learning and the evolution of education. In order to explain those three benefits obtained from the educational research, examples based on ESL researches and experts' opinions are used. The research results strongly show that educational research is valuable in providing guidance and methodology to educators, improving quality of teaching and learning and promoting the evolution of education. Based on these findings, educational research is definitely beneficial and significant for educational practice In the future, more extensive researches should be constantly be conducted. Besides, educators should evaluate researches in order to realize a desirable teaching effect.
文摘Previous reports have suggested that the environment of day care centres is a crucial factor in the development of enterobiasis. There is a lack of data regarding a teacher’s knowledge about enterobiasis although kindergarten teachers have the greatest influence on a child’s habits because the child spends a lot of time with them and because they manage the child’s physical environment. The focus of the present study was to evaluate the kindergarten teacher’s level of knowledge regarding enterobiasis. The cross-sectional survey is with 287 kindergarten teachers from 36 kindergartens in Korea. The level of knowledge regarding Enterobius vermicularis infection was measured using questionnaires. The percentage of correct answers to questions testing knowledge of enterobiasis ranged from 23.7 percent to 99.3 percent. The average score for the section on knowledge of enterobiasis was 7.85 (possible range: 0-12). The question “enterobiasis occurs through contaminated water” had the least correct answer rate (23.7%). The findings of this study suggest the need for increasing the kindergarten teacher’s knowledge regarding enterobiasis. Educational programs for kindergarten teachers will have a long-term impact on the prevalence of this infection.
