White matter,a densely packed collection of myelinated axons,plays an essential part in neural networks.With high spatial resolution and deep penetration,multi-photon microscopy(MPM)is promising for white matter imaging in animal models in vivo.The third harmonic generation(THG)signal can be generated from white matter,but the bottom part of the white matter layer generates weak THG due to its high scattering.Here,we demonstrate an in vivo labeling and imaging technology,capable of visualizing the white matter layer in the mouse brain,combining°uorescence labeling with MitoTracker Red and three-photon°uorescence(3PF)microscopy excited at the 1700 nm window.3PF signals are several times higher than THG signals,resulting in deeper imaging of the white matter layer with the former.Our results indicate that 3PF microscopy is a promising technology for white matter imaging in the deep brain in vivo. 展开更多

Almost all the studies both domestic and international using white rot fungus for dye wastewater treatment are performed under sterile conditions. However, it is obviously unpractical that wastewater with dyes is treated under sterile conditions. A feasible study was made for using white rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium to degrade reactive brilliant red K-2BP dye under non-sterile conditions. The results showed that there was no decolorizing effect under non-sterile condition if white rot fungus was incubated under non-sterile condition, and the decolorization was always near to 0% during decolorizing test for 3 d; in the meantime, a lot of yeast funguses were found in liquid medium when white rot fungus was incubated under non-sterile conditions; however, if white rot fungus was incubated under sterile condition firstly, its decolorization was above 90% under non-sterile condition, which was similar to that of sterile condition. So we point out that the treating process for wastewater with dyes should be divided into two stages. The first stage is that white rot fungus should be incubated under sterile conditions, and the second stage is that reactive brilliant red K-2BP is decolorized under non-sterile conditions. The method not only save the operation cost which decolorizing reactive brilliant red K-2BP under sterile condition, but also provide the feasibility for using white rot fungus to degrade wastewater with dyes under non-sterile conditions. 展开更多

[Result] The control effect of 25% abamectin · etoxazole SC sprayed at the dose of25-31. 25 mg a. i./kg on red spider was over 82. 0% at 21 d post spraying,higher than that of 110 g/L etoxazole SC sprayed at the dose of 27. 5 mg a. i./kg and1. 8% abamectin EC sprayed at the dose of 9 mg a. i./kg. Rose is one of the farming products that used as an accessory plantation, which is also known to contain vitamin C and anthocyanins which can be used as an antioxidant. The purpose of this study is to identify the colour effect of flower through the quality effervescent tablet, to know the interaction between the flower colour and the sugar type through the quality effervescent rose tablet. This study was done with two steps. Step I was divided into 2 levels of examinations using simple random: Rose colouring, M1 (dark red) and M2 (pink), while step II consisted of three levels of examinations, those were G 1 (sucrose), G2 (dextrose), and G3 (sorbitol). The result showed that the dark red colour has a better extract pigment quality, the level of the light color (L) was 77.3 and the redness level (b+) was 25.033. The best rose effervescent tablet was produced by the combination of M 1 G3 (dark red: corn sugar/sorbitol), that has 8.179% of water content; the solute velocity was 0.029 g/sec; the lightness level (L) was 84.133, the redness level (a+) was 18.3. The product of the rose effervescent drinks has a value of 6.46 pH; viscosities 342.867 cps and total of sugar 52.150%. 展开更多

急性脑梗死静脉溶栓患者的CRP、NLR和LER动态变化及其对预后的预测价值

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)静脉溶栓患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞比值(NLR)及白细胞和红细胞计数比值(LER)的动态变化及其对患者预后的预测价值。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院2020年2月至2023年2月急诊就诊的ACI且在院进行... 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)静脉溶栓患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞比值(NLR)及白细胞和红细胞计数比值(LER)的动态变化及其对患者预后的预测价值。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院2020年2月至2023年2月急诊就诊的ACI且在院进行静脉溶栓治疗的126例患者。根据发病后90 d改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)将所有患者分为预后良好组(94例)及预后不良组(32例)。比较两组溶栓前、溶栓后1 d、溶栓后7 d的CRP、NLR、LER的变化情况及发病90 d的mRS评分。采用Cox回归分析影响ACI静脉溶栓患者预后的相关因素。采用Spearman相关性分析CRP、NLR、LER水平与ACI静脉溶栓患者mRS评分的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析溶栓后1 d及7 d的CRP、NLR、LER的变化情况对ACI静脉溶栓患者预后的预测价值。结果重复测量方差分析显示,两组CRP、NLR、LER在时间效应、组间效应及交互效应均有统计学意义(P<0.05);简单效应分析,预后良好组患者溶栓后1 d及7 d的CRP、NLR、LER水平低于预后不良组(P<0.05)。预后良好组发病90 d的mRS评分分布优于预后不良组(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析结果显示溶栓后1 d及7 d的CRP、NLR、LER水平均是ACI静脉溶栓患者预后的相关影响因素。Spearman相关性分析示,溶栓后1 d及7 d的CRP、NLR、LER水平与ACI静脉溶栓患者发病90 d的mRS评分呈正相关(r=0.405、0.481、0.518、0.680、0.530、0.504,P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示溶栓后7 d的CRP、NLR、LER及三者联合的曲线下面积(AUC)均大于溶栓后1 d的各项对应指标及联合指标的AUC,溶栓后7 d各项指标联合预测ACI静脉溶栓患者预后的AUC最大,为0.856。结论ACI静脉溶栓患者的CRP、NLR、LER随患者病情改善呈逐渐下降趋势,且与患者的预后相关,3种指标联合检测对ACI静脉溶栓患者预后的预测价值更高。 展开更多

【目的】第四纪加积型网纹红土发育具有独特的网纹结构,在长江中下游地区分布较为广泛,是对第四纪环境变化的记录和响应。以往对网纹理化性质关注较多,但对网纹形态特征研究较少,结合理化性质去全面分析网纹特征有利于更为深刻地认识其... 【目的】第四纪加积型网纹红土发育具有独特的网纹结构,在长江中下游地区分布较为广泛,是对第四纪环境变化的记录和响应。以往对网纹理化性质关注较多,但对网纹形态特征研究较少,结合理化性质去全面分析网纹特征有利于更为深刻地认识其环境意义。【方法】根据对江西九江网纹红土剖面的网纹形态和理化性质的分析,在理解理化性质可能对形态的影响和网纹化机制的基础上着重讨论了网纹形态特征的环境意义。【结果与结论】(1)该剖面的网纹形态具有较为系统的变化特征,剖面上部的网纹相对较细小,而下部的网纹则相对较粗大;(2)从风化指标ba等和网纹形态指标的对应程度来看,总体上网纹形态与气候由暖湿到冷干的变化趋势具有一定对应性,但网纹形态对气候指示意义具有一定的局限性。 展开更多
