We accomplish this by re-imagining the concept of equality as a fundamental abstraction for relation. We discover that the concept of equality = limits the sensitivity of our mathematics to abstract relationships. We propose a new relation principle that does not rely on the concept of equality but is consistent with existing mathematical abstractions. In essence, this paper proposes a conceptual framework for general interaction and argues that this framework is also an abstraction that satisfies the definition of Intelligence. Hence, we define intelligence as a formalization of generality, represented by the abstraction ∆∞Ο, where each symbol represents the concepts infinitesimal, infinite, and finite respectively. In essence, this paper proposes a General Language Model (GLM), where the abstraction ∆∞Ο represents the foundational relationship of the model. Based on Joseph Schumpeter’s theory of“creative destruction,”we constructed a multi-sectoral endogenous growth model that integrates the agriculture,manufacturing,and service sectors.Employing numerical simulation,...Based on Joseph Schumpeter’s theory of“creative destruction,”we constructed a multi-sectoral endogenous growth model that integrates the agriculture,manufacturing,and service sectors.Employing numerical simulation,we investigated the dynamic influence of technological innovation on the industrial structural transformation in two key aspects:the level of innovation and the research and development(R&D)efficiency within industries.Our findings indicate that technological innovation plays a pivotal role in advancing industrial structural transformation.Enhancements in both the level of innovation and R&D efficiency within industries are instrumental in fostering industrial structural transformation.Specifically,the enhancements in the level of innovation or R&D efficiency within the agricultural sector hasten its transition toward the manufacturing sector,while such enhancement within the manufacturing sector expedites its transition toward the service sector.However,such enhancements within the service sector tend to decelerate the transition from manufacturing to service.In light of this,it is essential to harness technological innovation to enhance the level of innovation and R&D efficiency in industries to facilitate the transition of traditional industries into high-value-added and emerging ones.Meanwhile,tailored technological innovation strategies should be implemented to boost a balanced industrial structural transformation within industries.展开更多
An energy model for the structure transformation of pile-ups of grain boundary dislocations(GBD)at the triple-junction of the grain boundary of ultrafine-grain materials was proposed.The energy of the pile-up of the G...An energy model for the structure transformation of pile-ups of grain boundary dislocations(GBD)at the triple-junction of the grain boundary of ultrafine-grain materials was proposed.The energy of the pile-up of the GBD in the system was calculated by the energy model,the critical geometric and mechanical conditions for the structure transformation of head dislocation of the pile-up were analyzed,and the influence of the number density of the dislocations and the angle between Burgers vectors of two decomposed dislocations on the transformation mode of head dislocation was discussed.The results show when the GBD is accumulated at triple junction,the head dislocation of the GBD is decomposed into two Burgers vectors of these dislocations unless the angle between the two vectors is less than 90°,and the increase of applied external stress can reduce the energy barrier of the dislocation decomposition.The mechanism that the ultrafine-grained metal material has both high strength and plasticity owing to the structure transformation of the pile-up of the GBD at the triple junction of the grain boundary is revealed.展开更多
Purpose:The collaboration relationships between innovation actors at a geographic level may be considered as grouping two separate layers,the domestic and the foreign.At the level of each layer,the relationships and t...Purpose:The collaboration relationships between innovation actors at a geographic level may be considered as grouping two separate layers,the domestic and the foreign.At the level of each layer,the relationships and the actors involved constitute a Triple Helix game.The paper distinguished three levels of analysis:the global grouping together all actors,the domestic grouping together domestic actors,and the foreign related to only actors from partner countries.Design/methodology/approach:Bibliographic records data from the Web of Science for South Korea and West Africa breakdown per innovation actors and distinguishing domestic and international collaboration are analyzed with game theory.The core,the Shapley value,and the nucleolus are computed at the three levels to measure the synergy between actors.Findings:The synergy operates more in South Korea than in West Africa;the government is more present in West Africa than in South Korea;domestic actors create more synergy in South Korea,but foreign more in West Africa;South Korea can consume all the foreign synergy,which is not the case of West Africa.Research limitations:Research data are limited to publication records;techniques and methods used may be extended to other research outputs.Practical implications:West African governments should increase their investment in science,technology,and innovation to benefit more from the synergy their innovation actors contributed at the foreign level.However,the results of the current study may not be sufficient to prove that greater investment will yield benefits from foreign synergies.Originality/value:This paper uses game theory to assess innovation systems by computing the contribution of foreign actors to knowledge production at an area level.It proposes an indicator to this end.展开更多

In the triple-transfomaing gel system, a gel (gel A) could be formed by β-CD, DPA and LiCl in DMAC at room temperature based on stirring, then the gel could transform into a clear solution based on heating, and then the other gel (gel B) can be formed at a relatively high temperature (Tget, the gelation temperature by heating). The two gel states in the triple-transforming gel system have different microstructures. This gel system was characterized by OM, SEM, IR and theology.展开更多

Based on this theory, I develop an Algorithm-Error (A-E) equation of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain, which not only gives a more flexible algorithm of potential field transformations, but also reveals the law of error of potential field transformations in the wavenumber domain. The DFT0η η(0.5, 0.5) reduction-to-pole (RTP) technique derived from the A-E equation significantly improves the resolution and accuracy of RTP anomalies at low magnetic latitudes, including the magnetic equator. The law (origin, form mechanism, and essential properties) of the edge oscillation revealed by the A-E equation points out theoretically a way of improving the effect of existing padding methods in high-pass transformations in the wavenumber domain.展开更多

Due to the complex structure of the transformer, the use of single information for condition-based maintenance (CBM) has certain limitations, with the help of advanced sensor monitoring and information fusion technology, multi-source information is applied to the prognostic and health management (PHM) of power transformer, which is an important way to realize the CBM of power transformer. This paper presents a method which combine deep belief network classifier (DBNC) and D-S evidence theory, and it is applied to the PHM of the large power transformer. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high correct rate of fault diagnosis for the power transformer with a large number of multi-source data.展开更多
To elucidate feasible routes of producing CO from CH 3 and unravel the eff ect of adsorbed O on CH x transformation, the reactivity of CH x ( x = 1-3) with and without the assistance of adsorbed atomic O on Ni(111) wa...To elucidate feasible routes of producing CO from CH 3 and unravel the eff ect of adsorbed O on CH x transformation, the reactivity of CH x ( x = 1-3) with and without the assistance of adsorbed atomic O on Ni(111) was explored using density functional theory calculations. The adsorption energies of CH x ( x = 0-3) were found to be signifi cantly reduced on an O-preadsorbed Ni(111) surface compared to a pure surface. Furthermore, O-assisted one-step dehydrogenation of CH x ( x = 1-3) features energy barriers and thus is diffi cult to proceed. In terms of energy, the direct dissociation of CH 3 is favorable, except for the last CH dehydrogenation, which is energy intensive. Interestingly, in O-assisted two-step CH transformation to CO via CHO intermediate, the barrier is dramatically lowered. The successive dehydrogenations of CH x O ( x = 1-3) were also found to be a route for CO formation. Finally, two possible pathways from CH 3 to CO are proposed:(a) CH 3 → CH 2 → CH → CHO → CO;(b) CH 3 → CH 3 O → CH 2 O → CHO → CO.展开更多

The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.Th...The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance.展开更多

The DFT0η η(0.5, 0.5) reduction-to-pole (RTP) technique derived from the A-E equation significantly improves the resolution and accuracy of RTP anomalies at low magnetic latitudes, including the magnetic equator. The law (origin, form mechanism, and essential properties) of the edge oscillation revealed by the A-E equation points out theoretically a way of improving the effect of existing padding methods in high-pass transformations in the wavenumber domain.
文摘Power transformer is a core equipment of power system, which undertakes the important functions of power transmission and transformation, and its safe and stable operation has great significance to the normal operation of the whole power system. Due to the complex structure of the transformer, the use of single information for condition-based maintenance (CBM) has certain limitations, with the help of advanced sensor monitoring and information fusion technology, multi-source information is applied to the prognostic and health management (PHM) of power transformer, which is an important way to realize the CBM of power transformer. This paper presents a method which combine deep belief network classifier (DBNC) and D-S evidence theory, and it is applied to the PHM of the large power transformer. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high correct rate of fault diagnosis for the power transformer with a large number of multi-source data.
文摘To elucidate feasible routes of producing CO from CH 3 and unravel the eff ect of adsorbed O on CH x transformation, the reactivity of CH x ( x = 1-3) with and without the assistance of adsorbed atomic O on Ni(111) was explored using density functional theory calculations. The adsorption energies of CH x ( x = 0-3) were found to be signifi cantly reduced on an O-preadsorbed Ni(111) surface compared to a pure surface. Furthermore, O-assisted one-step dehydrogenation of CH x ( x = 1-3) features energy barriers and thus is diffi cult to proceed. In terms of energy, the direct dissociation of CH 3 is favorable, except for the last CH dehydrogenation, which is energy intensive. Interestingly, in O-assisted two-step CH transformation to CO via CHO intermediate, the barrier is dramatically lowered. The successive dehydrogenations of CH x O ( x = 1-3) were also found to be a route for CO formation. Finally, two possible pathways from CH 3 to CO are proposed:(a) CH 3 → CH 2 → CH → CHO → CO;(b) CH 3 → CH 3 O → CH 2 O → CHO → CO.
文摘This paper proposed an improved temperature prediction model for oil-immersed transformer.The influences of the environmental temperature and heat-sinking capability changing with temperature were considered.When calculating the heat dissipation from the transformer tank to surroundings,the average oil temperature was selected as the node value in the thermal circuit.The new thermal models will be validated with the delivery experimental data of three transformers: a 220 kV-300 MV.A unit,a 110 kV40 MV.A unit and a 220 kV-75 MV.A unit.Meanwhile,the results from the proposed model were also compared with two methods recommended in the IEC loading guide.

文摘The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance.

文摘A rotational parameter Rθ has been introduced to complex wavelet transform (CWT). The rotational CWT (RCWT) corresponds to a matrix element 〈φ|U2(θ;μ;κ)[F〉 in the context of quantum mechanics, where U2(θ;μ;κ) is a two-mode rotational displacing-squeezing operator in the 〈η| representation. Based on this, the Parseval theorem and the inversion formula of RCWT have been proved. The concise proof not only manifestly shows the merit of Dirac's representation theory but also leads to a new orthogonal property of complex mother wavelets in parameter space.
