A study on the treatment of chloasma with moxibustion based on the theory of“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”

Background:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”comes from“Plain Question Yin and Yang should be like the theory”.Chinese medicine believes that the imbalance of yin and yang is the cause of human diseases.One of the strengths of TCM in treating diseases is holistic regulation.The theory of“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”implies a strong holistic view.Chloasma,one of the common skin diseases,seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients due to its unclear etiology,difficult treatment and easy recurrence.The occurrence and development of chloasma are closely related to internal organs.This paper is based on the theory of internal meridian,“Yang transforming Qi,and Yin shaping”which attaches importance to the concept of“Yang Qi”,from a new understanding of the pathogenesis etiology of chloasma.Methods:The author believes that the incidence of the disease is the deficiency of Yang Qi,which can’t promote the movement of Qi and blood to nourish the face,resulting in tangible material condensation,so proposes that this disease needs to be promoted by Yang transforming Qi and warm to dissipate.Moxibustion belongs to the fire,and its warming effect can dissipate the tangible evil.Results:Combined with clinical practice and the theory of internal meridian,the author elaborated that moxibustion is one of the effective methods for treating chloasma,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of chloasma.Conclusion:“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin shaping”can be used to guide the treatment of chloasma.

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Ginger Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Patients with Heart Failure Due to Yang Qi Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate the nursing measures and effects of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)with gastrointestinal symptoms.Methods:86 patients with heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms who were admitted to the hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected and divided into 43 cases in each group by random number table grouping;Group I implemented integrated care,while Group II adopted conventional care.The indicators of care were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing care,the digestive symptom scores of Group I were lower than those of Group I,and the psychological scores were lower than those of Group II(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginger moxibustion can improve gastrointestinal symptoms and enhance the psychological health of patients with heart failure(yang qi deficiency type)with gastrointestinal symptoms.

Discussion on the Application of Warm Yang to Promote Qi Transformation in Acne Mastitis from“Yang Promotes Qi Transformation and Yin Promotes Forming”

“Yang promotes Qi transformation and Yin promotes forming”maintains the normal progress of human life activities,which is an important embodiment of human vitality.The dysfunction of“Yang promotes Qi transformation and Yin promotes forming”leads to the coagulation of pathological products such as phlegm and blood stasis in the breast meridian,resulting in the occurrence of acne mastitis.In clinical treatment,we should take“warm Yang to promote Qi transformation”as the treatment principle,and add or subtract according to the specific situation.

“Warming yang and invigorating qi” acupuncture alters acetylcholine receptor expression in the neuromuscular junction of rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder in which antibodies have been shown to form against the nicotinic acetylcholine nicotinic postsynaptic receptors located at the neuromuscular junction.＂Warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment has been shown to reduce serum inflammatory cytokine expression and increase transforming growth factor beta expression in rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis.However,few studies have addressed the effects of this type of acupuncture on the acetylcholine receptors at the neuromuscular junction.Here,we used confocal laser scanning microscopy to examine the area and density of immunoreactivity for an antibody to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction in the phrenic nerve of rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis following ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture therapy.Needles were inserted at acupressure points Shousanli（LI10）,Zusanli（ST36）,Pishu（BL20）,and Shenshu（BL23） once daily for 7 consecutive days.The treatment was repeated after 1 day of rest.We found that area and the integrated optical density of the immunoreactivity for the acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction of the phrenic nerve was significantly increased following acupuncture treatment.This outcome of the acupuncture therapy was similar to that of the cholinesterase inhibitor pyridostigmine bromide.These findings suggest that ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment increases acetylcholine receptor expression at the neuromuscular junction in a rat model of autoimmune myasthenia gravis.

Differences in the Mechanisms by Which Yang-Invigorating and Qi-Invigorating Chinese Tonifying Herbs Stimulate Mitochondrial ATP Generation Capacity

According to Chinese medicine theory, Yang/Qi plays a pivotal role in driving physiological functions in the body, these being highly dependent on mitochondrial ATP production. Consistent with this, Yang/Qi-invigorating Chinese tonifying herbs have been found to stimulate mitochondrial ATP generation capacity (ATP-GC) in H9c2 cardiomyocytes. In the present study, we have demonstrated that Yang-invigorating Chinese tonifying herbs (namely, Eucommiae Cortex, Cibotii Rhizoma, Dipsaci Radix, Cynomorii Herba, Cistanches Herba, Cuscutae Semen, EpimediiHerba and Morindae Radix) and Qi-invigorating Chinese tonifying herbs (namely, Ginseng Radix, Pseudostellariae Radix, Quinquefolii Radix, Codonopsis Radix, Astragali Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Juiubae Fructus, Fici Simplicissimae Radix and Dioscoreae Oppositae Radix) act by different mechanisms to stimulate mitochondrial ATP-GC. While Yang-invigorating herbs fluidize mitochondrial membranes and thus stimulate ATP-GC, Qi-invigorating herbs can enhance cellular glutathione status and increase ATP-GC. The different mechanisms by which Yang-invigorating herbs and Qi-invigorating herbs stimulate mitochondrial ATP-GC may serve as the basis for establishing biomarkers for Yang/Qi-invigorating herbs and herbal health products in general.

A Study on the Law of Birth and Formation of Yang-Deficiency Constitution Based on the Theory of Five Movement and Six Qi

Objective:To explore the law of birth and yang deficiency constitution based on the theory of five movements and six qi,as well as to provide a new way to better realize the prevention of yang deficiency constitution.Methods:The data of TCM quality table and luck data were collected via questionnaires.According to the data of from the TCM quality table,the respondents were divided into yang deficiency constitution group and non-yang deficiency group.According to the luck data,the distributions of gestational age were compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 175 questionnaires were collected,of which 89 were non-yang deficiency constitution and 86 were yang deficiency constitution.The proportion of Ding year(15.1%)in the yang deficiency group was significantly higher than that in non-yang deficiency group(5.6%),in which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The possibility of yang deficiency constitution is higher.

扶阳罐治疗尿毒症维持性血液透析患者不安腿综合征的效果及对PSQI评分的影响

目的探析尿毒症维持性血液透析患者不安腿综合征采用扶阳罐治疗的效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年12月在本院住院并进行规律维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者60例为研究对象,并将患者随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。其中,对照组采取常规治疗,试验组加用扶阳罐治疗,比较两组治疗效果、临床症状积分、RLS评分、PSQI评分。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组临床症状积分(下肢酸胀、下肢麻木、下肢灼烧感、下肢蚁行感、下肢瘙痒、下肢刺痛)低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组RLS评分、PSQI评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶阳罐治疗尿毒症维持性血液透析患者不安腿综合征的效果明显,其临床症状显著缓解,患者的睡眠质量提升,临床上可借鉴及推广。

2n维空间中的广义自对偶Yang-Mills方程的达布变换

基于视觉Transformer内在归纳优化的齐白石虾画真假鉴定

当前书画艺术品市场赝品众多,给书画艺术品收藏者带来了极大的经济风险,并且严重扰乱书画艺术市场秩序.针对书画艺术品真假鉴别的数据集一般较小的特点,提出数据高效的齐白石虾画自动真假鉴别算法.以视觉Transformer为基础架构,改进视觉Transformer的标记位置编码方式;以跨架构表征知识蒸馏对模型进行训练,改善视觉Transformer的内在归纳特性,减少模型对训练数据的过度依赖,有效地解决齐白石虾画真假鉴别数据集较小的问题.分别在有429幅画的齐白石虾画真假鉴别数据集、有96013幅画的WikiArt数据集和有42479幅画的ArtDL数据集上进行实验的结果表明,所提算法能够有效地应对齐白石虾画真假鉴别任务中数据集小的挑战,并在该任务中的分类性能优于其他方法.

Clinical Research into Ke Min Yin for Treatment of Persistent Allergic Rhinitis in Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Persistent allergic rhinitis (PAR) is one of the common diseases at ear-nose-throat department. From August 1998 to May 2001, we randomly selected 60 cases of PAR with qi deficiency and blood stasis for a clinical observation. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Ke Min Yin (克敏饮), a herbal medicine, to supplement qi, expel wind, nourish blood and promote blood circulation; and the other 30 cases in the control group were treated with cetrine. Through systematic observation and statistical processing, the clinical research is summarized and reported in the following.

The Reality and Application of Yin and Yang

Ancient Chinese philosophers discovered Yin and Yang and the laws of Yin and Yang movement during their exploration and practice of nature more than two thousand years ago, and applied them to life, science, philosophy and medicine, playing an important role in the achievement of ancient Chinese civilization. Through historical changes, yin and yang have gradually been regarded as a concept or theory, thus making it difficult for people to understand the connotation of Yin-Yang and make new discoveries and progress. Nowadays, many scholars in China and the West are interested in studying the treasures of ancient Chinese civilization. We illustrate the actual function of Yin and Yang by explaining the essential state of matter, the law of physical movement, the transformation of energy, and then illustrate the practical application in life and science. In conclusion, yin-yang is a key to unlocking the treasures of traditional Chinese civilization, which can help to bring into play its original values, and continue to provide new insights and directions for the development of modern science and the advancement of humanities.

Effect of Shenqiyixin prescription on myocardial energy metabolism in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective:To observe the heart function、MEE and serum FFA of Shenqiyixin prescription for heart qi(yang)deficiency with blood stasis and fluid retention type of chronic heart failure patients,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:64 cases with chronic heart failure of heart qi(yang)deficiency with blood stasis and fluid retention were randomly divided into two groups,3 cases were excluded,31 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqiyixin prescription additionally.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,6MWD,LVEF,cESS,MEE,serum NTproBNP,serum FFA and safety indexes of each group before and after treatment.Results:after treatment,the TCM Syndromes of each group were improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the control group was 83.87%.The treatment group was more effective(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,cESS,MEE,NTproBNP and FFA of each group were decreased,6MWD and LVEF were increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqiyixin prescription can improve the TCM syndrome and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure of heart qi(yang)deficiency with blood stasis and fluid retention,at the same time,it can reduce the level of MEE and serum FFA in patients with heart failure.

气机升降理论内涵及不寐病辨证分型探讨

气机升降理论是“汉派李氏脑病流派”辨治不寐病的核心理论思想,基于气机升降理论将不寐病分为升降太过和升降不及两大类,根据气机运行的部位、气的多少、气机升降出入的不同形式将不寐病分为营卫不和型、脏腑气机失调型、阴阳不交型三大类型;每一类型又有各自不同亚型,共有卫阳虚不敛营阴证、卫气盛夜不入营阴证、卫气入于阴而日不得出于阳证、肝胆气机疏泄失调证、心肾气机上下相济失调证、脾升胃降枢机失调证、阳不入阴证、阳盛阴虚证、阴不潜阳证九种亚型,并表现出各自独有的临床特征。基于气机升降理论的辨证分型法补充完善了现阶段不寐病辨证分型类别,为临床诊治不寐病开拓了新思路。

从“阳化气,阴成形”探讨慢性咳嗽之因机证治

慢性咳嗽是以咳嗽为主症或唯一症状、病程持续8周以上的呼吸系统疾病。慢性咳嗽病因复杂,病程较长,病势缠绵,且极易复发。西医诊断该病过程繁琐,治疗手段有限,而中医药以整体观念和辨证论治思想为指导,在缓解临床症状、预防疾病复发方面具有独特优势。该文以“阳化气,阴成形”为抓手,分析阴阳在慢性咳嗽因机证治全周期的重要意义,认为慢性咳嗽之病机关键为“阳化气,阴成形”功能失衡,以肺之气血失和、阴阳虚损为本,阳化而气行不畅、周流有碍,阴变而凝结停滞、壅塞肺络为标。治疗上,需要补肺、脾、肾阴阳之不足,泄气滞、水湿、痰饮、瘀血、热毒之有余,以恢复“阳化气,阴成形”之平衡。具体用药方面,主张以偏纠偏,以药物气味之偏性纠正人体阴阳之偏颇。另附典型医案二例,加以验证说明,以期为中医药防治慢性咳嗽提供新的诊疗思路和方法。

This paper expounds the effect of"Qi"on human body by constructing the model of Qi,classifies the parts according to the category of Yin and Yang on the coordinate frame of 5 models of Yin and Yang,and compares each kind of parts according to the normal image state of human body.with the running direction of integer instead of Qi,the number of Qi in each part is calculated by the method of modern number theory,and the development and changes of human physiology and diseases are explained by"Qi".To explore the Trasitional Chinese Medicine treatment method of"the morbid Qi state of the human body adjusts the qi mode,the direction of qi operation and the intensity of Qi by means of medicinal taste and acupuncture,and returns to the normal state of qi balance mode in the direction of operation".

Doctor Song Fuyin's Experience in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Based on Qi,Blood Essence and Spirit Syndrome Differentiation Stage Classification

The paper systematically summarizes the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is a typical emotional disease that causes obvious changes in organ morphology and endocrine and body fluid metabolism.It belongs to the category of psychosomatic diseases,and is the embodiment of a series of pathogenesis processes of qi disease,blood disease,essence disease and deformation in TCM theory.The whole course of the disease is dominated by the dialectical relationship of mutual influence,mutual control,mutual root and mutual use among the deity disease,qi disease,blood disease,essence and spiritual disease.Therefore,the treatment emphasizes the dialectical relationship based on qi,blood,essence and spirit.At the beginning,the treatment focuses on regulating qi and clearing heat and eliminating phlegm;at the middle stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing essence and promoting yang and eliminating wind and calming the deity;at the late stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm and promoting collages.Flexible use of calming the spirits,regulating qi,dispersing essence,eliminating phlegm,promoting blood and other methods of stage classification treatment,can be targeted,improve the cure rate of the disease.This article aims to clarify the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis based on syndrome differentiation of qi,blood essence and spirit.

基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论辨治痿证

津气两伤是痿证的病变基础,亦是“阳化气,阴成形”失衡的结果。阳化气不足,阴成形失衡,而致脏腑功能失调,水饮痰瘀内生,四肢九窍失养,发为痿证。本文基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论,探讨高颖教授采用助阳化气法治疗阳化气不足的重症肌无力,益肾调形法治疗阴成形失衡的多发性硬化,阴阳双补法治疗阴阳俱损的运动神经元病。治疗痿证,需审证求因,明辨阴阳,调整偏颇,在疾病早期给予中医药治疗,以延缓疾病演变进程、改善预后。

基于“阳化气,阴成形”从温阳法论治肺部结节

《素问·阴阳应象大论篇》中记载的“阳化气,阴成形”高度概括了人体脏腑组织的生命活动,阴阳失衡是导致疾病发生的关键。本文通过分析“阳化气,阴成形”理论,发现肺部结节发生和发展的核心机制是“阳化气不足,阴成形太过”。结节乃有形之体,是机体阳气亏虚,精血津液运行障碍,化为痰饮瘀毒,敛聚局部而生;结节本质乃阳虚阴结,本虚标实,本虚即脾肾阳虚,标实即痰饮、瘀血、浊毒。中医学强调治病求本,故基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论,以温阳化气为基本治则,探讨温阳法在肺部结节治疗中的应用,分别从温阳补肾、温阳健脾、温阳化痰、温阳活血、温阳解毒和温阳散结等角度辨证施治,以防“阴成形太过”,使“阳化气”之功能正常发挥,则机体阴阳平衡,百病不生。

基于“阳化气,阴成形”论治癌性腹水临床经验探讨

癌性腹水作为中晚期肿瘤的常见并发症之一,临床以腹部胀满和呼吸窘迫为主要症状,多见于晚期卵巢、胰腺和胃肠道恶性肿瘤等腹腔脏器恶性肿瘤患者。其发展速度快,病情进行性加重,一旦出现癌性腹水,患者的中位生存期将缩短至数月甚至数周,严重影响肿瘤患者的后续治疗及生活质量。癌性腹水的治疗至今仍是临床一大难题。“阳化气,阴成形”是《黄帝内经》中关于阴阳生理病理状态的重要论述,阳主“动”而流散以化气,阴主“静”而凝聚以成形,二者调和一致则为平人,若平衡被打破则百病由生。郭立中教授立足临床,结合古医籍和临床经验,提出“阳化气”不及、“阴成形”太过与癌性腹水的发生、发展密切相关。其中,“阳化气”不及是发病之本,“阴成形”太过是发病之标。肺、脾、肾阳虚化气不足,水液运化失常,水湿结聚,水为寒邪,寒性收引凝滞,易致血脉凝结,血凝又加重水湿留而不行,水湿、血瘀停聚腹腔形成癌性腹水。阳虚、水湿、血瘀是关键病因,病性为本虚标实,导师以扶阳消阴为治疗总则,重视扶肺、脾、肾阳气以固其本,消水湿瘀血以治其标,并根据疾病不同时期的病机特点在治疗上讲求次第,灵活变通,并配合外治法,临床收效显著。
