Dajianzhong decoction:a review of its phytochemistry and therapeutic potential for gastrointestinal disease

Dajianzhong decoction(DJZD)is one of the traditional herbal prescriptions originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber,which clinically used for the treatment of various gastrointestinal(GI)disease.This paper was aimed to provide a systematic review on the phytochemistry of DJZD and its therapeutic potential for GI disease and the mechanism.Finally,the possible development and perspectives for future research on this prescription were also discussed.To date,over 60 compounds have been identified form DJZD,including unsaturated fatty acid,saponins,and polyphenols,with hydroxy-sanshool and ginsenoside compounds as the predominant ones.DJZD possessed widely pharmacological activities on the GI disease from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the present,such as intestinal obstruction,colitis,and irritable bowel syndrome.Especially for the intestinal obstruction,it had demonstrated the efficacy of DJZD treatment for relief of postoperative ileus in patients undergoing surgery for GI cancer.The detailed mechanism was mainly related with NF-ᴋB signaling pathway.However,further research elucidating the protective effects of DJZD on GI disease,exploring new clinical effects,as well as establishing criteria for quality control for DJZD should be studied.

基于NaN-Bicluster SMOTE的非均衡信贷数据分类研究及应用

为了有效评估非均衡信贷数据中的借款人信用风险,基于合成少数过采样技术(Synthetic minority oversampling technique,SMOTE)、自然近邻(Natural neighbor,NaN)和双聚类(Bicluster)构建了NaN?Bicluster SMOTE方法以改进SMOTE。首先使用无参数的自然近邻设定采样样本选取的逻辑规则,规避了r近邻划分样本时产生的不稳定性;其次基于自然近邻稳定结构规定安全范围设定的逻辑规则,避免合成样本成为噪声样本;然后使用双聚类挖掘局部规则,以合成样本继承局部规则的方式改进SMOTE合成公式;最后,在Prosper小额贷款平台的非均衡信贷数据集上将NaN?Bicluster SMOTE与若干采样方法和机器学习模型进行对比分析,并进一步使用统计检验方法验证其性能的优越性。

Regulation of Quan Du Zhong capsule on VEGF/bFGF and expression of Bcl‑2/Bax and Caspase‑3 protein in the repairing process of canine femoral head necrosis

Objective:To explore the repair and treatment effect of Quan Du Zhong capsule on necrosis of femoral head in dogs.Methods:Totally 12 beagles were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group,with three in each group.In addition to the normal group,the other groups established the femoral head necrosis model by liquid nitrogen alternative freezing.The normal group and the model group did not have any intervention during the modeling period,and the Quan Du Zhong group began to receive the Quan Du Zhong by gavage on the day of modeling;Xianlinggubao capsule group was given Xianlinggubao capsule by gavage once a day for 12 consecutive weeks on the day of modeling.The levels of VEGF and bFGF in the blood vessels of each group at the 12th week were compared,and the ratios of BMD,BS/BV,BV/TV,Tb.Th,Tb.N were measured by Micro CT,and the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3 proteins were detected by immune reaction.Results:1.Compared with the normal group,the level of serum VEGF and bFGF in the model group decreased after 12 weeks of modeling(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the levels of serum VEGF and bFGF water in the Xianlinggubao capsule group and the Quan Du Zhong capsule group increased on average at the 12th week of modeling,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of the Quan Du Zhong capsule group was the highest,followed by the Xianlinggubao capsule group.2.Compared with the normal group,BMD,BS/BV,BV/TV,Tb.Th and Tb.N in the model group were lower,and Tb.SP were higher,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the BMD,BV/TV,Tb.Th and Tb.N of Xianlinggubao capsule group and the total eucommia capsule group increased,while the BS/BV and Tb.SP decreased(P<0.05).3.The Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group could significantly increase the expression of bcl-2 protein in the femoral head of dogs,which was significantly different from the model group(P<0.05).The expression of bax protein in the femoral head of dogs in the Quan Du Zhong capsule group and the Xianlinggubao capsule group was significantly reduced compared with the model group(P<0.05).The expression of caspase-3 protein in the femoral head of dogs was significantly reduced in the Quan Du Zhong capsule group and Xianlinggubao capsule group,which was significantly different from the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quan Du Zhong capsule can increase the expression of VEGF and bFGF in serum,increase the expression of bcl-2,inhibit the expression of bax,and reduce the expression of caspase-3,which plays a synergistic role in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and has potential targets.

The Impact of Destination Image on Tourist Willingness to Revisit:A Case Study of Nanning Garden Expo

The researcher aims to examine the impact of destination image of Nanning Garden Expo on tourist willingness to revisit.In this study,Nanning Garden Expo,a famous comprehensive park in Nanning,Guangxi,is selected as the research object.Based on previous literature and theories,the author analyzes and explores the relationship between the destination image of Nanning Garden Expo and tourist willingness to revisit.The research tool is questionnaire and the sample size of the survey data is calculated by Cochrane formula,and the data collection volume is 385.The statistics used in the data analysis are descriptive statistics including frequency distribution,percentage,mean,standard deviation,and inferential statistic for testing hypothesis.The researcher applies multiple regression analysis models to examine which independent variables have strong or weak relationships with dependent variables.Hypothesis test indicates that destination image has a significant positive impact on tourist willingness to revisit.Based on the results of the empirical study,relevant suggestions are proposed for how to enhance tourist willingness to revisit for Nanning Garden Expo and promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.

化学诱变提高植物抗逆性的研究进展

化学诱变是农业上一种传统的育种技术,在植物抗逆育种方面受到育种家的青睐,用于改善植物的抗寒、抗旱、耐盐碱性等育种方面的研究。植物组织培养技术是实现细胞或个体快速繁殖的有效途径。以上两种技术的结合,可有效提高突变的频率,人为扩大植物遗传变异范围。近年来,化学诱变与生物技术结合在植物抗逆诱变育种方面展现出了积极的发展前景,对于植物新品种选育具有重要的实践意义。本研究综述了化学诱变的特点、常用化学诱变剂[主要是甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)和叠氮化钠(NaN3)]的诱变机制、使用方法、诱变效果以及影响化学诱变的因素等,并介绍了化学诱变在植物抗逆育种领域中的新近研究进展。

辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调研究

研究构建了新型城镇化发展水平与土地利用效益综合评价体系,运用熵值法测算了辽中南城市群各城市新型城镇化发展综合指数与土地利用效益值,建立了耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型,探究了2010—2022年辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调水平。研究发现:辽中南城市群新型城镇化发展与土地利用效益耦合协调度整体上呈上升趋势,但两系统间尚未实现良性互动,各地区耦合协调水平存在明显差异,沈阳和大连两地耦合协调度较其他地区高出很多。

“黑皇”葡萄在广西南宁引种表现及一年两收栽培技术

为解决广西鲜食葡萄栽培品种单一化问题,促进产业结构调整,增加广西葡萄品种种类,引进“黑皇”葡萄进行种植。通过连续2年4个生长周期对其植物学特征进行观察、记录,并研究配套的一年两收栽培技术。结果表明:“黑皇”葡萄在广西南宁地区表现出花芽分化好且整齐,果实着色正常,品质优良,适合在广西南宁避雨栽培条件下进行一年两收栽培。

作为新兴的人力资源管理实践,发展型人力资源管理实践能够对员工的工作动机、行为产生积极影响。然而,在中国本土文化情境下,鲜有文献涉及发展型人力资源管理实践如何影响员工主动变革行为。基于资源保存理论和“能力—动机—机会(AMO)”框架,探讨发展型人力资源管理实践对员工主动变革行为的影响机制和边界条件。通过对三阶段349份有效样本的分析发现,发展型人力资源管理实践对员工主动变革行为具有显著正向影响;员工工作重塑在发展型人力资源管理实践与员工主动变革行为间发挥部分中介作用;中庸思维会进一步强化发展型人力资源管理实践与主动变革行为间关系,且该调节效应会被工作重塑中介。

高铁呼南通道邵永铁路引入邵阳地区方案研究

研究目的:呼南通道作为“八纵八横”国家高铁主通道之一,邵阳至永州铁路是呼南通道的重要组成部分。本文基于邵阳地区既有铁路、客流特点、城市规划等因素,研究提出邵永铁路在邵阳地区的引入方案,再根据运输能力适应、既有设备利用、工程投资节省、运营成本控制、未来持续发展等需求,进一步细化比选,形成邵永铁路引入邵阳地区的优选推荐方案。研究结论:(1)根据邵阳地区既有铁路概况,以及邵阳市城市总体规划和客运需求,研究提出邵永铁路引入邵阳站和新设邵阳南站两大系列方案;(2)通过比较分析各项具体方案的线路布局、工程投资、运输质量、未来发展等控制因素,推荐采用按线路别引入邵阳站娄邵场调整到发线分工的方案,并预留未来娄邵高铁引入邵阳站的条件;(3)本研究结果可应用于高铁呼南通道邵永段的勘察设计中,对引入工程的建设具有指导作用。

“这种人”负面评价意义的规约化

短语“这种人”高频用于负面评价,且类型丰富,经常与贬义“指人NP”、贬义属性谓语或修饰语共现。从立场表达三角理论来看,“人称+这种人”是立场表达者对特定主体或客体的负面评价。“语境吸收”“礼貌原则”和“概括机制”是“这种人”负面评价倾向形成的主要机制。

结合国标对翡翠的种进行分级

翡翠的种一词起源于商业活动中,因在翡翠质量评价中占据着极其重要的位置而被广泛地推广和使用。于2009年国家颁布了翡翠分级的国标,明确给出了翡翠的定义和透明度、质地、净度、颜色、工艺的分级标准。这极大地促进了翡翠行业的规范性发展,也让其迈向国际市场更近了一步。截至目前,该国标中尚未涵盖种的介绍和分级并且专家学者们对种的概念认识不一,不仅造成了业内人士和学者们的理解困惑也给翡翠质量评估带来了阻力。因此,为进一步补充和完善翡翠分级的内容,笔者总结了前人的经验并以翡翠分级国标中相关内容为基础,从材料学的角度提出了“六面体结构”,详尽讲述了翡翠的成分、相组成、结构及密度、硬度、韧性、强度、抛光性对种的影响,提出了种的评价多因素论。在商业中,种的称谓多为形象描述,类别较多且十分混杂并不适用于翡翠的分级标准。本文列举了种分级的各类影响因素并分析了多因素间的相关性且进一步对它进行简化和归一,最终提出采用表面粗糙度这一指标作为种的分级标准,依此对种划分了四个等级,即好、较好、较差、差。

2021~2023年广西南宁地区儿童感染性腹泻沙门菌血清型及耐药性分析

目的探讨2021~2023年广西南宁地区儿童感染性腹泻沙门菌血清型及耐药性。方法选取2021~2023年广西南宁地区3618例沙门菌感染性腹泻患儿标本,对其进行细菌培养与耐药性分析,评估沙门菌感染性腹泻患儿血清型分布、季节分布、年龄分布以及耐药性情况。结果3618株沙门菌中,鼠伤寒沙门菌血清型占比最多(46.63%),其次为无血清型(26.42%),其余依次为其他B群沙门菌(13.24%)、D群(7.63%)、C1群(6.08%)。3618株沙门菌中,8月感染检出率最高(14.37%),其余依次为10月(14.23%)、7月(13.96%)、9月(12.22%)、6月(12.02%)、11月(8.07%)、5月(7.63%)、4月(5.42%)、12月(4.39%)、3月(3.07%)、1月(2.87%)、2月(1.74%);第三季度感染检出率最高(40.55%),其余依次为第四季度(26.70%)、第二季度(25.07%)、第一季度(7.68%)。3618例沙门菌感染性腹泻患儿中,2999例年龄为7个月~3岁,占比最高(82.89%),其余依次为0~6个月(12.00%)、4~6岁(2.82%)、7~14(2.29%)。沙门菌药敏试验结果显示,沙门菌敏感率前三位药物为美罗培南(99.81%)、亚胺培南(99.78%)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(98.12%),敏感率后三位药物依次为氨苄西林(29.02%)、左氧氟沙星(39.86%)、氨苄西林/舒巴坦(40.66%);耐药率前三位药物依次为氨苄西林(70.87%)、复方新诺明(48.42%)、氯霉素(45.36%),耐药率后三位药物分别为美罗培南(0.14%)、亚胺培南(0.17%)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(0.97%)。结论2021~2023年广西南宁地区沙门菌感染性腹泻患儿多为鼠伤寒沙门菌血清型,多发生于7个月~3岁儿童,第三季度高发,第一季度少发。本研究检测出的3618株沙门菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦具有较高的敏感性与较低的耐药性,临床可根据药敏试验结果合理用药,减少抗生素滥用的发生。
