Obtaining Simply Explicit Form and New Properties of Euler Polynomials by Differential Calculus

Utilization of the shift operator to represent Euler polynomials as polynomials of Appell type leads directly to its algebraic properties, its relations with powers sums;may be all its relations with Bernoulli polynomials, Bernoulli numbers;its recurrence formulae and a very simple formula for calculating simultaneously Euler numbers and Euler polynomials. The expansions of Euler polynomials into Fourier series are also obtained;the formulae for obtaining all πm as series on k-m and for expanding functions into series of Euler polynomials.

The research on signal-obtaining pattern for a new type of gyroscope

In this paper, a photoelectric signal obtained scheme via equator triangle pattern engraved on rotor is discussed and the mathematic model is deduced in the case which is deflexion between rotor axis and the coordinate frame of case. The deflexion error and coupling error under the situation are analyzed. Finally, three methods of engraving based on the spherical triangle pattern are presented. The error models of various methods are built up and the simulation curves are provided respectively. We have done the primary experiments on the surface of rotor using this method. It can be seen from the enlarged figures that the rim of the pattern is smooth and the demand of sensor resolution is satisfied by and large. The results of study supply reference for signal obtaining.

Analysis of signal-obtaining error factor of sensor in gyro

The digital signal-obtaining for gyroscope is given. The single optic-fiber sensor via modulating intensity of light is used as measuring component . The influence on static transmission properties resulting from the special working environment (e.g. cryogenic and vacuum) ,the measure error because of the reflector shape of rotor,the abnormity of facula from sensor caused by the existence of engraving error,and the fixing error of sensor and the error of machine tool’s initial lignment are investigated. The mathematic model in every condition is founded, the simulation and relative experiments are done and the outcome is analyzed. The mathematic model and method of compensating technology are studied and some relative experiments are made. The result of study is useful to improvement of the signal-obtaining system.

A brief description will be provided for the writer's life and his works, and then I will discuss Captain Ahab's paranoid personality through his whaling capturing process. Then, I will discuss obtaining principles of Captain Ahab, Mate Starbuck, Crew Ishmael, and reveal the Captain's tragic causes and reflected thinking. Finally, I will make a conclusion only if people adopt right obtaining principles to natural resources, could we live with nature altogether.

Method for Obtaining Line-of-Sight Rate with a Strap-down Imaging Guidance

In the strap-down TV guidance system, the line-of-sight（LOS） rate can not be obtained frora the measured information, the math platform to select missile attitude information must be set up. The LOS rate selecting models based on the missile attitude angle and the rate gyro are set up, the influencing factor and the extracting precision of LOS rate are emulated and analyzed.

The paper conducts an investigation on the new generation migrant workers in view of the selecting and obtaining employment of new generation migrant workers in industrial zone of Yudu County,Ganzhou Province during the period from June 23,2010 to June 27,2010.The basic situation of the selecting and obtaining employment of new generation migrant workers,the expectation and career goals is collected.The chief problems confronted by the selecting and obtaining employment of migrant workers are analyzed.The problems cover substandard employment of enterprises;unsatisfying working and living conditions of new generation migrant workers;the knowledge and technology of new generation migrant workers lag behind the demand of enterprises;the new generation migrant workers lack the spirit of bearing hardships and hard work;new generation migrant workers do not have clear career plan and their demands on studying and training are hard to be materialized;restricted by household registration system,the new generation migrant workers can not enter into their workplace.Countermeasures and suggestions on solving the selecting and obtaining of new generation migrant workers are put forward.Firstly,perfecting the relevant laws and regulations on labors and protecting the each item of labor economic rights of new generation migrant workers;secondly,intensifying vocational training and improving the competitiveness of new generation migrant workers;thirdly,paying attention to the political education and mental health education on new generation migrant workers and launching rich and colorful cultural activities;fourthly,reinforcing the human concern and right protection on new generation migrant workers to enhance their right to say;fifthly,intensifying the reform on household registration and accelerating the process of urbanization.

土地经营权入股立法的反思与展望

自家庭联产承包责任制实施以来,关于农村土地承包经营权能否以入股等方式流转,在政策与法律层面经历了比较复杂的变迁过程。土地经营权入股在立法中得到确认是“三权分置”改革的重要成果之一,有利于在流转中更好地实现土地经营权的价值。土地经营权入股现行立法表达不规范、不统一,且与相关法律规定存在冲突,导致立法预期的实现受阻。以立法的基本原理来审视,立法用语不规范只是表面现象,土地经营权的性质不明才是立法困境的根源,对入股所致不利后果的担忧则进一步导致适用难题。实践中大量存在的“以租代转”、“名为入股、实为出租”现象表明,既有立法并不能有效满足土地经营权入股的需求,反而徒增解释与适用的混乱。为了弥合土地经营权入股的认知分歧,保持相关立法之间的协调,实现“三权分置”的立法目的,有必要在立法中统一相关表述,明确规定土地经营权的性质,移除土地经营权承载的不必要负担,让土地经营权真正成为“可以用货币估价并可以依法转让的非货币财产”,进而以“作价出资”取代“入股”。

基于无人机3D点云的高陡斜坡岩体结构特征

岩体结构控制着岩质斜坡的变形破坏模式,但传统的结构面信息调查方法存在危险性高、难度大的缺陷。为安全、高效地获取斜坡岩体结构信息,利用无人机摄影技术开展高陡岩质斜坡的测量,构建斜坡岩体的3D点云模型,识别结构面的产状、间距、迹长等岩体结构信息。对湖北秭归卡门子湾滑坡区调查验证,斜坡共发育6组优势结构面,平均间距为0.46~1.01 m,平均迹长为0.82~12.57 m;无人机3D点云获取的岩体结构信息精度满足要求,方法高效、可行;获得的岩体结构信息为斜坡岩体结构模型建立和稳定性评价等工作提供了可靠的数据基础。

数据法益的阶层式还原路径与刑法适用

在既有刑事立法框架下,建构完整的数据法益保护体系首先需要将抽象的数据法益进行还原。耦合式法益还原路径以主体为导向进行数据法益的分配,容易使刑法陷入数据确权的难题之中,且无法回答数据法益与信息法益保护之间的关系。应以阶层式路径还原刑法中的数据法益,即数据载体法益、数据本体法益、信息法益。刑法对数据本体法益的保护实乃对信息法益的预防性保护,当行为人采取侵入性手段获取本就应当被公开的数据时,不必然构成非法获取计算机信息系统数据罪。刑法应当严密信息法益犯罪的法网,适当扩大针对信息法益犯罪罪名的适用。

模块化实践教学在“药事管理学”教学中的应用研究

目的本研究旨在探讨模块化实践在药事管理学课程教学中的应用。方法将药事管理学课程内容分为药品管理、生产、经营、研发、使用五大模块,分别进行各具特色的实践教学,并进行了过程性评价。结果结果表明模块化实践提高了学生的积极性与灵活运用知识的能力,同时融入思政元素,为学生树立责任、法治和诚信意识奠定基础。结论模块化实践教学适合培养应用型药学人才,值得进一步推广。

地方政府如何吸引人才?——基于政策营销视角的混合研究

地方政府围绕人才资源展开竞争已成为理论研讨焦点。既有研究关注到了政策营销对于“竞争人才”的重要意义,但尚未对营销效果发挥的作用机理展开深入分析。对此,从营销人员特征切入,以实施人才强省战略二十多年的浙江为调查场域,依托扎根理论研究和结构方程模型展开的混合研究表明:营销人员特征对人才政策价值营销效果具有显著的正向影响;利益感知在营销人员特征与人才政策营销效果的关系中具有中介效应;政策获取意愿在营销人员特征与利益感知的关系中、利益感知与人才政策价值营销效果的关系中均发挥了负向调节作用。这一结论可为政策营销工具在人才政策领域的运用提供理论依据,有助于地方政府利用营销人员自身优势激发政策受众的自我意识,继而提高人才政策效应。

近现代科学“浅层解释”的方法能够为理解生成式人工智能的现代性与局限性提供有益的理论视角,也能为正在各行业深入应用的人工智能生成内容所涉及的版权问题分析提供新颖的视角。目前来看,生成式人工智能只是浅层理解人类的沟通语言,就具体的技术原理而言,人工智能生成内容基于概率分布的方式、人类介入的行为而产生相应的内容表达。因此,从可版权性的角度上看,纯粹通过人工智能生成的内容并不是目前著作权法意义上的作品,但存在人类介入的内容仍旧能够通过版权进行保护。就可受版权保护的人工智能生成内容而言,从科技发展引起的人机关系“浅层革命”出发,可以有效明确相应的版权主体。目前,相应人工智能生成技术的发展没有从根本上动摇工具主义的适用基础。因此版权主体仍旧限于传统版权法意义上的自然人与法人范畴。就进一步的权属配置而言,需要对现有法律规定进行“浅层调适”,即沿着人工智能生成内容相关方的利益关系,以人类中心主义作为权利归属的认定原则,但在模型作为服务、权利继受等情形中仍需要进行特别的权属方案构建。

教学问题并非都有解答,也并非都要“非解不可”,然而在现实教学中,人们执着于问题的解决这一定式思维使得其定然要寻得必解的结果。对教学的“非解不可”是一种思维定式、价值偏向与观念固着,其实践演绎更是一场精心架构的“舞台表演”,充斥着对“解”的严重路径依赖。从哲学层面考察,对教学问题的“破解”也包含了三个维度的内涵阐释,即指向对立面的无解、指向过程的缓解与指向主体的和解。厘清教学问题“解”的真实内涵与阐释边界,从教学问题的形成逻辑、维度内涵与核心要义为理路切入,生成教学问题之“解”的真实画像,才会有真正意义上的问题之“解”。在求解的价值诉求中,人们需要面向真实的教学情境,在理性反思的基础上实现有限作为、追寻教学的价值意蕴、获得浸身其中的思维体验,散发求解得“解”的“智慧之光”。
