The consecutive, parallel and spontaneous development of several redox processes and their impact on the quality, microbiological and crystalline stability of white wines were examined. We find that the luminosities for most of massive white dwarfs increase as the temperature increases. Green and low carbon promote the application and development of light-weight materials in body-in-white. Large-scale die-casting Al alloy (DCAA) and high-strength thermo-formed steel sheet (TFSS) have put forward higher requirements for the application of joining technology of high-strength steel/Al dissimilar materials. Taking the new die-casting Al alloy body as an example, this paper systematically studies the progress of the latest joining methods of steel/Al dissimilar material with combination of two-layer plate and three-layer plate. By analyzing the joining technologies such as FSPR, RES, FDS and SPR, the technology and process characteristics of steel/Al dissimilar material joining are studied, and the joining technical feasibility and realization means of different material combination of the body are analyzed. The conditions of material combination, material thickness, material strength, flange height, preformed holes and joint spacing for achieving high-quality joining are given. The FSPR joining technology is developed and tested in order to meet with the joining of parts with DCAA and TFSS, especially for the joining of three-layer plates with them. It finds the method and technical basis for the realization of high quality joining of dissimilar materials, provides the early conditions for the application of large DCAA and TFSS parts in body-in-white, and meets the design requirements of new energy body. . 展开更多

自20世纪90年代起,以Forceville为代表的一批国外学者开始着眼于多模态隐喻的研究,探讨图像、声音、语言等不同模态表征符号中的隐喻构建,研究范围涉及广告、漫画、手势、音乐和电影等,但选取MV为研究对象的却很少,尤其是从体认语言学... 自20世纪90年代起,以Forceville为代表的一批国外学者开始着眼于多模态隐喻的研究,探讨图像、声音、语言等不同模态表征符号中的隐喻构建,研究范围涉及广告、漫画、手势、音乐和电影等,但选取MV为研究对象的却很少,尤其是从体认语言学角度研究的几乎没有。有鉴于此,文章选取美国歌手迈克尔·杰克逊以“反种族歧视”为主题的Black or White MV为语料,基于体认多模态隐喻理论,分析其中有关“骄傲”和“愤怒”情感的多模态隐喻建构。分析发现,在该MV中,“骄傲”和“愤怒”情感都涉及非语言听觉和视觉符号的隐喻建构。“骄傲”分别涉及“骄傲是高音”和“骄傲是向上的舞蹈动作”隐喻概念;“愤怒”分别涉及“愤怒是高音”和“愤怒是火”隐喻概念。这些非语言符号隐喻概念都是基于人们的身体体验和认知加工建构起来的,使信息接受主体的情感识解更直接、更快,甚至更强。 展开更多

The study of the morphology of White Blood Cells (WBCs) further contributes to the clinical diagnosis of blood diseases. In this research paper, we come up with an image segmentation enhancement by combining Fourier Fast Transform on smear blood capture and classical thresholding. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a very powerful tool in image processing and it was used to segment and extract the WBCs. Our image processing method uses a Fast Fourier Transform combined with filtering and an Inverse Fast Fourier Transform for the extraction and visualization of the high frequency region of the image. In order to remove residual Red Blood Cells acting as noise in the expected result, a final thresholding step is added at the end of the processing. The results presented in this article report the tests performed using our mathematical implementation. Moreover, we were able to detect and differentiate the sub-families of WBCs. 展开更多

为了研究不同干燥条件对白魔芋精粉性质的影响,该研究以新鲜白魔芋为原料,探讨自然干燥、真空冷冻干燥、热风干燥(低温干燥、高温干燥、分段干燥)5种不同的干燥条件对白魔芋精粉色泽、魔芋葡甘聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)含量、乙酰... 为了研究不同干燥条件对白魔芋精粉性质的影响,该研究以新鲜白魔芋为原料,探讨自然干燥、真空冷冻干燥、热风干燥(低温干燥、高温干燥、分段干燥)5种不同的干燥条件对白魔芋精粉色泽、魔芋葡甘聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)含量、乙酰基含量、流变学性质等特性的影响,并通过分子质量、红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FT-IR)、X-衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)进行结构表征。结果表明,自然干燥效率低,所得样品品质较差,真空冷冻干燥虽然能得到较高品质的样品,但对设备要求比较高,干燥效率低。综合考虑,使用100℃→60℃的热风分段干燥为最佳方法,此时得到的魔芋精粉KGM含量为64.63%、乙酰基含量为23.49%、分子质量为1102 kDa、色泽较好、结晶度高、颗粒完整且表面光滑,所得水溶胶具有较好的流变学性质。综上,分段干燥方式可以用于白魔芋及其他魔芋的干燥中,所得的魔芋精粉品质良好,为白魔芋的开发应用及干燥工艺提供一定的理论参考。 展开更多

The management of diabetes mellitus is based on lifestyle and dietary measures suggesting the consumption of foods with a low glycemic index. The present study was conducted in order to propose food formulas based on white rice and white beans resulting in a lower glycemic response. For this, food formulations based on these foods were first made, in particular the formulation [75% white rice + 25% white beans] and the formulation [50% rice + 50% white beans]. Then, the biochemical composition of white rice, white bean and these two formulations was determined by the usual methods. Finally, their glycemic responses over 120 minutes were studied by the FAO/ WHO 1998 method. The results showed that white rice [100% white rice] had the highest carbohydrate content (54.61%) followed respectively by the formulation [75% white rice + 25% white bean] (45.69%), the white bean [100% white bean] (29.1%) and the formulation [50% white rice + 50% white bean] (26.16%). In terms of glycemic responses, the formulation [50% white rice + 50% white beans] presented the best evolution with a lower peak (6.041 mmol/L) observed at T45<sub>min</sub> and a lower postprandial glycemia (4.872 mmol/ L) at T120<sub>min</sub>. An increase in the proportion of beans is therefore recommended as it may suggest a beneficial metabolic effect. 展开更多

A mathematical model was developed to predict the risk of having a stroke as a person ages. The age component was derived from the concept that the change in risk of stroke with age is a function of the current risk of developing a stroke. This equation modeled the trend with age reported in the literature for two different data sets with R<sup>2</sup> values of 0.97 or better for both men and women. A second equation of a similar nature was developed to predict the accumulation of white matter hyperintensities, WMH, as a person ages. It appears that each equation includes a set of common risk factors. This set of common risk factors allows an individual’s risk for stroke to be based on measured WMH. A third equation links WMH with the risk of developing a stroke. This equation allows an individual to use measured WMH from brain scans to predict the future risk of developing a stroke. In theory, a person with a relatively high measurement of WMH can project future risk for stroke with age and use counter measures such as exercise and medications to keep other risk factors low as a person continues to age. 展开更多

It is associated in some cases with atrial fibrillation with a high risk of sudden death. We report the case of a 64-year-old hypertensive woman with a history of ischemic stroke. She presented with hyperkinetic palpitations without hemodynamics instability on admission. The electrocardiogram recorded a complete tachyarrhythmia by pre-excitation atrial fibrillation, with a mean rate of 300 beats per minute. Electrophysiological investigation revealed an accessory pathway located at the ostium of the coronary sinus, which was successfully ablated by radiofrequency. A drug treatment based on flecaine 100 mg was introduced. The patient was asymptomatic after one month of outpatient follow-up. 展开更多

Studies have confirmed that in the early stage of infection, VP28, the main envelope protein of WSSV, is used as a viral adhesion protein to bind PcRab7 of Penaeus chinensis, helping virus enter the host cells, resulting in shrimp infection. Hence, inhibition of envelope protein VP28 would be a novel way to deal with the infection. Peptide 2E6 was confirmed to have a high specificity and blocked virus infection. However, the mechanism by which it combines with VP28 is not clear. Clarifying the binding mechanism between peptides and VP28 is of great significance for further optimization and screening of antiviral peptides. Minerals are critical in maintaining health and physiological function in wildlife. Geographic variation in soil and forage mineral concentration may predispose wildlife to mineral imbalances, where a common symptom is restricted somatic growth. We investigated if mineral imbalances could explain localized differences in morphology of white-tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus) occurring in geographically proximate sites with similar management, climate, and habitat. We collected serum samples and morphological measurements from free-ranging white-tailed deer captured during 2011-2019 from coastal and inland rangeland sites in South Texas, USA. We measured mineral concentrations in serum from captured deer at each location. Asymptotic deer body mass and antler size averaged 8% - 20% smaller for deer at the coastal compared to the inland site. The proportion of deer with deficient levels of serum copper was greater at the coastal site (66% versus 14%). Our results suggest regional mineral deficiencies in deer may limit antler and body development. Wildlife managers should be aware of all aspects of wildlife nutrition and the importance of considering nutrients beyond energy and protein. 展开更多

目的探究急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)病人静脉溶栓治疗后出血转化与脑白质高信号(white matter hyperintensity,WMH)的相关性。方法回顾性分析137例AIS病例资料,均进行静脉溶栓治疗,根据是否发生出血转化分为出血组(53... 目的探究急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)病人静脉溶栓治疗后出血转化与脑白质高信号(white matter hyperintensity,WMH)的相关性。方法回顾性分析137例AIS病例资料,均进行静脉溶栓治疗,根据是否发生出血转化分为出血组(53例)和未出血组(84例)。采用单因素与Logistic回归分析AIS病人治疗后出血转化的危险因素。结果两组病人年龄、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、高血压、发病到治疗时间、WMH程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示中重度WMH(OR=2.796,95%CI:1.450-5.391)是AIS病人治疗后出血转化的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论WMH是影响AIS病人溶栓治疗后出血转化的危险因素,中重度WMH病人发生出血转化的风险更高。 展开更多

目的探讨白细胞计数(WBC)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肝素结合蛋白(HBP)和降钙素原在脓毒症患者病情进展和预后评估中的应用价值。方法将2018年4月至2023年3月内江市第一人民医院收治的205例脓毒症患者纳入本次回顾性研究,根据病情严重程度... 目的探讨白细胞计数(WBC)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肝素结合蛋白(HBP)和降钙素原在脓毒症患者病情进展和预后评估中的应用价值。方法将2018年4月至2023年3月内江市第一人民医院收治的205例脓毒症患者纳入本次回顾性研究,根据病情严重程度分为脓毒症组(n=129)和脓毒性休克组(n=76),并根据患者预后情况分成存活组(n=154)和死亡组(n=51)。检测脓毒症组与脓毒性休克组、存活组与死亡组患者的WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原水平,收集患者的急性生理与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分和序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分,分析WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原与APACHEⅡ、SOFA评分的相关性;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析上述4个指标单独及联合检测评估脓毒症患者预后。结果脓毒性休克组的WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原分别为(19.83±3.09)×10^(9)/L、(114.10±35.17)mg/L、(78.92±13.14)μg/L和(11.13±0.91)μg/L,均显著高于脓毒症组[(9.55±2.87)×10^(9)/L、(59.96±23.45)mg/L、(36.47±12.83)μg/L和(8.21±0.82)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脓毒性休克组的APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分分别为(20.05±2.39)、(10.29±2.51)分,均显著高于脓毒症组[(16.21±2.30)、(7.90±2.17)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原与APACHEⅡ评分(r=0.554、0.593、0.713、0.651,P<0.05)、SOFA评分均呈显著正相关(r=0.540、0.571、0.687、0.609,P<0.05)。死亡组的WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原、APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分也均显著高于存活组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原及4个指标联合检测预测脓毒症患者不良预后的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.835、0.803、0.881、0.817和0.939。结论脓毒性休克患者的WBC、血清CRP、HBP、降钙素原显著高于脓毒症患者,可反映脓毒症患者的病情严重程度,4个指标联合检测对脓毒症患者的预后有较好的预测价值。 展开更多

Exhibiting exaggerated pectoral fin depression, agonistic behaviors have been previously observed and described in several shark species. This account may be the first record of a white shark in close proximity to a caged diver, exhibiting strong pectoral fin depression significantly dipped, in the mid-agonistic display. 白三叶种质资源耐酸铝性综合评价

白三叶(Trifolium repens)是一种世界性优质的蛋白饲草,在我国长江流域及以南地区被广泛栽培,而南方地区多为酸性土壤。研究发现,白三叶具有一定的耐酸铝性,因此筛选耐酸铝种质对于开发白三叶优异资源、培育耐酸铝新品种具有重要意义。... 白三叶(Trifolium repens)是一种世界性优质的蛋白饲草,在我国长江流域及以南地区被广泛栽培,而南方地区多为酸性土壤。研究发现,白三叶具有一定的耐酸铝性,因此筛选耐酸铝种质对于开发白三叶优异资源、培育耐酸铝新品种具有重要意义。以30份国内外白三叶种质为对象,研究不同酸铝浓度下的白三叶萌发特性,并采用隶属函数法进行耐酸铝性综合评价。随Al3+胁迫浓度的增加,白三叶发芽率逐渐降低,发芽势和发芽指数下降,胚根变短、变粗;Al3+浓度≥1.0 mmol·L^(-1)时白三叶种质发芽率和胚根长度受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。除胚根直径外,白三叶萌发性状不同胁迫浓度间差异显著(P<0.05),且萌发期每个胁迫处理下同一性状不同白三叶材料间亦存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在2 mmol·L^(-1)处理下白三叶多数性状具有更大的变异系数指标差异,可作为白三叶耐酸铝性综合评价的适宜胁迫浓度。聚类分析将30份白三叶划分为3个耐酸铝能力不同的类群,其种质耐酸铝性强弱与综合评价值基本一致。来自荷兰的种质‘EM196’和来自澳大利亚的种质‘EM085’具有较高的酸铝胁迫耐受性。 展开更多
